NEVER GO HERE. I mad an appointment for a haircut and blow out , confirmed on the phone to come at 6 cause it takes about an hour, I drive all the way there for them to tell me I can only do a haircut cause they didn't have enough time before the next person. I knew i should've booked with some place more professional, I have a wedding tomorrow and they ruined my whole day I have no other options cause I booked a late appt. Called and they squeezed a family member in without an appt as a walk in. In a chair in 2 mins and out the door in 20 mins. The person handling the phones and making appointments was also the haircutter so we were impressed with the efficiency. read more

these girls are great. my very picky son will only come here for his low taper fade. Bobbie Jo and Celia are the best! we are always at the last minute and they squeeze us in. they take the time to explain to us what they are doing and why it will work best our hair. read more

Very disappointed, I made an appointment on line for services with Tammy, I arrived at appointment time and was told by the one person in the salon that Tammy was not in and would have to wait for him because he already had a previous appointment. I said I would have liked to be notified regarding the situation when they had sent the 2 confirming emails. I said I was very unhappy and would not return. This place cuts hair ok and they are friendly, but they don't use a razor to clean up the back of your neck. $20-25 dollars for a haircut to leave with an uncleaned and shaped neck and needing to do it at home yourself!!! Robbery. Men with respect for yourselves do not go here. Leave this place for the women. Lose the warm towels and buy razors and alcohol to provide full haircut service. read more

When I need a fast haircut, this place does the trick. I call ahead and get my name on the list to avoid a wait. I always ask for CiCi, since she is quite dependable. This particular Supercuts has been there quite a while as sometimes these places, and the barbers, tend to come and go. It is next to BlockBuster. read more

Jay is the absolute BOMB here at this location. They recently went from being a corporate store to a franchise. The new owners have several stores in the area. I will only come to Jay for my haircut. I don't get haircuts often do to inconvenience and the fact I wear a hat 99% of the time. I showed Anna a picture from my wedding day 5 years ago to date. I told her what I thought the trimmer numbers were, but gave her the go ahead to do what she thought. We had good conversation, she started long and critiqued the cut all the way through. When I got home my wife and children loved it. Truly pleased with the haircut I got and will now be getting my hair cut more often. Thanks Anna. read more

I hate giving bad reviews... but here we are. Went in for a standard haircut. Additionally had photos of the way my hair has always been done up to that point. Showed it to the lady and she seemed to understand. Ended up with an uneven cut that ended up shorter than I wanted. Additionally she dropped the trimmer while she was cutting my hair- that was the point I knew things were bad. It was empty the whole time and now I know why. Will be looking elsewhere for a cut next time. read more

I have used this salon since my relocation to the area. Initial visit was great but that stylist left. Second visit left me unimpressed at which point I hooked up with Jenna. Thought I found my stylist but unfortunately my last haircut was a big miss! She really didn't give her full attention to the client--she and a fellow stylist talked during the entire time. The one side was significantly shorter with a roller coaster look that was apparent when I styled my hair at home. This just before leaving on vacation! I have deleted the SuperCuts app and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I followed Jenna to this Super Cuts. The shop is clean; the people are friendly. Even on a busy Saturday afternoon, I called and was able to get in. Jenna fit me in her schedule for a color and cut, and it looked beautiful! My husband, who is extremely picky about his hair, also followed Jenna to this shop.
