When I arrived, my hair was orange on top after 2 attempts from the not to be named salon owner who created real potential damage to my hair. Since I had tickets to the prestigious tennis tournament in Indian Wells, there was no time to waste. Pati squeezed me in, and when she saw my hair, she described it as traumatized, saying that she would never let her client leave her salon looking like that. I needed to go in again to cover up the rest of the orange (which she so generously didn't charge me for). Pati gave me the look I wanted, even coached me with advice and gave me samples of shampoo/conditioner to keep my hair from breaking. Pati had just come back from a hair seminar, which showed me that she really keeps up on the latest in hair care. She even followed up with me to see if I was satisfied, which showed me that she truly cared. I definitely will make a point to visit her when I need services in the future.
