I was invited to go with a friend. She booked us coinciding appointments. I had to wait almost 15 minutes before they began my deluxe pedicure. My friend was almost halfway through her pedicure, before mine was started. The gal apologized, however her customer service skills were lacking as well as her technique. when I said I was going to use traditional polish versus gel that seemed to be a turn off. She painted my toenails quite poorly, there was polish all over my cuticles, it appeared as if a two-year-old had done it. I did get a laugh, while she was using the cheese grater on my feet, the handle broke off. Now I do get a pedicure every 3 to 4 weeks and I do use lotion on my little piggies. I guess that she's greater have seen it's better days, prior to my visit. I really didn't see anything organic. I did notice they had quite an array of dip powders available. I didn't appreciate the fact they had cooking videos on their TV display, instead of some annoying music in the background. The salon was very clean. read more

My fiancé and I were able to get appointments same day luckily and went in for pedicures and then I was having a manicure (full set) after. Sarah and Annie did our pedicures which were quite enjoyable and then Annie did my nails. I'd never done dipped nails but it was a cool and fun experience. My manicure was done on June 26, 2019. I waited until today, July 3, 2019, to post because I wanted to see how well the manicure would hold up after a week. I am 100% satisfied with my manicure! Quinnie did such a beautiful job with my nails! She shaped them beautifully. I'm not sure they've ever been shaped this nicely. She took her time and made sure the acrylic dip was even and smooth. They are not thick and clunky. I am from the Milwaukee area and I was nervous about coming to a salon in a place I'm not familiar with. Salon Organic is amazing! I'm so disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went MANY MANY times and NEVER had a good experience. Every time, I had an appointment, and every time I had to wait at least 30 minutes or more. Once, I had an appointment to get my nails done for my engagement photos and they left me waiting so long (an hour!!) I had to leave because I had another appointment. If they had just honored my appointment time, it would've been fine, it was just for a gel manicure. I'm a very busy person with work, and at the time also school, so I had to cancel other plans in order to get my nails done in time for our photos. Then another time, my mom and I went in for pedicures (waited forever even though we had an appointment), and the lady (I think her name was Rachel) got oil all over my moms pants. When my mom pointed it out, the lady just said "oh" and didn't even apologize. We didn't get a discount and my moms pants were completely ruined. They were her only pair of work pants at the time! Do you know how hard it is to find work pants that fit right? And how expensive they are? The worst part is how none of the work I ever had done there was any good. They left ingrown nails untouched, made mistakes like smudges and didn't fix them, cut the nails unevenly, the list goes on. I was a good customer, I came regularly for many months and tipped well but finally had to give up and move to Diva's. Go to Diva's Hair & Nails in town on Rodeo. They're so much better. The main problem wasn't the chipped nails after only 3 days, only to go in to have Val fix it worse than before, it was the violation of my own body and the shift in treatment when I firmly but kindly kept my boundaries. She had given me a lovely facial and been very friendly, the we moved on to the nail appointment. I was glad that she would fit me in since the gal who had done it for me at the same salon had done the worst job I've ever seen- gel chipping after only three days? Unheard of. They always last two or three weeks! I forgot to tell her not to mess with my cuticles until she'd already used the ceramic tip right up against a couple of them- nbd my fault I forgot. When I asked her to stop she sat and argued with me back and forth 7-8 times. I am an old lady who knows my body and any tool touching my cuticles always makes me hurt the next day so I asked her to stop again and again. She said she was confident that her technique wouldn't hurt me and she wasn't touching my cuticle. She was- I felt it. And guess what, the finger she used that tool on hurt on the way home. My fault- the hurt finger was my fault for not telling her in time. The lack of dignity with which she treated me simply for asking her to stop was what sent me home feeling sick to my stomach. She abruptly lost her friendliness and gave me the sloppiest job I've ever seen. Rung me up after so quickly and gruffly. She knows that my baby just died and getting beauty treatments was meant to cheer me and usually does. Not this time. Respect my body as my property PERIOD and don't argue with me about it for ten minutes. read more

Ridiculous. Called to make an appt. was told I couldn't get in. Said that was fine and 5 min later quinee called me and said come now. Waited for 45 min before someone put foil on and waited another 25 minutes and had to ask if someone was going to do my nails. Quinee said 10 more minutes and then proceeded to argue with me saying others had appts which was fine - but she was the one who called me and told me to come. Ended up walking out after taking the foil off my nails myself. You can do the best job but when you mislead customers telling them to come to your shop, make them sit for an hour and then argue with them in front of other customers between the difference of them sitting there an hour and an hour and ten minutes, your not doing good business. If I could give a negative review I would. This place is ridiculous, poor customer service, poor quality NEVER will I go there again. I went there because my boyfriend's co-worker ,Nok Trio, supposedly owned this place and told me to try it out since my regular nail salon was closed. I called made an appointment. I was excited to get my nails done for New Years. But it turned out to be a nightmare. I got there about 3 min after my appointment due to poor parking. I got there and was told there will be a 20 min wait since I was late. And they took another person that was a walk in to do her nails first. I told the lady that I had an appointment and I wasn't that late. But they would take no responsibility. I agreed to wait 20 min. Then I went to get a drink returned and waited another 45 min before going back. I thought well, the nails must turn out nice so I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. I finally got called back. The lady asked me what I wanted, I showed her a picture and told her to keep the same shape, which I had almond shape. She proceeded, I received an oval shape and a horrible design. It costed me $45 for fill with gel and the design. After I left I was crying on my way home, but figured it will do for now since it was the only time I had to get them done. That night I took a shower and the gel polish started peeling off and bubbling on other nails. I was crying, I can't believe this was happening. I've gone to other nail salons and NEVER has this happened. Less than a day and they were already ruined. The next day I went to a different nail salon, which fixed the shape and finally got almond shaped. Then the polish was fixed as well. That costed me another $25 for the fill with gel nail. My boyfriend went to talk to the owner and they just argued instead of taking responsibility of the horrible job that was done, with no resolution. They have horrible customer service and do not care if the customer is satisfied. read more

I love this salon! It's interior decor makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The owners have excellent customer service and are extremely professional. My friend introduced me to dipped nails, a healthier, longer-lasting method to gel nails, and it's made a huge difference in my nails. They last much longer and are incredibly stronger.
