They charged me TWICE. Once for a deposit when I made the appt in case I was a no show, then again when I was a "no show." Doesn't make sense, make sure to check your card statements. Didn't bother to call me to ask if I was okay or on my way. Literally tried to scam me by charging me twice, even though they had my deposit in case I was a "no show". I have never been a no show to any appointment in my life, especially not an appointment I waited months for. Tried charging me over $200 for services that I did not receive. So greedy. Will never return.

I left a former stylist at another salon after 10 years. He has taken me from basic to chic & my hair is getting healthier each time we meet. Dennis introduced me to Baliage which I've never had done before, creating a beautiful look. His own personal style is perfection and I love chatting with him. Dennis is totally focused when working on any client's hair. He ensures I look my best as I leave the salon, in fact his blowouts last me 4 days. I think Dennis is the best and I am blessed to have found him. Secondly, I'd like to compliment Manicurist Anahid. She is lovely and has such an attention to detail. I don't get my nails done very often however I will be back as I was very happy with my manicure.

She adores the staff and how they do her blowouts, color, and cuts. She sees several different stylists and is a fan of them all. I know she appreciates that she can see anyone there and they are cool with that. On a recent visit to Michigan, I accompanied my mom and got a blowout myself. I was with Amy and she was outstanding! We chatted throughout the time I was there and it was just super comfortable... the time flew by! It was affordable (even moreso for me as my mom did treat me this time), and the blowout lasted for several days... (It's amazing how much a blowout can make one feel so much better!) The salon has a convenient parking lot and everyone there is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this locally owned business and am so glad my mom has this place nearby. I'll definitely return on future visits as well!

The salon is cute, quaint, very clean and I felt very safe. The products she uses are like none I have ever seen/used before...The aromas are so natural and pleasing. Linda is a great listener and a true "artist" with hair. I felt truly pampered when I was there and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I left with a great haircut/highlight and felt great.
