The service was okay $28 later after they tried to charge me $38 for a shampoo blow dry. Hardly used any product on my hair. It was frizzy when I left se sprayed some stuff in my hair, nothing to help with making it soft or take out frizz. I guess I should just be happy it was completely dry. I get my nails done in the salon next door and have done for about fifteen years. One day I decided to go to Supercuts for a trim. I have very naturally curly hair and getting a haircut I am pleased with is always hard for me. I happen to get Quamanda. She gave me the haircut I have wanted for years. It was the best haircut I have had in a very long time. I happen to be by there the next day so I stopped in to let her know I was extremely pleased. When it was time to go back I did. Worst Haircut Ever. I took my six-year-old and my nine-year-old in for regular boy haircuts. My six-year-old wears his fairly short wanted to leave the top it's current length but cut to a 1 on the sides and blended to the top. BUT instead she cut and squared off the top so he looks like Jim Carrey from the movie dumb and dumber. My nine-year-old wears his long on top but short on the sides and I had to have her re-cut his because his fade was choppy and unblended. You could see the clipper marks from far away. So I went to Supercuts on John Jones in Burleson (Where I always go), and a very kind and thoughtful not to mention talented lady by the name of Kayla R. Did my hair and gave me an amazing head massage while shampooing my hair. She was amazing, and for that time at the shampoo bowl (It felt like forever), I totally forgot about my pain. Then she cut my hair PERFECTLY, and we talked and well let me just say that she is truly a caring and positive Lady that really cares about her clients and she listens! So thank you to Karla R. I called to get pricing and was told that color services stopped at 4:00. I made it in time and was blessed with Kayla to do my hair. **before: I had another salon do highlights and ended up with orange on the top and sides of my hair. I asked Kayla if she could do low lights to hopefully cover the orange color. She confidently said sure and proceeded to go over the color matching with my natural hair color, I was impressed. Then she patiently started going through my hair to pick out the pretty blonde strips and only covered the orange which she said happened because it did not process long enough, impressed again. She apologized that I had to go through that, wow so empathetic While I was waiting for my hair to process I saw her do 3 haircuts and each person seemed so pleased with her work, that was impressive. Finally, ready to see the results, BEAUTIFUL!!! It looked 100 times better especially in my bang area. No more orange!!! From now on Kayla will be doing my highlights and haircuts. I came in for a simple even up/add layers haircut. The stylist (if we should even call her that). Was unfriendly to begin with, I had to introduce myself to her and get her name (Natalie). I explained what I wanted (hardly any length off and add layers so it wasn't so triangular. She looked confused and I explained some more and she started trimming. She sprayed it with some water and "evened it up and added some layers", then dried it with a round brush. I could tell she kept trying to style it to hide the fact she butchered my hair. She showed me and I was shocked, my hair was in the shape of a bowl. No layers whatsoever. I asked again to add some layers. She tried again. Nope. She finally said she could stack it on the back (which I've had before and is super cute). NOPE!! She took off even more length and now I had a SHORT BOWL CUT. At that point I was so frustrated I told her just to leave it, I would grow it out and get it fixed. She continued to style my hair...and I was crying by this point. She didn't acknowledge my unhappiness and proceeded to check me out. By this point I am silently sobbing. The two other employees immediately acknowledge my tears and unhappiness and step it. Natalie immediately becomes confrontational with me and the other employee told her to leave. The gentleman worked on refunding my money and the other stylist tried her best to fix the butcher job. She even commented that Natalie was "taping off her meds". I went in being able to pull my hair up in a decent ponytail to a god awful pixie cut. I bawled the whole way home and still become incredibly sad when I see my hair. I worked hard for a year to get my hair nice and healthy and longer. That was destroyed within 20 minutes of Natalie getting ahold of my hair. Supercuts should have to pay for me to get extensions!! read more

Have lost my business for good. We arrived during a busy time, probably 6 people waiting. Only one girl was there, or so we thought. After awhile two of them came from the break room. Each cut one persons hair then went back to the break room and stayed there. 5 people in front of us and we waited for an hour! Eventually left without even getting haircuts. If it's busy there should be more than one person cutting hair! Absolutely ridiculous, I will never return to this Supercuts! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else! read more

I was in the middle of a haircut. When a customer was complaining loudly, all three stylist ran to her. After 10 minutes of waiting, I asked if someone could finish my haircut. The stylist with the rude customer finished my haircut. She was angry, and did not do a good job on my hair. None of this was my fault but I ended up with a bad haircut!!
