Where do I begin? My appt was for 9:30am and I waited with my feet in the tub for 60 minutes! [[HIGHLIGHT]]At 10:30 a gentleman finally came over and said "what color do you want"?...no sorry for the wait or thank you for your patience or even a hello.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked for the princess pedicure so I could have the extra massage and he gave me the cheaper one instead...without even checking to make sure which one I wanted. Then during manicure he ripped my cuticle and before I could stop him, he used nail glue to stop the bleeding! Then when I went to check out, I told them he gave me the wrong pedicure and they tried to charge me for 2 pedicures instead of correcting the wrong one. Just horrible! I've been a patron for going on 2 years. Never again after today. The service was terrible and the cashier was trying to gaslight me into being happy about substandard work. I Came here on a Tuesday evening with my dad and niece. Nice staff. They were able to take us as walk-ins and did 3 pedicures and and 2 gel manicures. They did designs on my niece. Nice staff and good pedicure. They have a good selection of colors from regular polish, to powder, to dip. They are open 930am to 7pm. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I have been a loyal customer for 7 years ... When Kay worked there. After he left (about 3 months ago), I started using Ann (who is also excellent). Now she is gone, and I went Tuesday, specifically asking for someone who knew how to do chrome (I bring my own chrome). I was assured both the guy doing my nails (identified as "Mahn") and the guy doing my toes (unidentified) knew how to do chrome[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The guy on my toes had no idea, and after 2 hours, I asked for someone else. Mahn did a crappy job on my nails, they're all lumpy and pock-marked. They charged me $120 ($60 of it for pedicure, despite my choosing a $40 pedicure). Had to go back yesterday (after less than 24 hours) because 2 of my nails had developed bubbles and were starting to chip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Owner said "I'm busy" and sent me back to Mahn, who screwed them up the first time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He tried to patch the chips, and I said absolutely not. Came into town for the weekend and wanted to get pedicures with my bestie. We tried other places and they were packed with days waiting lists. As we were about to give up, we saw this place and decided to try it. They weren't too busy and got ya right in. There was about a 5 min wait while the technicians were finishing up several other folks. We selected the Spa Mediation w/wax option for $30. They asked if we wanted sugar or wax and there wasn't an extra charge for that. We chose sugar. The service was great! The massages were wonderful and relaxing. Absolutely enjoyed my nails and pedicure experience. Called ahead to make sure they had availability and then went down. The temperature was nice inside - some places keep it super cold but this was nice. The simple pedicure package was enough for me and it was nice with the hot stone massage! I added the callus remover which was much needed. I had Sophia for my pedicure and she was super nice! I then went to Lyn for my nails and my eyebrows. I've been growing out my nails and she is amazing at thin layering of the acrylic over to ensure they look still like my nails! She was quick and efficient. She convinced me to try her out for my eyebrows as I said I normally break out majorly when my brows get waxed and normally have scabs where they end up tearing off skin so I usually opt for threading. She was quick, little redness/swelling after, no breakouts (day after), and they look pretty darn awesome. Highly recommend going here and seeing them! I will be returning for sure! read more

Since the new owners took over, this place has gone to crap. The waits are long, when I came back to have them Fix my toes which were gel but they messed them up and I guess didn't put a top coat they took 3 people before me, I waited an hour. And my nails look like crap. I hardly do my toes and full set cuz I'm very picky about them and they didn't meet my expectations. :( read more

I'm used to going to a place a little further out but was willing to try somewhere else so I wouldn't have to travel so far. Always Nails was available at the time so I gave it a try. I was surprisingly pleased with the way my nails came out! I got a full set dip and was happy that they were not thick and all over the place like some places I've been too. I always ask for my nails thin and short and sometimes the nail techs want to tell you no or have their own idea of what they want to do. But as soon as I told my guy what I wanted he had no problem doing it! Only missing one star because I must admit my guy was a little tough with the grinder and I left with a couple little cuts on my cuticles.
