Get a beard trim every time. Today I got charged for 2 beard trims because she used 2 different clippers. Uhhhhh what! The manager was like "yeah the girls haven't been doing it but that is correct." That's insane. As someone who has been in customer service for 20 years, the manager should've said something along the lines "of I understand you haven't got this fee before so I'll wave it this time but just so you know we do have to charge it moving forward." She obviously knows they weren't charging it that way before so I didn't know I'd be charged that amount. I'm definitely not going back.
