I've been to this location a couple of times with Sam M. who regularly gets a hair cut every 3 weeks from here or another location in Palm Beach. My gym is close by so I decide to come along at times. I have bought hair products from here several times. The reason being that product specials are good and convenient to buy from here. Their employees are great and are quick to assist. This location can get busy but they have a great website system where you can check in or see how long the wait time is. You can get a haircut fairly quickly or a trim. This is a clean/modern location of Supercuts. Until last year I used to only go to the location of Supercuts in Coral Springs but recently I started going to the one in Boca on Yamato and I-95. This location is so much less busy and convenient but every time I have visited they have a different employee which feels to me that this location has a lot of turnover. Supercuts is the best place to get a haircut. Every location is very clean and the employees are always extremely professional. I usually get a haircut during the day and one of the best things is that they are always willing to give me a rinse off at the end so that I don't have to run around the rest of the day feeling itchy with all the short hair running down my neck. 4 star location. I called ahead to make sure they could cut African American hair and whomever answered the phone was unsure and asked another worker and I could hear a smart-mouth comment. I didn't let that deter me from checking them out. I arrived and there were only two people working with about five people waiting, (I guess that's a good sign, because no one left when I walked through the door). There was a foul odour (I spelled it that so you would know it spelled bad) in the air. I have been to this salon off Yamato Rd. and Congress Rd. twice in 2 months and really like the quick service here. Also, they have a good selection of styles (from magazines) and get my cut right. Weekdays are generally busy in the evenings. My last wait was over 45 minutes. Today I went on a Saturday so it was a breeze without much wait. During rush hours it's better to check-in with their Supercuts app. Also, they enroll you with your phone number and email for special offers from time to time. However, I was not offered the Hot Towel Refresher®. It would be great if they are forthcoming in offering it to customers after the haircut. I recommend this place and suggest to sign-up for the Rewards points which show up on your receipt and add up to a free haircut in the future. read more

This is the worst Supercuts I have been to in my life. The hair dresser rushed through my haircut and was so rough with my head, she kept removing my mask to trim my sideburns and would cover my eyes, sloppily putting my mask on my face. She could care less how I felt in the process, she asked for a cash tip and I told her I am paying with a card and she went on a whole rant about corporate changes and tips being applied to their paycheck. The entire process felt so transactional and cold. This place is so close to my work and I REFUSE to go back. Also my haircut looks awful, so many spots were left unaddressed. I'm Asian and a mother of 2 well behaved boys, 12 & 14, and all I want is for them to get a haircut, but for some reason Supercuts on this 2 location has treated me with no respect at all. I made an appointment for 4:30, got there at 4:25, haircut for 2 boys. The lady told me that their system says my appt. is at 4pm, told them no, there's no way I'm making that appt. bec. my boys get out school at 4pm, she said that's what it's showing in their system. At 4:28, a gentleman came in for a 4:30 appt. the hair stylist said that she's taking him first since his appt is at 4:30, and I said but it's not my fault it's Supercuts issue and since she's a Supercuts representative that she should take my boys first. So, I decided that it was time for a change. It was a quick and impulsive decision so I stopped at the first hair place I saw, which was Supercuts. When I walked in every stylist that was working said hello. There were two stylists cutting and another doing miscellaneous jobs. But, all 4 greeted me upon arrival. I've been there before for a trim and I noticed the stylist that trimmed my hair was in the middle of a cut so I decided to wait for her. While I was waiting the other two stylists were curious about what I was going to do with hair. So us three chatted for a minute and they helped me make a great decision on what was about to come once I sat in my stylists chair. I've been to BIG NAME SALONS in the past so I could say I've spoiled myself when it came to my hair and nails. Once I sat down in the chair my stylist, Amanda, did just like the balling salons. She took time for consulting instead of getting right into it. We decided on a long layer razor cut with eggplant coloring. Even though it was impulsive I still had things on my to-do list for the day. Amanda asked me if I time to do what we decided on. She gave me an estimated time of completion to make sure I got everything done that needed to be that day. She even gave me time updates throughout. I left Supercuts with an amazing cut and an absolutely beautiful color in about an hour and half. I get compliments regularly and I got all my errands done that day to bat!! Definitely will be returning and certainly would recommend this Supercuts to people I love!! Thanks Amanda for making my impulsive decision (which never usually go well) worth it. Terrible!!! Went for a very simple haircut -- 1 inch off all around + front layers (chin length). I even showed the hairdresser a picture of what I wanted and she just did her own thing. My hair is now uneven, with ugly, lop-sided back layers, looks like crap. I grew my hair out for 3 years. Should've known better than to get a haircut at this dump. She was very unfriendly, rough with the comb, and inattentive. She answered the phone and told the person to "google" the phone number for a different Supercuts location.
