Hate my experience. Went in for an all over color to cover my grays and make my hair one color. Nightmare. I have dark hair. I have no idea how she did this but she died my hair blond. I am so upset. I have delicate, thin, fine hair. I am soooo worried about breakage. When she took the towel off and I looked like a skunk she put on a 10 min color to cover up her bleaching of my hair. read more

I happened to be in the same plaza and decided to walk in to ask if for an appointment for my toddler son. I was so pleasantly surprised to see that they have a whole children's haircut station. They were able to book an appointment pretty quick and everyone was so nice. It was a great first experience for my son and myself. I was worried how my son would react since only myself and his uncle had cut his hair in the past but he did so great! They play Disney+ for the kids on the tv in front of the cars station and my son loves cars so he felt very comfortable getting his haircut inside one of the little cars. So disagree with Madison who left the first review. She wanted to salon to work with her schedule. Evidently she doesn't know how making an appointment works. If there is an appointment available, you get it. If not, you don't. Moving along ... my husband and I both stopped in for a hair cut. Great job and very friendly service. I had a really great experience. Alison did a really good cut to my hair extensions and they look fabulous. She was kind, professional and clearly talented. I then moved on to having my eyebrows waxed by Traci. She too is also great and she made me look fabulous. This is a great place to go whether you need a haircut or waxing. Never go here!!! The owner is awful! I tried scheduling an appointment for Saturday, the owner took forever to respond. When she did, she wouldn't work with me on my schedule. I work overnights so I was trying to at least get a noon appointment. She would only do 10 am which is fine. But when I messaged her in the morning, after work, telling her that 10 am in the future wouldn't work for me but I could make it. She had the audacity to message me back so are you going to make it ? I ended up telling her no because I scheduled with someone who would work with me. She liked my response and told me I'm no longer allowed at her business...because I couldn't make it to the appointment I ORIGINALLY said was too early!! She clearly has anger issues and I'm so glad I never went to her business!! read more

I decided to try a local business and made an appointment with Alison, first thing I noticed upon entranced - the place is clean but there is no good ventilation as there is a very strong chemicals scent, the other thing I noticed is that the hairdressers themselves (they were 3 at that time) were in need of a good haircut, I wanted to leave but I decided to give it a try. I went there for a bob style hair cut, I showed her a picture, what she did is nothing like the picture, when I got home I tried to style it and noticed she put layers in but it is uneven everywhere and not blended, needles to say I'm very disappointed, I'm giving two stars only because she was nice and the place is clean, I will say this place is for small children or for adults who want a very simple and basic haircut. read more
