Since it was my first time here, I had to come in a little early and was greeted as soon as I walked in. My massage started right on time and my masseuse asked me what areas I wanted her to focus on. She did a great job, just the right amount of pressure and I added hot stones and it allowed her to really work the knots in my neck and back. My massage was so good, I went ahead and signed up for monthly massages. I want to continue to give myself self care. I'm worth it. I am new to the area, so I did not realize this was happening. The girl there told me this happens two to three times a day where people come to the wrong location. I immediately called the other location to let them know we're going to be late. They said it was fine, we will just lose the time we are late, which was about ten minutes. When we got there, we requested if we could fill out their questionnaire after the treatment. They told us we had to fill out everything out front. Once we filled out everything they said we only had 10 minutes left for the treatment. We asked if they could make an exception since two of us were visiting from Germany. They said they had customers immediately after our appointment. Therefore, we decided not to even take advantage of the treatments. We were charged 50% of the price. I asked for a receipt. The girl said she couldn't print a receipt because the account is already closed out. So we left the place and waited outside to see if they actually had any new customers come in. They had one customer come in 20 minutes after our appointment was over. I know part of this ordeal was my fault, but the way we were treated was very unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend this place to anybody. I have to say the other place where we went by accident, the lady was very nice and professional.
