I stayed here for the weekend and booked a Swedish massage and hot salt rocks to my package. Jennifer was my massage therapist. She has the softest hands but applied the pressure that I needed. You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. After our service, they provided us with a glass of wine and bottled water. We then went into the sauna room and sat to detox. It was great. I love this place. I'll definitely return. Nice and chill inside, the perfect spa environment. I went with my cousin for a birthday treat for both of us and it was a great way to pamper yourself with something cool and different. They have several different packages you can buy. We did the Black Friday special that they still had held over from last year at $99. The service included a head spa scalp massage, shampoo and hair treatment, neck and shoulder massage, mini facial. The service was 1 hr and about 15 mins from start to finish. We got to do it a room together , they had beds side by side. You go in and change into the robes and get comfortable on the warmed up beds. Then your two ladies who were doing are service came in and began the service. Nice spa music plays in the background, so it's super relaxing and the ladies make sure they are quite so you enjoy the experience. Loved the face part, cleansing and massage, then the neck and shoulder massage was my fave. The head spa part was nice and something I'd never done before. With a scalp massage and wash, my hair felt so clean and hydrated. Then when your done they will rough dry your hair or you can do it yourself.
