Poor customer service…read more I was very excited to try this place as, it has great reviews. I tried calling to set an appt. and got a vm saying to call Mary for hair. Tried calling the # they gave. VM was full. 3 days ago set appt online for Sat. Got acceptance message. Got a text late yesterday that my appt was moved to Wed during the day. Tried calling. No answer. Left a vm. No return call. In my opinion, if something came up, and they couldn't handle the scheduled appt., someone should have personally called me and we could have worked on a date/time that worked for both of us. Sending out an automated text message peremptorily telling me my appt. had been moved is just plain rude. Even my doctor's office will call, or at least leave a text asking you to call to reschedule. Lesson learned. Called another salon and have an appt. for Sunday.

I decided to take a risk and get my hair trimmed. I had not had a trim in several years. My…read moredaughter has been cutting my hair, and while it was a bit lopsided, she did a much better job than this place. Stella is nice and friendly, but she cannot cut hair. I asked for a trim and long layers. The kicker is that you really do not know how your hair looks until you leave, but my right side is randomly about six inches shorter than the rest of my hair. It makes no sense. I saw another review here where she did the exact same thing to someone else. What a waste of money and time it took me to grow my hair out.
