Oh Lord where do I begin, i went in for a regular hair cut, which they normally charged $17.95. The lady check me in everything wrmt well. As i approached the chair, the hair stylist who started work on my hair, ask me if i wanted to wash it, cause its complimentary, so i said yea what the heck, while washing she said if i need conditioner it will be extra $2.00, i was like well isn't it complimentary, she said not conditioner. I said ok. Fine do conditioner. The when i sat down to get my hair cut, she said it will be an extra $10.00, i was likewait a minute , no one told me that even the lady who check me in, she said its something new, the just started if your hair is passed your shoulder, and layers is a specialty. I was so mad and i paid it any way cause i was half way in it. Beside she did my layer and she cut my lenght which I told her not to . I was so disappointed, i will mever go back there. I give this one star for convenience. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Its a ripp off. With all the add on fee . read more
