This place was realy cool but it is upsetting that they have not placed their online registration on their website. If you want to go and wait in line do know it takes about 45-90 min to wait on line. Once you get up there to oay for your turn, depending on your party size, you could wait 30 min to 3 hours for your turn to ride. My group was small so we were able to go sooner rather than later (about a 15 min wait). Once in you can place your items in the lockers (they are free) and you wait for them to call you in. Once inside they explain the rules and how it works. You pick a helmet and neck brace. The overall experience was great! There are many other things to do like the arcade games and ax throwin to do while you wait for your turn. They also have a burger and bar restaurant. Super fun place to come with friends and family! They have a lot of arcade games and go karting on the 1st floor, and upstairs are even more games, a restaurant, axe throwing, and a viewing area to watch people race around the track! The go karts get more crowded in the evening and we had to wait an hour on a weekday for our group to be called. The staff was very thorough with instructions and safety measures. When racing, some people can be very aggressive and rude on the track if they just want to speed by you, so be careful of them, but other than that, it was a blast!! read more

I suggest coming to this place on a weekday during the afternoon. It wasnt packed and my wait time was less than 5 min. Maybe 2. All the staff members are friendly. They give you a cap to out on your head and you can pick the size of your helmet. They also have free lockers you can use. You create your own combination. The go karts go really fast, around 45mph. My only thing is that the tracks are not as wide as they say. Maybe 2 cars wide but defiantly not 4. Its hard to pass slow people. They also dont do much if you get hit. I got whip lash and my back began to hurt after being hit 4x. It was still really fun since im competitive. After that I played a lot of arcade games, did the retro bumper cars, played VR and the other amusement ride that carries you up in the air. Lastly we went to the Restaurant on the second floor. The servers here are really really nice. The food is just ok. I got the wings. All in all, this place beats RPM by far. This place is pretty fun however their height requirement seems a little off. I think it's actually 5 feet for the go karts, not 4'10 as listed. The arcade is pretty clean and there are a lot of games to choose from. The staff is respectful and kind but you do have to hunt them down if you have an issue. They aren't readily available on the arcade floor for assistance. But they are very helpful with refunds and issues with the games. $50 gets you 240 credits, $20 is 90 credits. I think $50 is the better bet because the games for toys or bigger items are 30-35 credits per game. read more

Came on 1/7/23 around 4pm. Knew it would be packed- new trending spot-a Saturday evening =not a good combination. Literally I think all of NJ and surrounding states decided to come that day. Parking was crazy. Line went around the building. We were told that it could take 4 hours to enter. 10 minutes later we were told that despite the place closing at midnight-that they couldn't guarantee that we'd ride the karts or even axe throwing. I'm not mad at that. Definitely gotta visit once the hype dies down. They claim they'll have reservations available online by next month. Also, noticed there's parking spots for car charging- but it was NOT respected. Not one vehicle parked in designated parking spots were electric. I brought my honey here for his birthday surprise amongst other things we did this past week. He absolutely loved it. The racing is really fun especially when you are racing with people who aren't trying to do to much. The young man at the front told me it's better to pay in person on a week day rather than reserve due to it not being so packed during the week and you pay more online. That was good to know and thought i share that forward. But if you do plan to go on a weekend definitely book online for a slot. Axe throwing was really fun. I like how they have a projector of different screens and different fun games to aim for. This is my second time axe throwing and the first place I went to was not this creative and fun! The food was pretty good, but me and my boyfriends stomach did not feel very well after we ate. We both had stomach aches for hours after eating. As I am a foodie this is why i gave them 4 stars rather than 5. The food was good but clearly if two people have stomach aches leaving there something ain't right. I was finally able to make it here to see the largest indoor go-kart track in person. We got there around 12:45 pm Saturday and the line wasn't too long outside. We waited maybe 30 minutes to get inside, then probably another 30 minutes in line to buy tickets. They told us outside that it would be a 3 1/2 hour wait for go-karts, but the service desk attendant said it would be less than 2 hours. They only give longer times because of larger groups. Altogether it took about 1.45, but you can easily kill time in the arcade or go out to eat as we did (we went to Tio across the road). They also offer free lockers to put away your coats and belongings, which is convenient. We chose the pro karts (more speed, 45mph), and track 2 which has fewer turns. The race lived up to the hype. The course is fun with winding turns and you really do fly. I was surprised at how well they handle turns. The arcade games have a great variety on both levels, from basketball, virtual reality, air hockey, real and fake axe throwing, and so much more. They do need to inspect a handful of games, as a couple took my points but the game malfunctioned. I was able to get refunded for the lost points. This is a fun date spot or hang out with friends. read more

If you plan on coming on the weekend definitely make a reservation online ahead of time if they'll let you because it is definitely the hangout. large parking lot which they seem to be extending which is good because this place is only going to get more popular. They make you wait outside which in the cold is not fun but it's worth the wait. I had to use the restroom while we waited and they let me in to use the restroom, it was clean which I liked. We came here after work on a Thursday evening with a group of 10 people. We booked 2 races as a group. This was my first time carting so during our first round I went slower to learn the track & how to maneuver the cart + observe the carting rules. The second race was my favorite since I was boosting and did way better. It was a blast honestly. The races are about 7 minutes long and a max of 7-8 laps If I'm not mistaking. While waiting for our 2nd race, we went upstairs to the bar for drinks and food. Surprisingly, The burgers were super huge, filling, juicy and tasty. The wings and fries were also amazing. Prices were decent for an entertainment center and the drinks were only $5. I'd recommend the margaritas ;) The arcade games were also cool, but a bit pricey. (Similar to Dave & Busters) Nothing spectacular. Overall had a really good time here and definitely recommend Supercharged to everyone!!! read more

Where do I begin? So many great things about this place. From the customer service from everyone, the cleanliness, the safety on the go-karts and the drop tower ride. I had an amazing time at this place. I had been on go karts before like at the shore on the boardwalk, but these go karts here?? Nothing like I've ever experienced before. The speed on them was incredible! Every turn on the tracks there's an employee watching everything to ensure everyone's safety. If you're driving a little slower than others they tell you to move to the right. No bumping is allowed which is great because it makes the experience more enjoyable. I had never done axe throwing before, and the employee who was in that area was friendly, gave tips, stayed with us a few times to see how we were doing. It really was such an amazing day. I will say this though, this place gets packed. Do yourself a favor and go early. The layer in the day, the longer you're going to wait for the go karts. We got there at 11:30 and our 1st go kart ride was at 1:30. We expected that so no big deal. Just saying, the later you go, the longer you're going to wait. I've never had more fun go karting! The multilevel "world's longest indoor racetrack" is definitely a major differentiator between SuperCharged and any other go karting venue. First, the cars are all electric which is great for the environment, and health wise, no fumes to intake. They still artificially still generate the sound of the engine revs even if they aren't necessarily on point but good enough. They say the cars can go 40mph on the website but I'm not sure if that's really true. I didn't feel I was going 40 even though my foot was firmly planted on the accelerator. The boost function didn't add much in terms of a boost either to be honest. Not sure what I was expecting but I did expect more boost. You are given a ticket with a specific time to race once you sign up and you must make sure you listen for updates and your race number. You have to be on time for your race otherwise you may miss it and then you might be SOL. The safety part was pretty self explanatory, and wasn't very much. It was just a muted video you watch while you sit in the kart waiting for your turn to go. For me it was common sense, no extremely reckless driving,.. etc but these days public common sense has tiered levels. LOL. Now about the restaurant experience, I'm not sure how many tables my waitress had, but it seemed like she was not really present for great periods of time. The food was no better, including the fries which had a terrible seasoning on them. They would have been better to just go plain Jane on the fries with a basic salt dusting to finish. How do anyone mess up fries!? So with all the imperfections noted how does this end up being 5 stars still? I was here to race and the draw here is the one of a kind race tracks. The twists and turns, the ups and downs, the two different race tracks, the battle in the turns against my buddies, the detailed reports sent to our emails of our performance, the pure adrenaline rush that I can throw caution to the wind in the kart was enough to make me want to go back for more! So this 5 star review is heavily weighted about the race experience and overlooks much of the remaining experience. You have to sign a waiver. The wait for our group of five was 45 minutes. We loaded a card and played at the arcade to kill time. Some games are short or not working. There are lockers for your stuff. You can't bring in your phone, cards or anything valuable while racing because if it's lost on the track, they won't let you look until closing time. Someone shouts the safety precautions for every group. You have to wear a head cloth, the right size helmet, and a neck brace. It was fun and you can feel the speed. You're advised not to bump the walls and each other so that was annoying when two people weren't reprimanded for doing that during our race as they hit some people hard. Cars were really fast and Fun. I was impressed and so pumped to try other track. Nope. Closed. So they advertise 2 tracks but only run one. Why ? Anyway. After waiting an hour for 2nd and final race. We are called and go to race. Sucked sucked. They flat out tried to rob us. The cars for 3/4 of race were so slow I was driving with one hand. It was soooo bad. Then out of nowhere they turn up the speed for the last 3 laps. Ruined the whole race and day. $22 for this crap. Never again. They don't even apologize or do anything to say sorry. The complex itself is really nice and massive. They originally said it would be a 3hr wait time to race, but we only ended up waiting 1 he (Saturday at 6pm when it was packed). The cool thing is you can go to the restaurant, bar, ace throwing or roam through the 2 floor arcade. They call your # over a megaphone and send you a text prior to your slot being ready. You then walk to the kart area put on a head cover and choose your helmet. The kart themselves are electric and pack quite a punch. Very fast acceleration. There's also a TURBO button you can hit once a lap!!!! The race lasts about 7-8 laps (7 mins or so) as they currently have it set up for two sides of the track. Not sure if it when they will open the one larger/longer track. Maybe when the hype dies down. Overall it's a great outing for any type of group and I'll definitely be going again soon!!!! read more

This place has potential, but with current wait times is just not worth it imo. With the current times, I'd probably rate this as 1-2 stars, but given the potential is 4-5, I'd give it a 3 for now. We came here for go karting. Thought we were early (arrived at 10AM on presidents day, 1hr after opening), and wait time was already 30min for regular speed, and 2hrs for slow speed. They do NOT currently allow online booking... I suspect this is intentional to keep people there longer spending money at the arcardes, food, etc I've go-karted at several different places, and would rank the Track 1 here as being one of the more fun ones. The karts are nice too (at least now when they are new)... first time I've actually been comfortable in a kart as it allows you to push the seat fairly far back. There are some major issues though: -no online booking as I mentioned earlier. Luckily I am not far, but it would be terrible to drive far and learn that there is a long wait (I've tried to visit on a Friday night before and was quoted a 4-5hr wait) -karts are a little slow. And even then, they actually spend over half the time at an even slower speed?!?! Normally kart places have 1 lap max at a slower speed while people enter the track. I feel like its a waste of $ spending so much time at slow speed -terrible terrible driving. Not really their fault, but the drivers here are worse than other kart places. Maybe because its new and trendy, its attracting newbs, many who may not even have driving license Also note that the staff are really lax, which could be a good or bad thing. Here is my play by play experience 12:30pm: we arrived and bae and I divided and conquered- he parked while I waited on the outdoor line. 1-1:15pm we were given waivers and [patted down by security] were directed to the indoor line to pay. I waited on the line and bae checked out how to use the free lockers 2-2:15pm we get through the indoor line and purchased our passes for arcades and go karting. The wait was estimated for an hour and a half. Once we payed for the experiences we were informed that while you wait, you can play at the arcades, go axe throwing, eat at the indoor restaurant or at the near by restaurants. At this point we were hungry and drove to a near by taco restaurant that we saw driving in. You get a stamp on your hand before leaving. 2:30-345pm we ate lunch 3:55 - 415pm we joined the short reentry line on the left. The security patted us down and we put our things away in the free lockers and played arcades 4:15-4:25pm Our number was called on intercom (leave your electronics in the locked - my charger broke) - you are given a durag looking silk head cover (some people bring their own ski mask) and get fitted for sanitized helmets (some people bring their own racing/biker helmet). - they take you through the safety measures walkthrough 430-4:37pm The Go Kart experience was exhilarating! I love the turbo feature. It gets packed in the evening so come early 4:45pm - Arcades and drinks! I really enjoyed the basketball, axe throwing, motorbikes and air hockey arcades. The first race was fun but I did a second race and my kart stopped multiple times for no reason I didn't even crash into anything.

Over stimulated and disappointed. Just hand over your entire wallet upon entry. Place is super busy on the weekend, and has a long line to check in. To their credit their website does say this. Kids under 4'10" can't ride so keep them home. Music is very loud but very good, and there are lots of flashing lights from the huge modern games that take up two huge warehouse like floors. The games are $3-$5 each. There are bumper cars that are about $7 and anyone can ride, a little ride that goes up and down for about the same, there is an ax throwing area (got to be at least 10 and fill out a waiver) and a big race track at two speeds - fast and slower (there is a height limit and waiver and if your under 15 track only). After a quick security pat down and bag check, there is a line to get on for racing or ax throwing. The line is extensive. There is an online waiver to complete (do it before you come), and a spreadsheet like form on paper to complete with names in your party, their DOB and if they are doing ax throwing or racing and how many times. With the music, lights and all the crazy, I swear I was so challenged in filling out the form. I felt slow. You'll blow through $100 on a game card in 30 minutes or less. The arcade is on both floors. There is a wait to race so you end up lingering for 1-2 hours till it's your turn. There is a bar and restaurant on the 2nd floor. Think Apple bees, so awful, but there is beer soooo...the restaurant overlooks the race track. Valerie, our server, was super sweet and excellent, so shout out to her. Ax throwing on weekends is minimum of $40 per person for 90 minutes. Ax throwing is on the 2nd floor. I wouldn't come back. I spent about $300+ in 2 hours and coming from Harlem so the ride was an hour to get here. Not worth it. read more

The race tracks are great but the food was super disappointing. Food: Took like 20 min for our simple fishbowl to come and didn't taste like there's any alcohol in it but maybe that's just how it was suppose to taste. Fried cauliflower was okay.. a bit on the soggy side but maybe that's also just the way it was suppose to be? Chicken tenders and onion rings were hard to mess up so it came out perfectly crispy but could be less salty. Mozzarella cheese sticks were great for the kids. Our waitress (I'm sorry.. I didn't catch her name but she had really cute Clase Azul nails) was amazing. Really nice and came by to make sure we had everything we needed and made great recommendations. Race: Make sure you get there early on weekends. It gets very crowded after 11-12pm and the groups got increasingly aggressive. Definitely a fun track and great way to compete with your friends. You only compete for the fastest lap and not so much competing for first place. Overall, would come for the arcade (claw machines a bit overpriced) but not for food. Update: seems like now you have to wait in line to go on regardless of whether you're playing the games or going for the go-kart. My family had a fun time at this new entertainment complex next to Topgolf. It's a huge space with 2 floors. It has the modernized, large and bright colored arcade, an axe throwing section with a bar, a drop-zone type ride and a decent size sit-in dining area. The main attraction though, is the huge go-kart raceway track. We came on New Year's Day (Sunday) around 2pm. The line was out the door, but it wasn't too bad (around 15 min). I later found out that this line is to sign the waiver for the go-kart. If you want to do anything else, you don't need to wait in thai line. The go-kart line continues inside for payment (long line) and then you need to wait for them to call you. We were told it was a 2.5 hour wait so we decided not to do it this time around. The arcade is really nice. It's 2 stories so it's spaced out with plenty of room to move around. Most of the games are what you would typically find in the modern arcades with the snazzy lights. The standout is the VR ride. There are 2 of these but one wasn't working. My kids had a great time with this, especially since you don't see this in mist arcade places. Visited Friday 1/6 during the day for my bf's birthday. We figured it would be a good time to go as kids should be back in school and most people are working. Since this was our 1st visit, we were unfamiliar to the process of signing up and paying for activities. There is a queue when you first walk in where you need to go to purchase races and reserve axe throwing. You can purchase Game Cards ($2 each) and credits for the arcade/VR games directly at the card machines or at the counter. The employee who helped us was friendly & patient answering our questions. There was already a 90 min wait for go kart races as of 12:30 pm so we did axe throwing first and then booked 2 races on Track 2 for 2 pm & 2:20 pm. Track 1 wasn't open when we showed up so we decided to wait to book our 3rd race once track 1 was open. You are given a receipt for each of your races with your name/race # which you must turn in at the start of each go kart race. Axe throwing is located on the 2nd floor of the facility - there's about 15-20 lanes. You are assigned someone at your lane to go over safety and show you how to play. You also get a waitress. We liked that lots of games you can select from which get projected onto the board. We each had a couple of beers and an order of mozzarella sticks while we throwed. The beers were moderately priced. The mozz sticks weren't anything special. Our waitress was nice but she didn't bring any napkins or silverware with our food which was a rookie mistake. An hour of axe throwing went by really fast - the tablet has a timer and it shuts off the games immediately when your time expires. After axe throwing we went back downstairs. There is a DJ that announces the upcoming races so you know when to check in for your race, however it was hard to hear them at times. They should have a monitor that displays the schedule, especially since the races don't run in a sequential numerical order. Outside of the track waiting area there is a 'Check in' counter but when your race number is called you don't actually check in there - you are supposed to head straight into the waiting area. We didn't know this and while we were waiting to speak to someone at check-in, we missed the instruction demo for our race. They should be clearer about this when you purchase your tickets. You only have 5 minutes to show up for your race when its called. To get you ready for the race, they go over safety for a few minutes and you each take a skull cap, helmet and neck brace. They then line you up and assign you to a lane/car. I had never been go karting before and the cars were really easy to use/drive. They are very clear that you should not bump/crash into people or the walls and there are workers across the track monitoring the race. Track 2 has less turns than Track 1. We thought Track 1 was more fun but we had some idiots in our heat who were crashing into people and driving recklessly which ruined the race for us. That's the unfortunate thing about these races - if you have people who don't follow the rules or drive properly, they ruin it for everyone and you don't get a redo race or refund. We also checked out the arcade area while we waited in between races. There are arcade games are on the 1st and 2nd floors. It's very hard to see how many credits each game costs - they have very small numbers in black font on the area where you swipe your card. They should have bigger labels in areas where people are looking so it's obvious. I was also annoyed that they were out of eye masks at the Virtual Realty game we used. The facility hasn't been open a full month and you are already out of eye masks? That is something you should be restocking each day. I asked one of the workers nearby the race and he just said sorry - didn't even try to help find one at a different race. Its also silly that they didn't have the toilet paper rolls in the toilet paper holders in the women's bathroom. They instead just had stacks of rolls on top of the toilets - do they not have janitors to stock them properly? Overall: This place has potential if you can afford the high tab & don't mind long wait times. I would visit during the day on a weekday while kids in our school and people are at work. I can't imagine how crazy this place is on a weekend - we overheard people saying there was a 4 hr wait to get inside the 1st week it opened. This place has everything it needs to be amazing. The facility is great, the tracks are fun, the karts are quick and fun to drive. We reserved so there were no long waits. Where it goes wrong is all of the signs and warnings about deliberately hitting other cars are completely ignored my a lot of the customers and all of the staff. People will literally crash into your car repeatedly and spin you out as a technique for passing. Someone is going to get seriously hurt here. I have driven an actual GT car on a track and felt safer than I did at this high speed bumper car race. read more
