I went in for a haircut on 3-2-22. My stylist was Nadia. When I got home, my wife told me the back of hair was jagged and uneven and I had a huge bald spot ( see pic) I called today to get it fixed. Nadia told me to come in and get it fixed. No apology, no remorse. When I got there, she looked at me and just told the other girl there (Lorraine) that I had a problem and asked her to fix it. Again no apology. Lorraine was very nice and fixed my hair, while trying to explain why Nadia did such a poor job. As I left, Nadia did not even look at me or apologize. I went into the salon to see if they could fix the mess that I had done with my hair . When I initially walked in they all looked surprised to see me there even though I had called in advance . They just flat out said their is really nothing I could do to fix your hair . Must have been the manager said well you have like 4 different colors. I said an you put a toner to take out the brassy tones at least . She said no . So I then said at least a haircut can you do that ? I took about 10 minutes because she really did not cut anything . I drive to Sally's and asked them what can I do to fix my hair . The nice girl there said some toner and some hair dye will help you . Exactly what I did toner and hair dye and believe it or not my hair came out 100 % better . So I don't recommend Supercuts not helpful seemed like they where bothered even though they had no customers there . read more

They'll tell you your wait time is 45m to an hour then make you wait an hour and half to two hours. Even when their lobby is full and everyone in the lobby has been waiting nearly 2 hours, they still tell people who call in that the wait is 45m to an hour, when anyone can see that it's going to take a lot longer. They don't apologize for the longer than expected wait. They clearly have no respect for their clients time or money. Very disappointing. read more

Every time I call ahead, they say there's a two hour wait and then I go there and nobody's there and then they're working really really slow. It seems like they don't care if they have any business, I've been going to Supercuts for 40 years, but this is the worst Supercuts that I have ever been to. Been here quite a few times....well I'm a regular here for my haircuts actually. Always get greeted and checked in the moment I walk-in, only had to wait a 1-2times of 15mins or more. I always get a fade and most of the time comes out good. The only problem I ran into when I initially starting coming here was that they could not line up my fade....also had to ask for the line up almost every time when I asked for a medium fade. Vanessa J is the best. She's the manager there I believe and I've gone to her for a couple years now. I used to pay tons of money at the "high end" salons for just a trim or cut and some all around color. She first did my nieces (11yrs) hair and cut it into an A-Line. I was so impressed with her care, professionalism and kindness. I gave her a shot and never looked back. She's amazing. She even did my hair for my wedding/honeymoon. My hair is very fine and thin and she takes perfect care. She takes off the right amount to where it still grows and feels fuller. Other hairstylists would take off way too much hair and it would never grow. Just from seeing here my hair has grown from my chin down to my mid-back.
