Read the Yelp reviews and decided to give this place a try as my teenage son needed a haircut badly. We schedule him a time online which is a time saver for sure. The location is easy to find and clean. We were greeted upon entry and my son was taken back quickly to begin his haircut. His stylist is Melanie and she is AMAZING! She didn't do like most places and go fast to get him in and out. She took her time to ensure that his haircut looked just like he wanted it. I had been here twice before with no problem. That being said, I went a couple days ago for a cut. Told her how much I wanted off, maybe about 4". My hair was down to the middle of my back, now it's shoulder length. It will grow back. BUT, she messed up the cut sooooo bad, didn't notice until I got home. I went back the next day to have a manager fix it. Had to cut it a little shorter to fix the screw up. Never got an apology or anything!! Needless to say, I will never ever go back. read more

Please don't use them. They do not listen to you. My son has been going for about two years. And this is the third or forth time: Nilu cut his hair with Number 2 all over, When told her to do a 2 on the side and 3 on the top. We even have a picture we showed her. We have always had a great experience here at Supercuts with Nilu. She's friendly and great at what she does. My kids only like to come to her for their haircuts. Ever since moving to the Metroplex five years ago, I have struggled to find a good haircut place. This Supercuts is it!!! I've had my haircut there four times, by three different women. Each time they've done an excellent job. They have always been very friendly. AND it is affordable. I contrast this with a place like Knockouts (the one on Collins in Arlington and the one off 360 next to the DFW airport), where not only have I received mediocre to bad haircuts,and the women have been typically rude (except for one time), but it's also pricey. So what if you don't get a free 8 oz. beer at the Supercuts? The good haircut counts for much more than that. read more

My first time ever. I went in panicked with fried hair from swimming in an over chlorinated pool while on vacation. I had myself mentally prepared to lose A LOT of hair. She calmly assessed my hair situation, shampooed (with tea tree oil and some other hair saver stuff) and began trimming where only needed. My goodness y'all... I have long hair and she managed to only trim an inch and a half off... I am so pleased! The woman who cut my hair is my end of 2016 hair goddess! Thank you thank you! She had blonde hair, glasses and a half sleeve... she is amazing and so sweet! read more

This shop is lovely to look at, mildly difficult for disabled persons to access and the young woman who almost cut some of my hairs after being told I needed a cut and styling, charged me over $15. I did not have my hair washed. She did put a fingernail of styling gel into my hair - or at least onto her hands! Supercuts are not created equal but I believe the lack of customers there are a large indication of why I should have gone back to one of my other three Supercuts. Been coming to this same place over 20 years. Almost never had a haircut I didn't like. They are consistently good. 1 of the 2 times I was disappointed was clearly due to my failure to communicate (apparently I was not paying attention). I occasionally splurge and get the tea tree treatment. It just a little bit of pampering, but I'm worth it! lol read more

I used to only come here on Mondays because my barber shop is closed. For me, I've given this supercuts three chances and my boys two chances - I'm done. I've had to fix my kids hair almost everytime I bring them here. I understand cutting a flat top haircut is hard to get "even", but when I have to fix it myself, it's irritating. A drunk Flowbee attached to a out of control vacuum with ADHD could do a better job. Lastly, I know these salons try to upsell their overpriced crap that is no difference than off the shelve products and that's fine, but when you ask if I want to buy something and I say no, just stop pushing your crap. But when you ask me once and I say I'm not interested, don't ask me TWO more times. When I said I wasn't interested for the THIRD time, she (hair dresser) goes to square up the back of the hair line on my neck, and pushes the electric shears/razor into my neck so hard, I literally had to get up and walk away with a unfinished haircut. I asked my kids if the back of my neck was bleeding, it was that bad. I've had hundreds of haircuts in my life - not one time did any barber or hair dresser jam/push the shears into my neck like that. I'm assuming it was the manager on duty who asked: "Is everything OK" and I told her no. I told her about how it felt like she cut my neck and the annoying upselling. I also told her when a customer declines a upsale, don't keep asking. She said: "It's their job to keep asking." No kidding. She didn't even ask about my neck. I've owned and operated three different business and you NEVER treat a client/customer like that. I think these girls are nothing more than reject high pressure Kirby salesmen with scissors. read more
