Great haircut by April! Took her advice and haircut worked out great. Totally recommend.

I got a haircut done a couple of weeks ago, back on 5/29/21. The stylist who cut my hair was in a rush, and did not listen to my requests at all. She cut my hair unevenly, did not listen to any of my requests and made adjustments to my haircut that I did not request at all. I've since attempted on several occasions to try and get someone on the phone to discuss as I would like to remedy the situation. I'm not even looking for a free haircut just to get my hair fixed because I'm unhappy with how it is now. However, store management has failed to reach out to me despite several attempts on my end. It appears as though this location really is not considerate of their clientele. I do try and support local businesses and hair stylists, but this location has made it difficult to continue to do so. read more

LISA RULES!!! I hate getting my hair done.... I used to come here when it was Fantastic Sam's once in a blue moon, now Super Cuts. I've been to high end places, private hair and make up people, lived in NYC and had Drag Queens do my hair... Been around. No matter what I pay it ends up being a trim at most. So paying $ 100+ for just a trim and a drawn out experience is torture for me, except for the Drag Queens! I walked in, no appointment, Lisa was free. Sat down trimmed my semi curly, semi damaged hair into long layers in about 25 minutes. $ 18. If I had it shampooed it would have been a bit more. I didn't have her dry it, because I hate that too and I air dry my hair. It dried eventually and I LOVE IT. I left a 5$ tip, but I'm swinging by again to leave more. Call in advance and ask for her, plus everyone there was super chill and very nice btw. read more

Walk ins only, gets busy before school season so it's best to go in early in the morning. Our stylist was super nice and friendly, and did a good job. We only got a trim and side bangs. read more

My first time to come over to Supercuts salon and I'm amazed how April does to my hair. She styled it as what I've always wanted to have. I did a cut and a color. It's super, I like it. Really recommend my new hair stylist April. read more

The supercuts here is wonderful April cuts my hair nice and she does a wonderful job washing my hair too felt nice great price and fast too.

Janice!! Magic hands. Came in a mess, walked out brand new! I had an awful haircut that I was growing out (recovering from). The last person who cut my hair did a terrible job but Janice did her thing! She took time to listen to me when I explained how I wanted my hair cut. She asked questions and talked me through everything she did. Great stylist! She turned the chair around and I was so happy with my hair when I saw it in the mirror. Great cut and style. Highly recommend asking for her if ur in need of a haircut. #thankyoujanice read more

Called the salon earlier today to see what time they closed. The person I spoke to said as long as I'm there by 7:30 as a walk in that I will be ok. Got to the salon at 7:28 and found the doors to be locked. I thought it's illegal to close the door before the actual time it closes. I waited for someone to open the door and she informed me (and another customer that walked up) that they aren't taking any more people. She said she has enough clients to sustain them until 8pm (there was one other customer waiting). I asked for the manager and she said Ana won't be in until the morning. They should explain their policy more clearly rather than just saying as long as you are there by 7:30 you will be fine. She wasn't the most pleasant person either while she was talking to me. Didn't apologize or anything. read more

Manager is very Rude and has a horrible attitude I am so unhappy she was not being nice at all and my client doesn't understand why here haircut was looking the way it looked manager is not responsible and doesn't need to be a manager with that attitude and not caring about my clients hair I asked her to let Me speak to someone above her and she refused to care for my client so so sad. read more

April is Horrible. She totally botched my hair. The other stylist I have seen previously was not working that day and I was told by April to return in 1 hour. I wish I didn't go back. She was rude to me and pulled on my hair as she was cutting it with the thinning shears. If the layers I requested had turned out as I wanted I would've excused some tugging and pain involved, but the cut absolutely horrible. I kick myself for tipping her unexceptional cutting skills. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STYLIST NAMED APRIL AT THIS LOCATION. read more

Karen hooked it up! I was running late and she waited for me. Efficient and one of the cleanest cuts I have gotten in a while. I will be coming back to see her. read more

I brought my daughter for a cut, and ended up getting a hair cut myself as well. There are 2 Karen's here, and they are both very sweet. My daughter got one Karen, and I got the other. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Simple cut with layers. My daughter just got a trim. We are both very happy with the service that we received, and we will be back again! read more

I've been here a few times before and came in hoping to get a haircut with Ana. Since she already had a client and I didn't want to wait, I went ahead with a shampoo and cut with Leslie. Leslie was awesome every step of the way and I love the look and feel of my hair. She cut long subtle layers and it's perfect!!! I'll be looking for Leslie when it's time for my next haircut. Thank you Leslie! read more

I love how Janice transformed me! Beginning with my eyebrows which I had so much problem because of unproportioned brows; wow, how I love what she did!!! Next is my haircut, she gave me ideas on how to look beautiful & younger with the different hairstyles in their catalogue. Voila!!! I really loved how I looked after her magical touch, and would definitely & highly recommend her to my friends & relatives! She's very accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable!!! Thank you so much, Janice, I'll forever look for you whenever I need beauty pampering & relaxation from now on !!! Please keep up the very good job you're doing!!! read more

I had two appointments scheduled for me and my sister, one at 5 & one at 5:30. We arrived to the salon at 4:45. Both Karen & Mary were working on customers. I was asked if we had appts. They looked it up & confirmed times and services. When Mary finished her client at 5:05, she checked the computer then asked what we were getting done. I said both cuts & shampoos. She then said, "Well, I can do the cut but I can't do the shampoos, do u still want the service?" Whaaaat!?! I was actually shocked. It was just a little after 5, there were absolutely no other people waiting and they didn't close til 7. I couldn't figure out why other than Mary didn't want to work. After I said no & starting walking out, Karen went out of her way to try to get us to stay and said they'll make it work and they can do the shampoos. Surely by now I don't want Mary working on either one of our hair. Due to Mary's unprofessionalism and poor customer service skills, we will never be going there again. What a shame, I wonder how many other people have decided against services because of her obvious lack of welcoming customers, especially repeat customers. And just as soon as we got in the car & pulled out of the parking stall and drove past the salon, there she (Mary) was just chillin in the chair with absolutely nobody else waiting in the salon. So u tell me why we couldn't get a shampoo.... Smh read more

Got here at about 5:45pm, signed up and I was 4th in line according to the monitor they have here. Asked if it was ok if I left and came back and the employee told me yes because it would still be a while before I was helped. Walked out and came back at about 6:20pm and saw my name was now showing as up next. I thought to myself, "wow, perfect timing." I sat down and waited. Once one of the employees was done with a customer I assumed it would be my turn but it seems I wasn't. They called up another customer which was actually below me in line. I started to think maybe it's because I came in to get my hair dyed and she is only getting a hair cut. Wrong. The other customer is also getting her hair dyed. The other employee finished up with a customer and I thought for sure I would be next to be helped but once again I was wrong. She called up another customer that was below me again! I was about to say something when she looked at me and said "Sorry for the wait Alejandra, you're up next." It is now 6:55pm and I am still waiting. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely have left and gone somewhere else. read more

I finally made the time to write this review and with heart and honest reflection!!! When I needed a cut at the last minute, I was happily surprised as I was greeted by Ana. She listened to my concerns and I showed her a pic of what I REALY wished for. She took me right away and in a few minutes, my cut was better than the picture!!! Can you imagine how I felt as I've never been to Supercuts in a few years !!! I will never go back to my long time stylist who is pretty popular in Carson, I might add. I will always book with Ana!.. And what a great and sweet person she is! Her conversations are touching and REALLY started my day off with a smile in my heart and a song in my soul!!! Our days are short yet we can still find sweetness and awesomeness when you least expect it!!! Thank you Super Cuts!!! Thank you Ana again and again!!! read more

I haven't been to this particular location in a while. I decided to try it out after a couple of years. I checked in online, and set the time at 11:00. I arrived 10 mins early, and the hairdresser told me that it was going to be more than a 15 min wait. There was only two other customers there. I said that it was fine. One hour passed, and she said that the next hairdresser was going to attend me as soon as she got in(she was scheduled to come in around noon). The time was now 12:15, and the hairdresser came in. At around 12:10, two other customers had walked in and sat down. The hairdresser checked her computer and called one of their names. The other hairdresser said nothing, and I couldn't believe it. Over an hour and half waiting, just to be ignored. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I just walked out. I love Supercuts, just not this particular location. read more
