Tried calling the # they gave. VM was full. 3 days ago set appt online for Sat. Got acceptance message. Got a text late yesterday that my appt was moved to Wed during the day. Tried calling. No answer. Left a vm. No return call. In my opinion, if something came up, and they couldn't handle the scheduled appt., someone should have personally called me and we could have worked on a date/time that worked for both of us. Sending out an automated text message peremptorily telling me my appt. had been moved is just plain rude. Even my doctor's office will call, or at least leave a text asking you to call to reschedule.
