No one does nail design, acrylics or waxing better than they do. If you have a design in mind, Louis or Tiffany can execute it perfectly. As someone who's gotten their nails done for years, I haven't come across anyone who is better than Louis. He also does no rush when working on his clients and takes the time to ensure they are perfect. Tiffany is amazing at nails and waxing also. Linda is the sweetest is youd like a simple manicure or pedicure. I highly recommend this shop! Their prices are also amazing

I opted for the #4 pedicure, which included a sugar scrub and cool gel. The pedicure was decent, but the language barrier prevented any interaction. It was a little pricier than my usual place. She immediately started to persuade me into putting gel polish over my toes instead. I politely declined but she kept trying to get me to choose gel polish. I explained multiple times ON WHY I DID NOT WANT GEL POLISH. She finally got the hint (or so I thought). When it was time to polish my toes...she ended up walking clear across the room grabbing another bottle of polish which was the same color. When she was about to use this other bottle of polish I stopped her. I asked is that gel polish?!? She stated "yes" I became upset and explained AGAIN that I did not want gel polish! I will never come here again and that was very sneaky to try and charge more money on a customer. Terrible!

My first time at this salon: way too many things gone wrong to ignore. I do not recommend…read more * Made an appointment ahead of time on a Saturday -- arrived, let them know of my appointment, and was not helped. They took in another appointment that came in after me, likely because they booked with someone specific. Left after waiting for 20 mins. * Walked in the next Sunday morning. Waited 20 minutes to be serviced (while other appointments walked on in.. I wonder why mine wasn't assisted the day before. Okay). * I needed a gel soak off so one tech wrapped my nails in foil. Had to wait another 20 for someone to take me. That's 40 mins of wait time just to start my manicure. * I was recommended builder gel to strengthen my nails. I've never gotten builder gel before and I wish I was better prepared for what all it came with (a longer appointment; more painful experience under the UV lamp). Needless to say, I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the whole appointment and just wanted it to be over. * This set was $95 (that is insane). They quoted me $65 for the builder gel set at the beginning and an extra $5 for the French tip. It was only at checkout did they tell me they also charged extra for the soak off. * Did I mention they did not do any cuticle care? Like, at all? * I needed an acrylic tip applied to a cracked nail. Less than a week after my appointment, it fell off. * I am now just a little more than a week post my manicure and another nail is breaking beneath the builder gel. TLDR: Wait times too long; Appointment priorities inconsistent; OVERPRICED; Poor quality.

My first time here was great! This time, not so much. I will never return here…read more My friend and i sat down for pedicures and had 2 different women. My friends nail tech was really sweet, mine was racist (Jessica was the racist, Jenny was sweet). Jenny jumped right in to do my friend nails, no questions asked. I wanted acrylic on my pinky toe (as u can see it looks terrible). Once she asked me everything I wanted, she then told me the price and asked if it was okay. Why wasn't my friend asked the same thing? Why wasn't I asked this the first time I came? The service after that was trash. Polish all over the place, she didn't even attempt to shape the nail, no cleaning the cuticle... just nothing. She put the acrylic on the pinky only to have to take it back off and do it again. She painted the big toe only to take it off and do it again. Won't be back.
