Today I was getting my hair done and noticed they'd added a nail tech. I needed to get my nails done but was skeptical because I'm very picky. Megan recommended I try him out and ALAN was exceptional!!! He does a lot of powder dip but I just wanted a polish manicure and he was incredible. I chose a gorgeous polish for New Year's and he showed me this amazing thing called the cat eye effect (apparently this is getting popular but I had never heard of it) and it's gorgeous. My entire experience was pure bliss, from the moment I walked in the door til the moment I left. All of the receptionists were so kind and full of knowledge, and Bernadette worked her magic and my painful knots that I had in my back are gone. I'm sure it'll take a couple more times for them to actually be "gone" but I feel 1000 times better with my back and shoulders not being in any unbearable pain. If you're one for more firm to deep pressure, I definitely recommend her. With me being a new client, I had to fill out some paperwork on am iPad and I loved that I had options to choose from. I could choose the music, the scent of lotion, and even if I wanted conversation or silence!! All of this was included with the massage, no additional fees for those, which was so nice. I definitely will be returning to this location for all my massages now. I may even try to go back for some of their plenty of other services they offer!! They also mentioned some of the plans and such that they have and I think I love them even more so because they're more affordable than most "chains"/big massage companies and their contracts seem easy to get out of if you can't continue it for some reason.
