I wasn't happy with my haircut and trim. Certain things that men need that were forgotten. I didn't even bother to notice that day, but it concerned me when I got home. Gotta find me a real barber shop. I'm new to the area. Expensive for what i needed. I won't be going back. I would rate it a fair. read more

Don't make an appointment nor go early to one. They will take a walk in first and make you wait. After 20 minutes of waiting not including the 15 minutes I came early, I walked out........without my haircut. read more

I visited this location on Sunday for an appointment. The messages indicated that I should notify them upon arrival at 11:35 to receive updates regarding wait times. I sent a message back indicating that I was in the parking lot; however, I did not receive a response. Consequently, I proceeded inside and waited approximately 15 minutes before being attended to.. While I appreciate being seen at the scheduled appointment time, the establishment was notably busy. My hairstylist was excellent; she was very communicative, and I was equally engaged. It took approximately an hour and a half to complete my hair, which was reasonable given the volume, as I have extensive hair. I was pleased with my haircut and purchased an additional product at a 20% discount. I chose for the supercut service, which included a complimentary hot towel; however, I did not receive the towel, which would have been appreciated. It is unclear whether this service is exclusively available for men. I also chose the styling package, which included shampoo, conditioning, and a blowout for $50, suitable for the price. @adventurous_vibras read more

I booked day prior, 9:55 am. I arrived 9:46, they had 4 people waiting. At 10:30 I'm still waiting . They opened at 9am. How does a hair salon get this busy in a shirt period of time. I asked, they took walking, knowing they have scheduled people with appts coming in. I've been coming here for years. I've never seen this happen. I giving them a 1 rating, prior to haircut. read more

For as long as I can remember, My experiences with the manager Stefanie has consistently been excellent. She remembers how I like my hair cut AND asks before she starts. She also remembers to trim my eyebrows and other nuisance hair growing in other places. read more

Mary has truly been the best! She always knows what I need and is super friendly. The app makes it very easy to set up an appointment and very rarely have to wait and if I do it's a very short wait. It's always very clean and the price is great! read more

Obnoxious stylist overtalking everyone in the place. Wasn't offered a receipt. I tipped well because I usually do but nothing remarkable about it. Kind a creepy cult vibe about the place. Won't return. read more

This SuperCuts location (in the Shop Rite plaza) is definitely better than the one down by Stop and Shop. Sometimes the wait is long, but it appears they fixed that by allowing clients to check in using a smartphone. The only odd thing is every time someone walks in, they greet you with "we're you the one who checked in on the app?". It's just odd to have the hair dressers shout that to everyone walking in. You would figure they would wait to ask until the person got up to the desk to check in. As far as the quality of hair cuts go, they do a pretty decent job. When I take the boys (my son, partner and father in law), each of them get in and out in a fairly quick amount of time. They do a great job cutting my boyfriends chin to shoulder length hair and cutting to compliment his curls- every time his spiral curls come out bouncy and full of life. I can't say that about the "other" barber shop/mens hair cutting place in the same plaza (wont name names). I'm not sure how they do with women's cuts. I honestly don't remember ever seeing a woman get her hair cut in there- although I'm positive they do. There's usually lots of men and boys coming in and out, and in all my times waiting in there, I've yet to see anyone noticeably upset. The price is in the cheap range for hair cuts. Any cheaper and I wouldn't trust 'em. The stylists get the job done and don't need too much direction or redirection. Considering how fast my son's hair grows and how often it needs cutting, I wouldn't consider spending more elsewhere for a standard boys cut. read more

Went to this place as a walk in. Upon arrival I was not greeted. The lady who attended me yelled across the shop asking if I had an appointment and what would I need done in a VERY condescending manner. I am new to the area and have been trying to find my barber "niche" the lady made me feel unwanted at this location as she was smacking the iPad looking for an appointment she was rude throughout the entire interaction. I kindly said thank you and have a nice day. Bad for business to lose 2 potential loyal customers! read more

I was having a hard time finding someone to cut and color my hair. I went to supercuts and found Sammie. She is awesome! She listened to me and did an excellent job. read more

Visited this location last Friday I was extremely dissatisfied not only did my blonde highlights bleed threw other pieces of hair, my hair actually fell out in chunks in the back. After Sammi charged me a half price as if that was helping. I can't believe this place allows this I will be returning to speak to the manager so no one else has to endure this physical and emotional stress I dealt with. read more

I've received bad haircuts before (you get what you pay for) but I've never had to go back the next day and ask them to fix it...and by "fixing it", i mean they made it even worse. They (2 different ladies) butchered me. I had pictures of what i wanted and was very precise...I received nothing even close to what i asked for....Been going to this Super-cuts for about 3 years.....i will never go back. Worst haircut i EVER got. read more

I recently moved to bristol and tried to give a shot to supercuts in Bristol. Victoria took me for haircut and I told her to chop 6 inches off my mane. She was done in 10 mins and did not bother to show my hair in the mirror from back. Well, I came back home and blow dried my hair and found a whole chunk of hair long from one side and my hair uneven from the back. I had my aunt to fix my hair later because she did bother to cut my hair right. I am extremely disappointed and would not go back to them again. Other locations seem to do a decent job but this one just messed up my hair bad read more

Tawny (sp?) was really sweet and was great cutting my long, stick straight hair. She gave an awesome scalp massage, asked questions before cutting, cut off my dead ends, and added layers to my hair. For $20 I got a wash, cut, quick dry, but no styling. I also bought the tea tree shampoo she used on my hair because it was so refreshing and smelled awesome. read more

Been to Super Cuts all over the country for many many years. Generally been happy with them. Moved to Farmington recently. My recent experience with Elionda at the Bristol location has been horrible. Told her I was new and gave her what type of hair cut I wanted. She immediately assumed things and cut hair a little too much and too fast. The result - a big patch of short hair right in center of my scalp. Then sounded defensive and went talking in circles about how I didn't explain things correctly. Not even a hint of apology or understanding. Don't think will repeat here. Have been to Sports Clips of Plainville before and was treated much better. read more

After my last hairdresser moved away, I was in a search for someone new. On a whim I decided to stop in to Supercuts and was taken care of by Steph. Not only did I get a ton of compliments on my hair afterwards but she was personable and attentive to what I was looking for! She also recommended the perfect hair product to keep my frizz at a minimum. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking read more
