I'm very picky about my hair and am learning what I like as I wanted to go shorter. At my first cut short with Dream, it was storming and the power went out at the salon and we didn't get to do the finishing touches, so she gave me a free product had me come back a couple days later for a complimentary cut where I decided I wanted to go even shorter and get bangs. I still was not satisfied with the cut (let me clarify that Dream is an amazing stylist and did exactly what I asked her to do, but I wanted to pick an owner's brain about what would look good on me), so I requested an apt with an owner. Tony got me in the next day and we took it even shorter and he cut it with a razor. He made it look exactly like the picture I showed him but I still was not satisfied with it on me so I requested to come back again for a pixie and he got me in a few days later. I LOVE how the pixie looks on me. It just took me four separate haircuts to get there. I only paid once for the initial cut. And after the last cut Tony still said to give him a ring if anything else needs to be done. This is pristine customer service. Everyone I interacted with was so patient, accommodating and supportive as I learned how I wanted my hair to look. Additionally, both salons (Clawson and Birmingham) are super clean and just cool spaces to hangout when getting a haircut. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend.

I've tried many things, including seeing dermatologists and taking Nutrafol, and while I know it takes time to see results, I really wanted to go somewhere where they understand hair breakage and wouldn't act like I'm the first person they've met dealing with hair loss. Cellina called me initially, and I could immediately tell she was very knowledgeable about what I was going through. So, I decided to schedule a consultation with her. She went through all the options--treatments, haircut, and even the possibility of extensions if that would help me feel more confident. I saw her yesterday and got a haircut and treatment to start restoring my hair. My hair already looks so much healthier! At this point, all I wanted was hair that looked healthy, and she--and her entire team--were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. First appt, hairstylist was on time. Second visit, I waited 30min and no one offered an alternative solution nor did the stylist apologize. Third and final visit, I waited 20min and again the employees behind the desk just sit there talking to themselves. No one checks in with the stylist, or offers you a drink or offers to reschedule your appt, etc. Not friendly staff. All 3 haircuts I received were not the same cut and stylist didnt really have the expertise that I needed for my hairstyle. I won't go back.
