She listened to my needs, I received a great hair cut and she did the job in a prompt fashion but did not rush or cut any corners. She was very polite and I would not hesitate to see her again. If you're looking for a place where you can expect to go ask the hairdresser to cut your hair a certain way or a certain style, then this is not the place. I went to get a haircut and I described thoroughly to her the way I style my hair, the length of hair I want and showed her pictures I took of my hairstyle after my last haircut (which I loved). She cut my hair way shorter than I wanted and nothing into what I wanted. They are focused to get you in and out as fast they can so they can move on to the next chicken to make as much tip as possible. Jocelyn did my hair and she is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I came in not knowing what I was going to do, and she came up with a vision in seconds. She is fun and really great at what she does. I left feeling beautiful and excited to show off my hair. The staff there are really rude. I took my son to get a haircut and the lady cutting his hair was yelling at him telling him to stay still and when my son would move she'll say ok I can't cut his hair I think were done here ( keep in my mind my son is only 2) I think as a hairstylist and working with children you should have patience but instead she would just get an attitude. read more

Gave them another try and had a much better experience. The barber was attentive and I felt like it was worth the price. I didn't even know what kind of hair cut I wanted but I just said give me something that looks good and Meri did a great job. I dropped in for a hair cute. I asked for them just to layer my hair.... Nothing difficult, Right?? I should have run out the door when girl ripped the ear ring out of my ear while combing my hair out. (I had studs in) and did not even help look for it. I had to remind the girl to cut my bangs.... She brushed them straight down and just cut. She did not try to blend them in or anything. I was not expecting an awesome hair cut but I did expect to leave without one side of my hair being 1 1/2 inch shorter then the other side. I did not even complain I just left. read more

I really like this place. I was here one time for a cute A-line cut. I let it grow it and decided to try a new place out that was very expensive.....I was not happy with that cut and had to wait a couple months to let my hair grow out before coming back to this Supercuts. I'm so sorry if I got your name wrong, but Quinn cut my hair and gave me a cute A-line cut again and IM SO HAPPY and satisfied with it. My husband went in to get a haircut and showed a picture to the stylist and his hair cut didn't look anything like the picture. Not only that, I've never seen such a horrible job done on a man's haircut. It was so bad I had to shave off most of what the stylist did when he got home. I really wish I can have my money back. I know we should have walked out after watching the stylist butcher two other men's hairstyles. Don't go to this location unless you want a choppy uneven hair style. Do not get beard trims here. This review is for kwan- I come here often to get my one year old son's hair cut. We have probably been five times, maybe more. I am usually not picky about who cuts my kids' hair, but one time the person who did it didn't do a great job fading up the sides and when I came back to have it fixed, kwan did a perfect job. He has a very short haircut slightly spiked on top, so if the fade is not right it looks noticeably bad. She got it perfect. The time after that she was busy when we happened to come in and I thought it was no big deal to have anybody do it, but again it didn't look right. I didn't complain about it but the next time I went (today), i made an appointment specifically with her. She really cares that it is done perfectly even though he is just a small child. They have cut my daughters hair also, I wish I got the name of the person who did it because she was super kind and patient and made my four-year-old feel very comfortable. It may have been Jessica.There were no tears and they both love going. I do recommend making an appointment because I have tried to drop in here and sometimes the wait is crazy. I made an appointment to get my hair cut and bleached for a Saturday. I got there at noon and I got a stylist named Meri. I never specified on the phone that I wanted ALL of my hair bleached. Nor did I mentionthat my red hair I walked in with came from box hair dye. I felt bad because I knew it was going to be a big job. After going over the process with me, Meri was so very patient with me and was super cool even though I took literally all day to work with. After a few minutes of her working with you she really makes you feel like you have a good friend doing your hair. I was at super cuts from 12 till after 7, which is closing time, and not once did she make me feel like I was an inconvenience. She actually said she had fun with me and doing my hair. She had to go through so many steps to get all the red out and make me blonde but she did whatever she needed to to give me what I wanted. And she did a better job than I could have asked for. After my experience with Meri, I will not go to anyone else for my hair. She is a total sweetheart. And you can tell she is very dedicated to what she does and loves to make her clients happy. She's seriously the absolute best! I'm convinced that the birdcage super cuts would go out of business if she wasn't there. read more

I typically wouldn't go to Supercuts but I was desperate to get my daughter a trim and they were able to get her in right away. It was clean and had a nice set up too, so I figured it couldn't be that bad. The stylist wanted a detailed description of how I wanted my daughter's cut but then she disagreed with everything I said I wanted. Then she literally spent 30 seconds on her hair and asked me if I wanted anything else done. I told her what I wanted but she didn't even do it so I don't know why she asked. Before she started the cut, I made the mistake of putting my name down to get myself a trim as well. Another lady spent about 5 minutes on my hair but it didn't look any better. They don't even wash your hair and they advertise a warm towel treatment with every haircut, which we didn't get either. Oh and the lady that cut my hair was rude to my daughter. Total waste of $30...never again. read more

They say they take appointments. don't believe them! Appointments are merely suggestions. I booked a 3:15 appointment for my son with a stylist named Meri. we arrived at 3:10 and checked in. we were told there were two people in front of us. They were walk ins but they also requested Meri. At 3:45 I gave up, which was lucky for the person who had a 3:45 "appointment". They now only had two people to wait in front of. I am sure they were out of the by 6:00. read more

Excellent haircuts. We've been going to Kwan for close to 10 yrs & we've never been disappointed.

I got a very bad haircut from this place couple of weeks back. My hairs have still not settled properly after growing significantly, they still look uneven due to completely careless cutting. The tall lady who cut my hair was not at all focused, was in some sort of hurry and kept talking to her colleague. They charge a premium compare to other salon but gives poor haircut, never visiting this place again. read more

I've been here many times , I actually like this place until what happen to me earlier. I come in at 4:50 pm to get a haircut and the lady just stared at me and didn't ask for my number which is weird cause they usually ask for your number if you are a costumer. I didn't mind it at first until a guy came inside the shop 1 hour after me and she ask his number. So in my mind , I think they are DISCRIMINATING me because I am an asian. They the lady who cuts the hair of the other dude was talking about that they are gonna close 7pm but she make her voice very loud like she wants me to hear what she is saying so that I could leave. Poor Customer Service... I arrived here about 315-20... there were several people in the lobby with childern (mind you I have 4 boys I know how it is) the lady at the counter advised me that it would be a 30 minute wait. I checked in. After about 5-10 minutes I received a phone call from my mother who had surgery a couple of days ago, trying to be respectful i walk right in front of the store (you could see me through the window) to make sure she is good and hang up after 5-10 minutes... i go inside and sit down. After 2 people that came after me fet called i walk to the counter and they tell me they skipped me cause I walked out and would have to wait another 30-45 minutes. Um, seriously? ...so you weren't going to tell me, you just wanted to wait till i said something? On top of that the lady told myself and the gentlemen 2 behind me we could step outside to wait, he went to get yogurt with his boys... sooooo we can go get yogurt at a whole other store but cant take a 5 minute phone call in front of the one we are paying for service??? Today I went to Supercuts to get a hair cut. I have been to this location MANY time and asked for the SAME style EVERY time. I asked for an a-line bob and I requested to have my hairline shaved up a bit with the sides left long what she gave me was something totally different. She gave me a discount, but what really upset me was there was NO apology!!!! when I saw the back of my hair I almost burt into tears, I was VERY visibly upset and said 'Oh My God', her only remark to me at all was "Well, you said you wanted an a-line..." Again, NO apology. She gave me the discount, but let me leave with NO offer to try to fix it or anything. I even felt like between her and the counter girl they wanted me to hurry up and leave the store before I could upset any potential customers. Over all I was VERY unhappy, and I will NOT be back. Im not trying to tell people not to go there, but I am trying to tell people to either bring in a picture with you or make really damn sure your stylist knows the difference between an a-line bob and a stacked a-line bob (I actually googled it). read more
