My friend went to this salon for a layered haircut. They initially told her that Nguyen was busy, so another stylist handled her hair instead. Unfortunately, the haircut turned out very uneven and looked more like a blunt, choppy cut rather than proper layers. Even from the sides and the back, it was noticeably uneven. Honestly, it looked poorly done. What makes it even more disappointing is that my friend naturally has very smooth, silky hair that she used to wear down all the time because it was one of her best features. She never used to tie her hair back. But after this haircut, she's been keeping it tied up because she no longer feels confident wearing it down. She immediately contacted the salon because she was unhappy with the result. I even suggested going to another salon to have it corrected, but she decided to give this place another chance and went back for a fix. I will say that Nguyen was professional and clearly skilled. She tried her best to correct the haircut, but the problem was that the first stylist had already cut the front sections way too short, making it difficult to properly fix or balance everything. Nguyen improved it as much as possible, but the front pieces were still too short and the overall haircut was already compromised. I even spoke to her husband about it, and he said, "Yes, she was crying in front of the mirror because she doesn't know how to style her hair anymore." Honestly, I felt really bad for her. My friend is very kind and kept saying it looked "okay," but the haircut truly affected her confidence. I hope the salon pays more attention to consistency and quality between stylists moving forward because a bad haircut can genuinely impact someone emotionally, especially when it takes months or even years to grow hair back. read more

So I went back in May because I wanted a new look . Originally I wanted a gray silver look ! I saw her pictures and loved how the results from other people on here . She did stated that my hair is damaged so she just recommended blonde highlights and then later this year I can go lighter all throughout my hair . I originally liked how it came out however throughout the months I started to get brown spots . She was also working on other people meanwhile my hair was getting processed. She received me kindly however she promised $385 and I ended up paying $440ish including the tip . She was upping the price from what was originally agreed on . My hair was under the heat lamp for over an hour . I even knew that even though it was 20 volume, it shouldn't be there for that long (I've bleached my hair before) I just don't want this happening to anyone else . Please go somewhere professional and that is not negligent with your hair . I am so upset at this , I didn't realize how bad it was . I tried to tone down the brown spots but it is still there . She stated that I needed to maintain my new blonde (I bought purple shampoo and toners) so now my hair is a mixer of blonde, gray, and brown . First off, I have virgin black Asian hair. I have bet had it touched in three years. I wanted a drastic change that would not require a lot of maintenance. I went with a greige shadow balayage. I didn't want the roots to be too light as my hair grow so fast. Nguyen agreed to Accommodate my busy work schedule. I was there for a long time! We cut off about 8+ inches as I had super long hair. Absolutely not. The integrity of the store is horrible. Called in originally to ask for how much a cut was. They stated it would only be $35. Got the hair cut and then switched up on me saying the cut was gonna be $100 plus a $5 fee for using a card?!?! On top of that i gave them a $10 tip so in total that should've been $115. Tell me why tho why i check my account and it says they charged me for $140??? They not only lied about the price but they also over charged me. Ok so this is a follow-up from my previous review. Unfortunately within a few days of my initial review I began to notice some issues with the coloring of my hair. Mind you i have been getting my hair bleached and highlighted since high school, so I know how to properly care for bleached hair and how to preserve the toner added afterwards. I also want to note that a large Photo Ring Light was placed behind my head before this photo was taken, the color is not with natural lighting. I also believe she used a filter before sending me the photo she took from her phone. Because the color was nothing like that in natural light. This is important because it dramatically enhanced the lightness and color tone you see. I first noticed large strips of hair that were missing any highlights just above my ear when parting my hair to blow dry it for the first time. They were underneath the upper most layers that frame my face making them hard to notice unless you looked. It was not happy, but didnt have time to pay too much attention as I was getting ready for work. A few days later I decided to wear my hair in a high ponytail and parted my hair in half in a complete circle around my head, and woah huge chunks of ORANGE FIRE ROOTS. She lifted my roots . Now lifting my roots may not have been that bad the highlights went to my roots, and a proper root shadow or even the correct toner is used. That was not the case. I orange roots with areas of uneven, inconsistent and under developed chunky highlights everywhere except the top layer around the crown of my head. Not to mention the huge chunky highlights around my face that turned yellow after the first time I washed it. ( I wash my hair in cold water, 1-2 times a week) but I wait a full week before washing after my hair is bleached. I went to Salon 360 because my original hairdresser raised her prices and I was trying to save money. I ended paying over $300 for this mess and then had to go crawling back to my hairdresser and paying another $500 for her fix it. Im not saying this place is bad, im just saying if you are wanting professional results, cheaper is never better. I went for the first time this morning and they did not disappoint. I asked for a butterfly haircut along with a short trim, she instantly knew what to do and was confident with my hair. I spent $67 which included the styling, haircut, and hair wash and I'd say it's a pretty nice price for what you're paying for. I will say though that she insisted with the hair wash even though I didn't originally plan on doing so, but honestly it's helped with the volume and the shine so I think the recommendation was worth paying for as well! Also she was very kind and the small talks were very wholesome, made me comfortable with my first experience being at a salon alone. So difficult to manage. Well I called while driving around looking for a place and they were able to take me in same day! With just 15 minutes notice! So, It's been a year already since I got my hair done and I decided to go to another stylist because I noticed my hair was falling out and it was really hard to brush my hair over the course of the year. This effected my hair tremendously after month after month but I thought it was normal because I dyed it. Here is the issue, this was my first time dying it and I didn't know what was happening to my hair. I told my mom my head was starting to hurt so much because of the amount of hair pulling I was doing, combing & just trust me when I mean a lot of hair came out I mean I have BALD SPOTS NOW. The new stylist who did my hair noticed my hair was thinning out and tiny bits of hair were going bald. She gasps and said, "When was the last time you dyed your hair" and I said, "7 months ago at Salon 360. The owner did my hair" and said, "How long were you sitting on that dryer" and I responded, "Well I remember watching a show while sitting down. 55 minutes." I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS SUPPOSE TO SIT DOWN LESS THAN THAT. The owner left me there and as you can see my hair looks amazing there she actually burned my hair off. She sat me under that hot dryer for almost an hour. I don't want a refund, I'm just telling you ladies what I went through. This is my hair now & you can see how thin and flat my hair looks. Though the owner did wonders on the color, she damaged my hair completely to where I'm afraid to go dye my hair again. Wow they are amazing here and they have my loyalty as a customer for good now. They helped me with emergency hair service due to really tangled extensions from another hairstylist that had become so matted and tangled due to the method of install, and also due to me, not being able to maintain them after I had a major surgery. I didn't have the best experience here. It was local and I wanted to support local businesses after I moved so I wanted to give Nguyen a try. She was very nice and I went there for highlights/color and cut. She showed me a sheet with different colors and I pointed to which one I wanted. She then told me she wasn't going to do that color, and she was going to do another color because "when it fades it all looks the same anyway" ‍ lol! I remember thinking in my head, so why did you ask me if you were going to decide what generic ash blonde color you were going to dye my hair anyways? So she dyed my hair. This other lady was there and they were speaking to each other in Vietnamese the whole time. She told me she does a lot of Filipinas hair, a lot of nurses. I'm a Latina doctor so I guess I'm not her typical clientele? Either way, I knew that it was going to be my first and last time there. Then a while later my mom, who has very long hair, finally decided she wanted to cut her hair! She was very nervous. I wanted to give Nguyen another chance since my mom only wanted a cut and no color lol. I sent a text to Nguyen asking if I can make an appointment for my mom, she said no, only walk-in for cut/style. I thought it was weird but said ok. My mom was very nervous but she went to the salon after work and she did not feel welcome at all. She was doing someone's hair, and she said when she walked in, Nguyen was staring at her up and down in a judgmental way while talking to her. My mom asked when she should try to come in again, and she answered with an attitude "I don't know sometime tomorrow 10 or 11" I felt bad that my mom had to deal with that. She took the time to head there as a "walk in" and not only wasted her time, but had to deal with a bad attitude as well. I just took that as a sign that I will never recommend this salon to anyone ever again. It might only be a good salon for Asians and Filipinas who want a less expensive option for generic highlights/color. Who have beautiful straight easy hair to trim and style. And who are nurses. I got so lucky, I came on a Saturday at 3pm and Nguyen just finished doing another person's hair so I didn't have to wait. I requested to do a dark brown hair after being a blonde for 4 years. The ladies who work here are so kind and welcoming. I was a little scared at first because it's such a drastic color transition from being light for so long to going dark. Nguyen was kind enough to put some olaplex treatment in my dried hair which is a very expensive bond multiplier. Then Nguyen and her assistant, Thoa, worked magic on my hair. While I waited, Kathy was sweet enough to offer me water and also helped with my hair. The results: The olaplex made my hair feel like it was virgin hair again. I was scared my hair would turn out too dark but it was a perfect natural dark brown. They took two hours to do my hair and it came out just how I wanted it. I really wished I brought more cash to tip them a larger amount because they deserve it. I would highly recommend going to this place. This is what my hair first looked like and this is how nguyen over processed my hair and it just felt off and it looks like a mullet and I can't do anything but to wait for years so it can look like what it used to before. When I reached out to Nguyen she blamed me for my hair being gummy and over processed. She did not offer to help me or give me a refund, she said I did not take care of it properly but many professional stylist have told me that this was negligence and I should have never stayed under the heat with bleach that long. This really destroyed my confidence and I hope she doesn't do this to anyone else, she should close her salon or be sued. Super glad I decided to try out this salon! I came on a Tuesday with my friend asking for an estimate price for an ashy blonde and cut, Lisa told me it would be about $265. I came in Friday that same week and walked out the door paying $245 instead. Overall place is really clean, and all workers seem to be skilled in their craft. Lisa took me and my friend in at 9am without an appointment. She was very attentive to her customers and even handed us a cup of coffee. My hair process took about 4 hours in total. The first time she dried it, I found the roots to be too light for my liking, I brought it up to Lisa and she agreed. She told me she would be able to darken it for me the same day. She let me eat lunch first, then got back to it. A couple minutes later, my hair looked the perfect ashy blonde! My experience was great. Lisa took good care of me, and she made sure to ask if I was okay every now and then. It's apparent how much she loves her job and cares for all her customers. Came back to this place for a haircut. Unfortunately, for a returning customer I was treated rudely! I called and got an appointment. I got there a little before 2:30p and the door was closed. I knocked and told that her I'm her 2:30p appt but she acted like, why am I there? But later reluctantly had me seated till she finish with another customer.
