    Sharee Taylor does a great job with cuts and color! Listens to her clients and has been my go to hair person for years!

To start, I had issues making my appointment. I was out of the country so I had my mother call and book with April. Later I was told April is not accepting new clients. After this, I booked online with Lindsey. That appointment was canceled due to my request for ombré. I was sent an email offering me an option for another stylist which I was not comfortable with so instead they just outright cancelled THAT appointment as well. I didn't know this until I called to confirm (when I got back into the US) the day before only to be told I had no appointment. The woman answering the phone told me CeCe was good with color and was sure she would do an amazing job so reluctantly I booked with her. The day of the appt CeCe was on time and pleasant. However, I brought a photo of the exact look I wanted. This is where the problem began she began to bring ME swatches asking ME what I thought of such and such color. She stated she saw purple in the photo! I didn't see it, but I'm not a stylist either all I can do as the client who flies airplanes for a living (mind you I don't go out and ask other people what to do to do my job properly) she was asking what do you think if this color? I brought a PHOTO I want that. So finally she settled and began. CeCe painted three inches of my root color a burgundy wine color! It was BLOCKED not "melted" Then the overall color was reddish not brown like the photo I showed which was beautiful brown with melted caramel highlights in it! I was shocked and even that day in the salon I said my roots look odd. She stated it was the light. It was when I got home and took photos that I could really see what had been done! I called the salon and CeCe agreed to correct the mistake two days later. That day I took my mother with me in case it was me not communicating what I need effectively. CeCe was defensive and it made me uncomfortable. She actually argued with my mother in front of the salon causing a bit of an interest for other coworkers to watch. She "corrected the color" which pretty much took me back to my original color and then when it was done she said "Oh I had to cover the ombré part because of what you ask me to do" I was VERY clear that was the ONLY part I liked!!! The color was not right but I told her I loved the dimensions. The day I went in for correction, she did not charge but I don't expect someone to work for free either so I purchased shampoo and conditioner and put a tip on top of that. I went home and when I finally washed my hair the color WASHED OUT!! So I paid not once but TWICE to get not a single thing I wanted and to lose the one thing I liked about my hair!!! I reached out stating the color was not what I ask for and in addition, the distinct wine color used at my root was unflattering, harsh and in some spots actually made me look bald. This whole process has been extremely upsetting but what makes the matter worse is I've now contacted them several times with no response. Clearly they do not care. If you are looking for a salon this is not the place!!
