My son hates haircuts so this was a nice place to get a quick clean up before our trip. Tina was very nice and chatted it up with him, which totally distracted him from the tickles of the clippers. I feel I got good value for the price and the quick cut that makes my ends curl just the right way. I brought my grandma here for a shampoo, haircut, and style. Tina was patient and understanding when we switched up the appointment I made online last min (came a little later and decided against coloring). She did a nice job compared to the picture we showed her. My grandma left very happy. Place was clean, and they played good music so I didn't mind sitting and waiting for the hour that it took. Every time I get a haircut I ask for Tina because she is very friendly and professional. She asks me all the appropriate questions such as how much do I want cut , which side do I want my hair parted, would I like my eyebrows and sideburns trimmed and uses a mirror to ask me if this cut meets with my satisfaction. I am always a no appointment walk up and she makes every effort to accomodate me. And to top it off she engages in some pleasant conversation. Update: my middle daughter really LOVED Allie's hair cut. She asked to go back to Alli for a trim and curtain bangs. I was hesitant, but called and made an appointment for my middle and youngest daughter. We were greeted immediately. Allie remembered us from months ago! She apologized and said she was going to make this a better experience. And she did! She did an amazing job with both of my daughter's hair. She took her time, listened to them and executed everything perfectly. I'm going to chalk that first experience up as an off day. This time, We went on a Saturday and people were rolling in and out of there super quick. Most of the people that walked in seemed to have had appointments and were frequent regulars. I just visited the Supercuts for the first time as an emergency wash and blow dry straight as I'm traveling tomorrow. I have thick, coarse, very curly hair and blowing my hair straight is not an easy task.... Not everyone can do it right to the point of silky and smooth, not frizzy and afro-esque. Read some bad reviews online about this place but I had no choice. It was open til 9pm and I had an interview in the morning. The location is nice and parking is plentiful. My immediate impression walking in was that it was clean but empty. Being late at night I was the only customer there. I see two employees having a chat, but immediately after seeing me it's as if I was an annoyance they had to deal with. I was approached by a scowling woman who asked for my name. She told me to sit in the chair and asked what I wanted. During this whole time she never let go of her nasty scowl and made me pretty uncomfortable. Throughout the entire 10 minutes of cutting my hair, she never volunteered to speak a word other than to turn my head. You can tell she absolutely hated her job. A lifeless stare and her unwillingness to smile or talk gave me the impression that she had absolute contempt towards her customers and her work. I couldn't help but smile at how comically expressive her misery was. The haircut itself was terrible. She didn't even brush off my neck or offer to show the back of my head. I was thinking to myself that Supercuts was better suited for shaving heads in the military. I tried one last time to bring some happiness to her. I tipped her despite the depressing experience...and you know what? She didn't even say thank you. read more

That stylist retired and Tina's m'gal now and has been for probably close to 3 years. She is dedicated and conscientious, does a good cut and style, and highlights. I live in the area and have been to this Supercuts half a dozen times. There are definitely stylists that are better than others. I usually go here when I really need a trim to get rid of split ends. What I've realized is that they always cut off more than you actually want cut off, so I always tell them less than what I want. Regardless of this though, I just had a really bad experience my last time. I told the woman that I wanted some long layering in the back, nothing complicated as I've had it done there before, and she completely disregarded it. I only realized she hadn't done it when she was done 5 minutes after I sat down in the chair and handed me the mirror. At that point I didn't even want to bother explaining that she didn't do what I wanted and just wanted to leave. Yes, the price is cheap, but you get what you pay for. read more

This is a very nice casual type of salon. The stylists are all very nice and I've had several of them give me haircuts throughout the years, I've never had any complaints. It's a quick nice haircut at a very reasonable price so you really can't go wrong. I've noticed that this location is usually busier than other Supercuts that I've been to, but that's not their fault if you have to wait a second or two, I personally never had to wait for too long. I get this one haircut from Tina who seems to be the only person that I've been to at any salon anywhere, who can actually achieve what I'm looking for, and I'll say that honestly. Tina is amazing, you explain to her just the haircut that you want, show a picture if you have any, and she'll make it look just the way you want it to if at all possible. It's awesome!!, that's why if you have a haircut that you just haven't been able to achieve no matter who you ever went to, then I would highly recommend going to see Tina. read more
