A 50-minute Swedish massage was $105--which I think is a bargain! Her "magic" hands got the rocks out of my neck and the whole massage was relaxing!! She is very experienced and I learned she used to work for many years at Miraval Resort and Spa in Tucson...and that is a world-renown spa (one which Oprah visited). Also, you don't have to live in Encanterra to visit this spa. The front desk people are very nice and the spa waiting area was very relaxing and comfortable. They also have an area where you can buy some of the skin products plus clothes and jewelry. If you need a massage, you should book with Ann!

I did not know they had a spa until my mother-in-law informed me. I was looking to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure and I wanted more of a spa experience than just your average nail salon. I also didn't feel like traveling too far. I was able to make an appointment easily over the phone and by putting down my credit card and securing my appointment. The girls operating the phone system are so sweet and helpful. They were very patient with me as I asked many questions about the facilities. They were also very great at contacting me letting me know exactly where to go when I pulled in, and I already felt like I was having the spa experience without even being there because they were offering me such great customer service. They did explain to me that the spa facility is currently under construction and the sauna/steam room as well as all of the showers are not in operation. I was a little bummed about that because I really wanted to enjoy additional spa amenities. What I did like is, as someone who is getting their nails and toes done you're still able to use the amenities, if they were available. Some spas do not allow for you to use the amenities when you're only getting a manicure and pedicure so I did respect that. They do have a small, quiet relaxation room with spa water. You can order from the Palma kitchen, which I did because I was starving by the time my manicure and pedicure was over and I ordered a steak bowl with a fried egg which my nail technician, Shelby recommended. It was absolutely delicious and I would order it again in a heartbeat. I didn't ask about the pricing, but it was about $30 so maybe I wouldn't order it again! There was a girl named Kellie, who worked at the spa who is so sweet. She came up to me, took my order, and also brought it to me at the pool. I told her I would be at the pool after. Unfortunately, it was a cooler day so it wasn't that enjoyable and it's only a lap pool. They have a beautiful pool behind that but I don't think spa members can use that. Overall, my manicure and pedicure were amazing. The salon is very clean. Shelby was great. What I loved, is the nail polish she used which is called dazzle dry. She told me she uses two coats for base, two-three coats for color, and two coats for the finish, and it will last a long time. As someone who doesn't often get their nails done and never gets gel, dip, or anything special, this lasted me almost 3 weeks, and I'm a mother who always has her hands in water, so that was really amazing. That manicure and pedicure, although pricier than your average nail salon visit, was almost worth it for how long it stayed on. The nail polish also made my nails feel very strong. She did a great job and an under two hours. I was in and out. It was relaxing and enjoyable, also very necessary. I will definitely be returning. Shout out to Shelby, Kelly, and the entire team for making this experience is so special.

She then tested my mom's skin to make sure she wouldn't get any allergic reactions and with that my mom was comfortable to leave a deposit and schedule herself for treatment of hyperpigmentation on both her hands, her face, and wrinkles around her mouth. She is super excited to get started! If you have any reservations about this type of treatment and before you have Botulinum neuroTOXIN type-A aka Botox, infiltrates neurons in your brain, come in and have Brandi explain how safe, much more natural (no toxins are injected) and more effective her plasma treatments are. My friends nail tech was really sweet, mine was racist (Jessica was the racist, Jenny was sweet). Jenny jumped right in to do my friend nails, no questions asked. I wanted acrylic on my pinky toe (as u can see it looks terrible). Once she asked me everything I wanted, she then told me the price and asked if it was okay. Why wasn't my friend asked the same thing? Why wasn't I asked this the first time I came? The service after that was trash. Polish all over the place, she didn't even attempt to shape the nail, no cleaning the cuticle... just nothing. She put the acrylic on the pinky only to have to take it back off and do it again.
