I love going to Kim's nails when I'm visiting Arizona! Louis, Tiffany, and their team are absolutely amazing and the sweetest people. No one does nail design, acrylics or waxing better than they do. If you have a design in mind, Louis or Tiffany can execute it perfectly. As someone who's gotten their nails done for years, I haven't come across anyone who is better than Louis. He also does no rush when working on his clients and takes the time to ensure they are perfect. Tiffany is amazing at nails and waxing also. I have been hesitant to go to a nail salon in CG just because the couple that i have been to haven't been the greatest but I really needed to get my nails done so I came here. When I first went in, it was busy as hell but every single worker seemed so nice and welcoming and just made it a really inviting atmosphere. Ben, did an AMAZING job. He was patient with me (it took me forever to pick a color and he helped me pick one out) and he paid very close attention to my cuticles and made my fingers so pretty! I intended to only get a pedicure but he did so good that I asked for a manicure and he accommodated me which I feel like people would normally be annoyed. He did such a good job and was super sweet. I went back and showed a picture of what I was wanting, Joel did an AMAZING job! He made SURE it looked great and added the DIAMONDS j wanted! I've been here a few times when visiting family near by. Kim has done my nails each time. She pays attention to detail (cuts cuticles down, files nails to natural shape). I got an overlay over my natural nails and gel color. She doesn't do designs. I really enjoyed my pedicure! It's my go to place when in town, make sure you set an appointment if you do go. I have been looking for a good nail shop to stick with in Casa Grande. I read the reviews on Kim's Nail Spa and thought I would give them a try. I walked in the shop and there was 2 nail techs and 2 customers being serviced. Nobody waiting. I told the lady what I wanted done. She said "I am busy". I said ok and waited for her to say how long the wait would be or offer a wait list to come back. She just let me stand there and said again "I am busy". I said "Ok and waited again. She looked up and said again "I am busy". She never say come back, or we have appointments scheduled the rest of the day. I said "I am not sure what that means". I thought you are a business thank goodness you are busy. I walked out and will never step foot in there again. I am tired of paying for rude service. I hope she is doing so well she can just turn business away. read more

I walked in without an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon, needing a fill & pedicure. They were able to attend to me within a few minutes. Chris did an excellent job on my fill, VERY professional & beautifully done ...thin & well shaped! Only $25. Very clean environment, an extensive selection of gel color choices! Kim did a great job on my $20 pedicure. I highly recommend them! Some of their previous reviews were very negative, CHECK the dates. Today must have been an off day for Kim and her husband. I went for a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure was so, so. No lotion, kind of a leg rub, not really a massage. The drill slipped or something and hurt my finger during the fill, but the biggest part is I will probably need a fill again in 7-10 days, no lotion, no rub, nothing. You need to see her when she is having a good day. Between the 2 probably said a total of 10 words to me, what color, ok? read more

I came here without reading reviews. Thank goodness! Otherwise all these one stars would have prevented me. I got a pedicure and a full set. I was a walk-in and immediately was given a chair for my pedicure. I sat down and had my nails done right after that. I came in with two friends, we all waited 30 mins before they could get us in. I waited an extra hour before anyone even started the water, got a 15 min pedicure that was half-assed. Not only did I start an hour after my friends I was finished long before they were. This might be the worst and shortest pedicure I have ever had. I will never come back. Called in to see if they had time to do two gel manis and a fill and said they did. My mother and sister didn't wait long but after 30 mins I finally got my turn. Only to wait on Kim while she took care of other customers who had "appointments" after closing hours even though they were clearly walk ins. It took her almost two hours before she even bothered to get back to me at that point I told her I was leaving and wanted my money back. If you want to wait a long time to get a bad attitude by the owner (again Kim) and horrible service this is your Place other than that I'd save the time and effort and go elsewhere. read more

WORSE EVER! My gel nails only lasted 4 days! My Pedicure was a trip to the Dr. He cut my skin so bad on my right foot. I had open places on my heel, side of my toe and along my nail bed. I was leaving area the next day so I couldn't go back and show Kim and maybe get my money back. This is about the 3rd time I have gone there and each time I say I won't go back.
