I don't like the way Kim did it. I'll find some other Supercuts which would probably do it better. Yeah. Basically. Thumbs down. read more

Another efficient visit to Supercuts. April treats me special especially after my stroke a year ago. I am much slower to get around than before. read more

We've been coming to this Supercuts location for quite some time because of our favorite hairstylist, Ana. My teenage daughter recently got her hair colored for the first time, and she absolutely loves it! Ana took the time to listen to exactly how my daughter wanted her hair to look, offered helpful suggestions, and made her feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The results exceeded our expectations, and now I have a very happy teen who loves her new hair color. Thank you, Ana, for your patience, talent, and excellent customer service. We highly recommend her! read more

I'm really upset! I grew out my hair for my cut. I showed the stylist (Zahra) a picture of what I wanted which is more of a K-pop vibes. The reference photo even had arrows of how the cut should look. I had the length and hair Asian texture for the cut. The cut just requires it to be cut on the lower back and sideburns. She asked me if I wanted a number 2 on the sides and I asked her if a 1 would work since it tends to grow out fast in those areas and she assured me it would. I also told her I want the top long but add shape if it needed. She basically gave me a blended cut and went up way too high. When I told her she went too short, she told me it was my fault for "confusing her by telling her a number" when she mentioned to me a number 2 first. She also said next time to do a scissor cut and that it will grow out. A true professional would ask questions about any confusions instead of just cutting. She asked me if I wanted gel to see it styled and spiked it up. She asked me if this is how I wear it and i said "no. I wear it down like the picture I showed you." She clearly did her own thing and didn't even pay attention to my reference photo. I cried when I got home. What makes this even worse is that I have a trip next week and a lot of event coming up. My hair isn't going to grow back to my original length my Halloween either. I will never go back to this place. Update: I got a refund for the haircut from the manager the next day. read more

My little sister has been crying all day as she only asked them to cut a little bit an they cut more and not only that they cut her hair super uneven that her left side is way longer than her right. didn't bother to spray her hair down with water or nothing which normally hair stylists do to cut hair if you choose not to wash it. The lady just cut her hair dry. Dont know who was the lady who cut her hair due to her dad was the one who took her. she was Asian or Chinese not sure the ethnicity or if that helps. Why work for a hair cut place if you can't even cut hair straight.. horrible experience for my sister to say the least and she loves styling her hair and is very good at it so to see her crying was super upsetting to say the least least!! And I can understand why as this is a very poor job and UNACCEPTABLE!!!! read more

Senior haircut, I had Zahra, and she did an excellent job. My hair had grown way too long (below my shoulders) and she trimmed it up perfectly. I will ask for her again. I went there in the middle of the day, on a Thursday, and there was no wait. read more

First time at this location and got a great haircut from Amilsa, friendly, clean and fast. Great job Ms. Zahra

My husband went in to get a hair cut and they gave him a mullet. The people there don't know enough about hair to be able to do it right. Since when is please take a little off the back and sides a mullet? Smh this is not the first this company has done this before. I would advise you go else where. read more

Somehow my appointments go wrong every time. I don't have the time to wait so I call in to make an appointment during my lunch break but somehow it's always screwed up. One time they claimed I was not in the system at all and today they said my appointment was an half hour later than what I requested over the phone. I even had the text alerts to assure me. I'm not sure who runs the place but they definitely lack on customer service. I'll contact corporate next and I'll find another barber shop. read more

Terrible customer service by Ana. Zero customer service skills. Made us wait way past our appointment time with no communication. You should at-least communicate with your customer that's waiting right there that you're expecting some delay. I understand that can happen sometimes. When asked how much longer it would take she told us to go with someone else . Why would we make an appointment with you and wait for you if we would just end up getting the service with whoever is available? Really rude behavior. Did not even have the decency to come up front and talk. No apology and very confrontational. We had to walk away. read more

I had the best experience with Jorge. I went on Monday February 3rd.He was so personable and listened to how I wanted my haircut. I will be absolutely coming back to this location. It was very clean. read more

As Always, Mayra did a fabulous job. She was great. She has a great attitude and is very good at what she does. She left my hair looking amazing. Highly recommend her. read more

I got a trim the other day, came here for the first time. I asked for an 1/2 to 1 inch off max and a bit of layers on the back however it made my hair look very choppy and seemed to cut about 3inches in the front. I really wish the stylist listened to the customer 1/2 to 1 inch off instead of doing what they wanted. read more

I really appreciate the great hair cut I received today. She did a great job and it looks great! Thank goodness for the great job you did! I'm did not get her name but I hope she is there when I go back! read more

I've gone to this Supercuts for the last 3 years because of the affordability and generally good haircuts. Adult haircuts are $25. I recommend April the most. She's knowledgeable and experienced, and she has never messed up my hair. -1 star on a recent experience. April wasn't available so I saw Zahra this time. She was kind but too quick, so my hair didn't turn out as even as I had hoped. What really irked me was that I had received a $5 Supercuts coupon for this location, and she would not honor it because she "didn't know how" to apply it and kept telling me to use it next time... I did not have this issue with April. read more

One guest said they pass several other Supercuts just to come to this specific location! Countertops, floors, and windows were clean. Everything was organized and the building was in good condition, as well as had a good temperature. It was a little busy and the clientele was primarily male of all ages. Parking lot is a little hectic since it's a busy area. Staff was very friendly, conversational, and skilled. Everyone was appropriately dressed, had good hygiene, and had good conversations amongst themselves. Thank you Supercuts! read more

Used to come here a lot, but I'm afraid I won't be after learning that Janice doesn't work here anymore. I learned that the stylists didn't respect her as a person, and she decided to leave due to both stylist and client bullying. They didn't see her "as a girl" even though she uses a woman's name, uses feminine pronouns, and dresses like a woman. To know that her coworkers didn't treat her with respect and validity is awful; and I don't want to support a business that tolerates that type of behavior. It's such a shame. She did great work, you can see in the photos. She highlighted and colored my hair. I will be frequenting the San Pedro Supercuts, where I learned she now works. I hope they're treating her better there. Also, their pricing went up, so eff that. read more

Alicia and Leslie are amazing. Dad decided it would be a good idea to take our daughter in for a haircut at a barbershop. They cut off 6 inches of out daughters hair and left it a choppy mess. I called and spoke with Alicia and she told us to come on in. We arrived and there were a few ahead of us but the girls moved at a great pace leaving each person ahead of us with great cuts and styles. Then came our turn. Leslie was great at fixing my daughters hair and making her feel special and beautiful. Alicia is a great conversationalist and had me leave feeling like a fierce queen. Thank you so much ladies!! read more

If I could give zero star, I would. FYI. IF YOU'RE IN A GOTTA GET A HAIRCUT FAST kind of mood and this is the only place that's open. Please wait for another salon to open. Basic, basic hair cut and they still manage to mess it up. Disgusted with what that lady did to my wife's hair. read more

Amanda was and is amazing!!! She cut both my girls hair (5 & 6 years old), it was their first hair cut. My girls both have long hair and with different textures, but what Amanda did just transformed their hair and looks, all the while keeping them looking like little girls. I'm happy we found Amanda, will certainly go back to her for my girls hair cuts. I highly recommend Amanda!! read more

Terrible cut rude people and not very pleasant environment. I was horrified at the cut holes in scalp and so ragged I was embarrassed tried to get it fixed but went from bad to worse so I'll just let it grow out. If I could give a 0 star I would. Got a haircut by April and she basically cut all my hair off. She did what she wanted and not what I asked for. On top of that the hair wasn't even on both sides. Would never come back read more

okay let me just say that Karen is a true hair cutter with experience and flair. she understood the depth of my disappointment with a haircut by Mary. Mary is not into flair and cuts to the rule book. Karen fixed that for me. This shop should be booming but for maybe the lack luster of some hairdressers. I have to say if it were not for the flair of the two true stylist Karen and Arlene I would have never returned. come on management make it happen for the two that truly keep it afloat. Arlene is great and Karenn is great. read more

I had called to reserve my appointment for today at 4 o'clock. Closer stated that he would see me at 4 o'clock then waits for me to get to the place to tell me that he cannot take me because the opener did not put the 4 o'clock appointment down. I would not have had a problem with this at all if this employee would've had noticed the mistake and called me immediately, but he literally waited for me to get to the facility and then continues to speak to me rudely and tell me that this is a situation so you could take it or leave it. Worst experience ever will never ever come here again. I would actually give zero stars !!!! read more

I had an appointment 10:30 and the lady who was suppose to cut my hair didn't show up until 10:45. This part is fine... because yes things happened... The woman who was cutting my hair "April" did a horrible job cutting my hair. I just wanted a simple haircut and wanted to do a style I wanted. She called me cocky and ruined my hair... HORRIBLE SERVICE and I will not be going back anymore. ( Other workers were nice) read more

I have been going to Supercuts for a little over three years now. My regular stylist is Maryleen. I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism, customer service, and technical skill. She is Grade A! I know that as a client I can be a bit difficult due to the scarring I have on the back of my head. Getting a fade is tricky, but Maryleen is always patient, considerate, and DOES NOT make me feel like an inconvenience. Maryleen has always got her mind on what's best for the client base and the salon. You can tell she is very conscientious of business operations, while keeping her mind on the needs of incoming customers. She is very good at making you aware of the various services offered, and the salon's promise to deliver quality results. I trust her recommendations when I am in her chair. I never fail to receive compliments on my look after I've come to her. She takes her time with my requests, and is very good about sharing her own aesthetic opinion. I often see newly hired stylists coming over to her station to learn her technique, or shadow her so that they can improve on their own methods and handling of customers. The greatest testament of her excellence is the loyal client list that she has developed. She has regulars that I've seen come in and out for years! Great job Maryleen, and thank you for always giving me the look and feel I want! You're amazing! read more

I am dismayed to hear that Janice is no longer with this Supercuts. A good friend of mine has been a really big fan of Janice's work and her ability to connect with her clients. But I am writing this review and giving it the obligatory 1-star because I have been made aware that the management at Supercuts did not respect Janice and her own identity as a transgender woman. While gender identity shouldn't matter when it comes to hair, it does matter when your workplace won't accept who you are - the management had reportedly kept referring to Janice as "he" and sharing with all of the customers and staff about her personal matters of surgery, etc. Unacceptable and a sign that this Supercuts should be boycott if you stand up for transgender folks and of course, Janice's amazing work as a hair stylist. read more

I will not be going back to the Carson location for one reason, Karen. I've heard her talk harshly about clients after they leave, she talks about stylist after they're gone. Karen is bullish, crass, and unprofessional. She gives the salon a lousy vibe. SMH, management seems to be oblivious. read more

For the very first time I was disappointed coming here. I had an appointment but had to wait over an hour past my appointment time since they were behind. Luckily I was waiting by the door since they almost sat someone else. I asked for a simple men's hair cut. The stylist rushed through it and did not take my requests into consideration as I asked if we try some things along the way. Before I can look at my hair in detail to insure I was satisfied with it the stylist took away the apron and said I was done. All she added was some hair oil even though I asked for gel to see how it would looked styled. I was charged full price for a hair cut I did not like especially after waiting over an hour. read more

Great service by Karen. Someone came in and took my appointment but Karen was very helpful and cut my hair anyways. Would highly recommend!

Why offer online check ins and approximate wait times if they aren't accurate? I'm home watching the Dallas game and need a haircut today. I goto to Supercuts website and it says 15 minutes wait time so I figure I get the hair cut done quickly and come back to finish watching the game. I check in on my phone and drive the 5 minutes to get there. I've been sitting here for 43 minutes and am still waiting for my haircut. And they took someone who walked in after me. If my hair wasn't so out of control today would have left already. This location will certainly never see me again. Update: they just took the fourth person before me. I was told 2 people and the last 2 were not there when I arrived. I asked about it and they didn't care. I just walked out after almost 50 minutes WITHOUT A HAIRCUT! Now I am done with the entire company. read more
