Yesterday, I made a 5pm appt with my preferred hairdresser. She was working 5pm-7pm. I arrived at 5:01pm (Friday Spaulding traffic) to see she already had a client in the chair and was cutting their hair. I checked in with the front desk and explained that I had made an appt for 5pm....she just shrugged and told me I was checked in. I then explained to her that 5 weeks ago, I also made an appt with that hairdresser to find she had another haircut going. I ended up waiting 30 minutes +. The front desk just shrugged, with the smug smile on her face. What is the point of offering Appointments, if you aren't even going to ATTEMPT to honor them???!!! I was disgusted and walked out. after explaining that I could not get into the waitlist while at this location I was told it would not be more than 1/2 hour wait. after watching 2 people get their haircuts I thought great ! I'm next but two people who walked in after me were called for their cuts needless to say with no explanation or comment from the woman in charge I simply left this rudeness and lack of customer care was uncalled for so I left and was not stopped needless to say I won't be back I'm off to where I will receive some courtesy and proper service read more

Always poor service.. the computer is down, come back in an hour try back...no procedure for que customers... Been going for years and most times it's "something" , last time was .. "we close in an hour " no customer's waiting.. I think it's just the lack of wanting to do work ..you can tell a lot by body language... Tried to make an appointment on line. The supercuts app is not workable most of the time. I spent 10 minutes unsuccessfully trying to make an appointment. I called, at 11:15 and was told I would have a short wait but was next on list. I got to Supercuts in 5 minutes and was told there were two people waiting ahead of me and it would be 25 to 30 minutes. Unacceptable and misleading. Never again Supercuts read more

I've had my hair cut three times by Susan and I highly recommend her! She does an excellent job of reducing bulk and adding shape and movement to my thick, coarse hair. She's also a lovely person and I always enjoy seeing her. read more

I went to the Super Cuts in Dover NH. I received a shampoo blow dry and haircut and it cost me 39.00. I was charged extra because it took 40 mins. Keep in mind I have thin hair and short so I shouldn't have been charged extra. The last time I went there was last summer, things have really changed there and I won't be back!!! I really wasn't impressed with the haircut if it had been real nice I wouldn't have been as upset about the cost. read more

Cassie butchered my hairSaturday!! Awful!! Just lobbed off a big chunk of hair! Didn't lift it up or anything! It looks so awful! The manager tried to do the rest of my cut and she had no idea how to do layers either but was very professional and likeable. She said there was no charge and I honestly had no intention of paying a cent anyway. I have to keep my hair up in clips impossible for me to wear it down after what she did! I'm so angry and we have no recorse, we're just at the mercy of those holding the scissors! read more

Okay this review inparticular is for Adam. I've gone to this Supercuts a billion times, they always do fine. BUT- this time it was REALLY a great job. I had Adam as my stylist who I have never had before, though apparently he's been there for years. Though his haircut did take longer than usual (usually its like 10-15 minutes, it was more like 30 minutes) it was WELL worth it. He was friendly, talkative, and very funny and more importantly he knew exactly what he was doing. I am calling ahead next time to ask for him, particular. I've heard many people say the same thing about him. He gets some flack from the other stylists there for taking longer with haircuts, but seriously--- well worth it. My hair looks fantastic. The cut was like $15-- I paid $25 because I wanted him to know what a great job he did. And I dont mind it took a little longer, infact it made me feel good he wanted to do the job right and exceptionally well instead of just fast. go adam! read more

"15 Minutes" doesn't mean an hour. If you want me to wait an hour to get a Supercut, tell me that it'll take an hour to get to me. How can their perception of time be so distorted? Can't comment on the service because we haven't received any yet. Been here before, it was okay, but posting here just to make sure that you know if it's busy, they'll drastically exaggerate the amount of time it will take to get your Supercut. read more

I had my first cut the Wednesday before thanksgiving. Since it was the day before a holiday I fully expected a wait but I barely sat down before my name was called. I had Susan as my stylist. She listened to everything that I wanted and gave advice to improve my cut. She was extremely efficient and I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes with a hair cut that I adored. The wait is terrible even if you call ahead, uncomfortable seats. They need more stylists and don't even bother trying to walk in.

Good guy cut for my friend. I asked for a wash and a blow out and ended up with so much product on my hair. I was not happy at all. As a result my style fell flat. I was not happy. They were not going to charge me but that was not the point. I left $20 on the counter and left, ticked off that I wasted my time. I have really thick hair and hate hotel showers and thought I would pay to get a good wash and style. Was I ever wrong. Three stars for the guy cut. Zero stars for mine. read more

I had the most amazing experience at Dover Super Cuts. I usually do not like getting my hair cut at any salon but the staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I was very happy with my hair cut and the service that was provided. Britney is the person who cut my hair. I would definitely recommend this salon to others. Horrible experience, it's a total 50/50 I recently went in asking for a high fade specifically to keep three inches on the top and use a #1 clipper on the sides, but the lady that cut my hair did not listen whatsoever and decided to buzz my complete head not happy at all with some of the people that work here read more

I don't have enough good things to say about Supercuts... I have been a customer of Britney's for a few years... She is a fantastic hairdresser and she is VERY knowledgeable about hair... She is always very positive and upbeat and I am always looking forward to getting a fabulous haircut or color done... If Britney isn't available I have been to almost every other hairdresser there and have always walked away with a great haircut... I get stopped on the street and at my place of employment with inquiries of where I get my hair done... As you can see I am a VERY satisfied customer and would recommend this salon to all my friends and in fact my mother is now a customer as well... She too has had awesome service!!!
