After showing pictures of what I was trying to achieve, gray blending, they set me up with stylist Crystal P. The experience with Crystal from the time I arrived was such a pleasure. She consulted before we started and I was confident she would do a great job. I was so pleased with the outcome of the beautiful color and cut she did. I will be returning to see Crystal P. for all my hair maintenance. read more

I just had my hair cut and colored (foil) by Samantha (owner) and LOVE my hair. I am a winter resident so haven't used anyone in the local area before....finding a new stylist is a big deal for me. I have been with my current stylist back home for 22 years (longer than my marriage!!!) so I was hesitant to say the least. Everyone at the salon was very nice and welcoming. This was the best possible experience and I am looking forward to my next appointment in the fall when we return! Thank you to Samantha who encourages a warm, kind and welcoming environment! read more

I'm a recently new resident of Casa Grande and was finally ready to find a hair stylist. I am so glad I contacted Bloom! I called on a Friday and was lucky enough to get an appt the next day. I was paired with Miranda and she did a wonderful job. I wanted to go big by cutting a bunch off, but still have a style that was manageable in both straight and curly styles. The final style is exactly what I wanted. Miranda was pleasant, warm and friendly, and really knows her skill set. I even scheduled a haircut with her for my daughter too. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thank you, Miranda! read more

My first time at Bloom, my appointment was with Kiara. The salon has a fantastic vibe with great color tones and various lush plants (very relaxing). Kiara did a big chop and gave me a stylish shoulder length. I was very happy with my experience. read more

I can't stop touching my hair! After feeling a bit frumpy lately I was looking for a new look. I was lucky enough to contact Bloom and they had a cancellation and could get me in the same day. I am so blown away at what an incredible job Miranda did! She was very thorough with my hair. Cut it before shampooing it (had a ton of length coming off), then cut it again, blew it out and put the finishing touches on it. Thank you Miranda for making me feel beautiful again! I'm grateful for you making my hair "happy and soft", I can't stop touching it. She made my day. read more

This is my second winter season in Casa Grande. Last year I anguished over finding a salon and hairdresser that I liked and could stay with. I did lots of research and decided I'd give Bloom a try. I am so very glad I did. Samantha is awesome. My haircut looked great Everytime. Add to the awesome haircut, a scalp massage and hand massage with Aveda products complimentary. Friendly, upbeat conversation. It's just a fun place to be. They don't rush you out because they're overbooked. Highly recommended. Glenda Ricord Casa Grande, AZ read more

Staying in town for January at a nearby RV park. I visited Bloom. They had the door locked, let me in & directed me to the restroom to wash hands immediately. Then, waited only a few minutes before my stylist had me in the chair. Masks were worn the whole time, by stylists and customers. Delia did a good job for a first visit. I have short, thick hair with a neckline. read more

samantha is so unprofessional. they had me come in for a consultation and then after my consultation they said they will call me in a week, but never did. i called today january 30, 2024 and they said they will send me a referral byt never did. samantha who is the owner really botched my first hair highlights right before going to california. i went back for her to fix it when i got back. i went back again because she was able to add highlights on my very fine hair, but now i regret the entire experience! they're very expensive. my first time i paid $270. this is my worst experience ever!!! read more

From the minute you enter until the minute you leave-- top notch. I had to change from my stylist in Phoenix-- and was apprehensive about a new salon experience. Bloom exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The vibe of the shop, the quality of my stylist, and the sheer comfort of being in a place that celebrates quality, style and a relaxing experience. I'll never go anywhere else. read more

My first visit today - my appointment was with Monique. What a joy! A beautiful clinician that gives wonderful head, neck, shoulder and arm massages before your shampoo. During the wonderful shampoo experience, another lovely head massage as well as a refreshing hair wash. My cut and style was done just the way I like it - the best I've had in the two seasons I've spent here in Casa Grande. While Monique was cutting my hair, another girl was giving me a hand massage. How delightful! The employees here seem to really enjoy what they're doing - there is no rushing you out the door - if you have questions of want to try something like a line concealer, for example, they are more than happy to take the time to try it out on you. What fun! I felt like a queen. Great experience - I will be going back! Again and again and .......... Cathy read more

Love this salon, staff are always friendly. The vibe is artistic and styles are fresh. The salon is clean. They are always accommodating.

This place is amazing!! I called last minute for an appointment and the ladies worked me in when all the other salons wanted days notice. I got my hair dyed from dark brown to blonde and it came out perfect!! The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. The conversation is upbeat and entertaining. And they have a puppy there so it's the best salon I've ever been too. Absolutely recommend. read more

I first came in about a year ago with a disastrous (ok, maybe just disastrous to me) dye job from another salon, hoping they could fix it. Luckily for me these girls know their stuff, and sent me on my way with a color I could thankfully be seen in public with. I owe these girls for fixing my hair, and providing a relaxing environment while doing it. Highly recommend! read more

I have been going to Bloom for 9 years now and I have seen Samantha and her team grow in their skill levels and customer service. This salon offers Aveda products, which I love, and is always a friendly and different atmosphere compared to other salons. Everyone helps with every customer and is constantly working on new skills. You don't just sit in front of a station like in the old days. It's not your average salon and this new location at the mall is just beautiful! They are still getting organized and deciding exactly how and where to lay things out, but it works fine. One thing about Bloom is that it's always busy and fun and I always look forward to being pampered in this bustling salon. Everyone is so friendly and tries to know your name and when you are getting color you get to sit in the middle of the room instead of being stuck at a station or in the corner. I love that. Services here are never rushed, and I always feel like I am getting my money's worth in the time it takes to get color and gloss, followed by a cut and style. It can take hours. Be prepared. They take their time and get it right. Samantha has built quite the following in town and I am constantly recommending this place, tons of my friends go here. My cut, color and style today was excellent, again! Thank you so much Samantha and Salon Bloom team! I just love you guys! read more

We're in town from Oregon and I found myself in need an eyelash fill. I knew I wasn't going to make it back home without getting a fill so I had to find a place. I used my trusty Yelp app and found Bloom. Danniele was great. You probably know what it feels like visiting friends away from home and need highlights and lowlights and hair cut, how scary that you don't leave there looking like you've been through a tornado. Well Samantha the owner was fabulous. The color was beautiful and cut perfect. No hesitation at all recommending this salon. Also Celestina gave the best shampoo treatment massaging your scalp almost putting you to sleep. And to top it all off and hand massage with Aveda products. I had my hair highlighted at Salon Bloom last week. I have since contemplated whether to do a review or not since it would not be a favorable one. First of all, in my personal opinion, the set up of this salon is far from customer-friendly. The stylists don't have "stations" to keep their blow dryers and product on. I don't know who designed this floor plan but whoever it was clearly wasn't thinking of organization, convenience and customer comfort. I felt like I was in the middle of a 3-ring circus the whole time I was there as I was sitting in a chair in the middle of a room while my color was processing. Secondly, I am 57 years old and in my lifetime, I have never sat for 3 hours for getting my "short" hair highlighted. By the time she got the foil and color on, I then sat for 1.5 hours for it to process. This is a ridiculously long time. My hair looked good color wise but the stylist had no talent for styling short hair. I was pretty much at my wits end and just told her to forget the style.....I was more than ready to get out of there. Thirdly, they charged me $105. Absolutely unacceptable. This was for highlights only....no cut...no trim and no style. This really baffles me because when they were housed in the back room of Slick Tops on Pinal during the remodel of their salon, my highlights were only $85. In a nutshell, I will never go back there and advise all to ask the price of their services before you proceed. I understand it's an "Aveda" salon but nevertheless, it's overpriced and not customer-friendly. read more

I'm in town for a little over a month and I stopped in for a haircut at Bloom today and it was a fantastic experience. I just needed a men's haircut but what came with it was a scalp massage, shampoo and facial afterwords. Daniella was my stylist and she was absolutely the best. I will definitely come back here when I am in town next time. Thank you Daniella and staff!! Jim read more

I have been a client of Bloom since relocating to the area 9 years ago. The staff who work there are all amazing, professional and kind individuals. Samantha, who is also the owner, is a talented cutter and colorist who not only enjoys her job but thrives on making her customers happy. At the salon, there is always a sense of teamwork among staff who work together to provide a relaxing experience and quality services. As a group, the staff at Bloom are consistently attending professional events to improve their skills and abilities not settling for the minimum knowledge. High quality work that is worth the price. read more
