Once we were seated, we had the pleasure of being served by Mezzy. He was incredibly friendly and patient as we explored the menu options, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Man. Oh Man. So much potential. I've been here three times. The first time was on a Saturday in March and pretty much set the tone of what my expectations should be. As a new venue there is a lot of hype and interest and unfortunately it makes for a poor experience. Wait times were unheard of and getting service was a headache. It seems like everyone working there was just trying to get by with being swamped- it seemed exhausting as an employee and was definitely exhausting as a customer. And no, we didn't wait the 4.5 hour wait for the go karts. The second and third visit were on off-peak times (had to entertain the kids) which were better, but unfortunately still missed the mark. Even though the waits are long it doesn't feel so bad once you're inside. The activities and drinks will keep you entertained until it's time to race. Activities include axe throwing with wall games, & a two story arcade. 7 minutes is quiet a long time to go around in a circle so consider that when determining how many races to buy. They have two race tracks, & large scoreboards so you can see everyone's time. There's at-least two bars and one restaurant. All the servers were so nice!! read more

The check in and payment took an hour, yes one hour. We spent 40 mins at the register with ISanchez but I'm going to call her Lindsay. Lindsay needs training on customer service. Lindsay needs training on how to process groups, reading the form we filled out, applying military discounts I could go on and on on the lacks thereof for Lindsay but I digress. She thoroughly wasted 40mins of our time. I watched her coworkers process groups larger than us. The facility is nice spacious and have a lot of entertaining activities for adults and kids. I went on a date here on a Saturday around 5pm and I had so much fun. We pre paid for 2 races and that was perfect amount I wanted to go again after the first time but was ready to go to the arcade after the second race. I read reviews here that the carts don't go fast so I was a little nervous it would be boring, but that was not my experience at all if anything the karts go a little too fast (of course that's not a bad thing)! Lots of fun helpful staff, definitely busy and chaotic but I mean there's not much you can do about that, it's crowded and busy for a reason! read more

This place was realy cool but it is upsetting that they have not placed their online registration on their website. If you want to go and wait in line do know it takes about 45-90 min to wait on line. Once you get up there to oay for your turn, depending on your party size, you could wait 30 min to 3 hours for your turn to ride. My group was small so we were able to go sooner rather than later (about a 15 min wait). Once in you can place your items in the lockers (they are free) and you wait for them to call you in. Once inside they explain the rules and how it works. You pick a helmet and neck brace. The overall experience was great! There are many other things to do like the arcade games and ax throwin to do while you wait for your turn. They also have a burger and bar restaurant. Super fun place to come with friends and family! They have a lot of arcade games and go karting on the 1st floor, and upstairs are even more games, a restaurant, axe throwing, and a viewing area to watch people race around the track! The go karts get more crowded in the evening and we had to wait an hour on a weekday for our group to be called. The staff was very thorough with instructions and safety measures. When racing, some people can be very aggressive and rude on the track if they just want to speed by you, so be careful of them, but other than that, it was a blast!! read more

I suggest coming to this place on a weekday during the afternoon. It wasnt packed and my wait time was less than 5 min. Maybe 2. All the staff members are friendly. They give you a cap to out on your head and you can pick the size of your helmet. They also have free lockers you can use. You create your own combination. The go karts go really fast, around 45mph. My only thing is that the tracks are not as wide as they say. Maybe 2 cars wide but defiantly not 4. Its hard to pass slow people. They also dont do much if you get hit. I got whip lash and my back began to hurt after being hit 4x. It was still really fun since im competitive. After that I played a lot of arcade games, did the retro bumper cars, played VR and the other amusement ride that carries you up in the air. Lastly we went to the Restaurant on the second floor. The servers here are really really nice. The food is just ok. I got the wings. All in all, this place beats RPM by far. BEWARE OF INCONSISTENT HEIGHT RULE. My husband just drove OVER an hour with my son and his friends to go to Supercharged, only to be TURNED AWAY because of my son's height. He is OVER 58", but apparently the measuring stick had to be in the middle of his forehead?! That is not clear at all in your instructions and should be properly communicated to avoid this issue going forward. It's absolutely unbelievable. They then drove back up north o to take their business to K1 Speed, who also has the 48" policy, but actually adheres to it rather than making up other rules for people upon arrival. Please make sure your website gets updated with the CORRECT information on height requirements. read more

The experience was awesome. They had good food. But when I went go karting, I didn't know how to put my car back into the create so the guy is like turn the wheel Turn the wheel. I'm like I'm Turing the wheel and nothing is happening. so the guy gets an attitude and starts pulling the go kart into the spot. this guy is so lucky that I did not take a picture of him. Boards for axe throwing are were completely worn out. Hatchets were literally falling off their handles. Air hockey had no puck, 5 different basketball games had no basketballs, racing games didn't sync with my fiancées game, shooting game didn't work at all. Absolute waste of money. read more

Came on 1/7/23 around 4pm. Knew it would be packed- new trending spot-a Saturday evening =not a good combination. Literally I think all of NJ and surrounding states decided to come that day. Parking was crazy. Line went around the building. We were told that it could take 4 hours to enter. 10 minutes later we were told that despite the place closing at midnight-that they couldn't guarantee that we'd ride the karts or even axe throwing. I'm not mad at that. Definitely gotta visit once the hype dies down. They claim they'll have reservations available online by next month. Also, noticed there's parking spots for car charging- but it was NOT respected. Not one vehicle parked in designated parking spots were electric. Overall, I liked this entertainment center. The place is very large and there are lots of arcade machines and different activities. My friends and I went there mainly for the go-kart racing. The karts are electric and actually pretty fast. They even have a button that gives you a small boost, which makes it more fun. The track itself is big and wide, which I liked. However, it was still difficult to pass people who were driving slowly, so sometimes you end up stuck behind them for most of the lap. There are staff members who show flags to slower drivers to let others pass, but it doesn't always work. We also went to the café inside the center. I can't say I was very impressed with the food or the service. We waited quite a long time for our order, even though it was just fries and a burger. Overall, I'd say it's a good place to go karting, try drifting a little, and just have a fun time with friends. read more

I brought my honey here for his birthday surprise amongst other things we did this past week. He absolutely loved it. The racing is really fun especially when you are racing with people who aren't trying to do to much. The young man at the front told me it's better to pay in person on a week day rather than reserve due to it not being so packed during the week and you pay more online. That was good to know and thought i share that forward. But if you do plan to go on a weekend definitely book online for a slot. Axe throwing was really fun. I like how they have a projector of different screens and different fun games to aim for. This is my second time axe throwing and the first place I went to was not this creative and fun! The food was pretty good, but me and my boyfriends stomach did not feel very well after we ate. We both had stomach aches for hours after eating. As I am a foodie this is why i gave them 4 stars rather than 5. The food was good but clearly if two people have stomach aches leaving there something ain't right. If you plan on coming on the weekend definitely make a reservation online ahead of time if they'll let you because it is definitely the hangout. large parking lot which they seem to be extending which is good because this place is only going to get more popular. They make you wait outside which in the cold is not fun but it's worth the wait. I had to use the restroom while we waited and they let me in to use the restroom, it was clean which I liked. They have a variety of games which is cool, my son who is 8 really enjoyed the air hockey table and the giant pacman game. I didn't see skee ball, they should definitely get that if they don't have it. Okay the bad part... We ate at the restaurant... I became upset because I've managed restaurants in the past and maybe it's unfair of me because I expect myself out of every restaurant that I go to... I was seated with my son, and we waited for 20 minutes before someone came to speak to us to tell us she would get our server.. It wasn't the time that made me upset it was the fact that our assigned server spoke to 3 other tables that sat down after us before coming over to us. I know how it is a mother and her son, check won't be big so tip won't be big... umm... you never know who you're serving! The proper thing to do would have been stop by and say "hello, i see you I will be with you in one moment." I requested Katie to serve us. She was the only person to speak to us during our waiting period. She was literally the sweetest! She made sure that we were okay, she put our food down and came back to check to make sure it tasted good. She gave quality service!!!!!!!! She kept apologizing and I made sure she knew it was okay and it wasn't her fault that we were pushed aside by our previous server. It just kind of stunk because the reason we were sitting there was because my son was too small to drive so we wanted to enjoy some good food while my husband and our friends drove. I was finally able to make it here to see the largest indoor go-kart track in person. We got there around 12:45 pm Saturday and the line wasn't too long outside. We waited maybe 30 minutes to get inside, then probably another 30 minutes in line to buy tickets. They told us outside that it would be a 3 1/2 hour wait for go-karts, but the service desk attendant said it would be less than 2 hours. They only give longer times because of larger groups. Altogether it took about 1.45, but you can easily kill time in the arcade or go out to eat as we did (we went to Tio across the road). They also offer free lockers to put away your coats and belongings, which is convenient. We chose the pro karts (more speed, 45mph), and track 2 which has fewer turns. The race lived up to the hype. The course is fun with winding turns and you really do fly. I was surprised at how well they handle turns. The arcade games have a great variety on both levels, from basketball, virtual reality, air hockey, real and fake axe throwing, and so much more. They do need to inspect a handful of games, as a couple took my points but the game malfunctioned. I was able to get refunded for the lost points. This place is pretty fun however their height requirement seems a little off. I think it's actually 5 feet for the go karts, not 4'10 as listed. The arcade is pretty clean and there are a lot of games to choose from. The staff is respectful and kind but you do have to hunt them down if you have an issue. They aren't readily available on the arcade floor for assistance. But they are very helpful with refunds and issues with the games. $50 gets you 240 credits, $20 is 90 credits. I think $50 is the better bet because the games for toys or bigger items are 30-35 credits per game. read more

We came here after work on a Thursday evening with a group of 10 people. We booked 2 races as a group. This was my first time carting so during our first round I went slower to learn the track & how to maneuver the cart + observe the carting rules. The second race was my favorite since I was boosting and did way better. It was a blast honestly. The races are about 7 minutes long and a max of 7-8 laps If I'm not mistaking. While waiting for our 2nd race, we went upstairs to the bar for drinks and food. Surprisingly, The burgers were super huge, filling, juicy and tasty. The wings and fries were also amazing. Prices were decent for an entertainment center and the drinks were only $5. I'd recommend the margaritas ;) The arcade games were also cool, but a bit pricey. (Similar to Dave & Busters) Nothing spectacular. Overall had a really good time here and definitely recommend Supercharged to everyone!!! read more

I've never had more fun go karting! The multilevel "world's longest indoor racetrack" is definitely a major differentiator between SuperCharged and any other go karting venue. First, the cars are all electric which is great for the environment, and health wise, no fumes to intake. They still artificially still generate the sound of the engine revs even if they aren't necessarily on point but good enough. They say the cars can go 40mph on the website but I'm not sure if that's really true. I didn't feel I was going 40 even though my foot was firmly planted on the accelerator. The boost function didn't add much in terms of a boost either to be honest. Not sure what I was expecting but I did expect more boost. You are given a ticket with a specific time to race once you sign up and you must make sure you listen for updates and your race number. You have to be on time for your race otherwise you may miss it and then you might be SOL. The safety part was pretty self explanatory, and wasn't very much. It was just a muted video you watch while you sit in the kart waiting for your turn to go. For me it was common sense, no extremely reckless driving,.. etc but these days public common sense has tiered levels. LOL. Now about the restaurant experience, I'm not sure how many tables my waitress had, but it seemed like she was not really present for great periods of time. The food was no better, including the fries which had a terrible seasoning on them. They would have been better to just go plain Jane on the fries with a basic salt dusting to finish. How do anyone mess up fries!? So with all the imperfections noted how does this end up being 5 stars still? I was here to race and the draw here is the one of a kind race tracks. The twists and turns, the ups and downs, the two different race tracks, the battle in the turns against my buddies, the detailed reports sent to our emails of our performance, the pure adrenaline rush that I can throw caution to the wind in the kart was enough to make me want to go back for more! So this 5 star review is heavily weighted about the race experience and overlooks much of the remaining experience. If you can temper your expectations until you get into that kart,.. you'll be in for a great drive. read more

A group of friends and I got together to go to this hot spot. When I arrived I parked in the lot. I walked into games everywhere. I went to register and waited for my number to be called. I went to the bar and ordered an ultimate margarita while I waited. It was $18 and it was ok. When they called my number, we all went to the racetrack. We got instructions, and we were off! I was injured while go-karting at Supercharged in Edison, NJ, and my experience raised serious safety concerns. I was later diagnosed with a fractured rib and a lung contusion that required CT imaging and ongoing medical care. What stood out immediately was the lack of rule enforcement. Although the facility states that bumping is not allowed, there was a significant amount of aggressive driving and frequent bumping between cars happening throughout our session. There were far too many drivers on the track at once, making it feel overcrowded and unsafe. Staff did not appear to intervene or enforce rules in any meaningful way. After my injury, the response was extremely disappointing. I was not helped out of the kart, my condition was not assessed, and I was simply handed an ice pack with no assistance. The focus seemed to be on collecting my personal information for an incident report rather than ensuring my safety or well-being. There was also no follow-up from the facility after the incident. Two other people in my group were also injured, which further raises concerns about how safety is managed here. Accidents can happen, but proper supervision, rule enforcement, and post-incident care matter. Unfortunately, none of those were present in my experience. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before visiting. read more

You have to sign a waiver. The wait for our group of five was 45 minutes. We loaded a card and played at the arcade to kill time. Some games are short or not working. There are lockers for your stuff. You can't bring in your phone, cards or anything valuable while racing because if it's lost on the track, they won't let you look until closing time. Someone shouts the safety precautions for every group. You have to wear a head cloth, the right size helmet, and a neck brace. It was fun and you can feel the speed. You're advised not to bump the walls and each other so that was annoying when two people weren't reprimanded for doing that during our race as they hit some people hard. Apparently the PRO track is not open on Saturday mornings...so we had to race on track #2 - we had fun, but that information wasn't clear to me on the website, so a bit disappointing. You have to go through metal detectors to enter, which made me wonder the type of clientèle they have? The staff was friendly..you have to wear a balaclava type hood under the provided helmets (for health/sanitary reasons)...the carts are easy to drive and it's an exhilarating experience. The complex itself is really nice and massive. They originally said it would be a 3hr wait time to race, but we only ended up waiting 1 he (Saturday at 6pm when it was packed). The cool thing is you can go to the restaurant, bar, ace throwing or roam through the 2 floor arcade. They call your # over a megaphone and send you a text prior to your slot being ready. You then walk to the kart area put on a head cover and choose your helmet. The kart themselves are electric and pack quite a punch. Very fast acceleration. There's also a TURBO button you can hit once a lap!!!! The race lasts about 7-8 laps (7 mins or so) as they currently have it set up for two sides of the track. Not sure if it when they will open the one larger/longer track. Maybe when the hype dies down. Overall it's a great outing for any type of group and I'll definitely be going again soon!!!! read more

Where do I begin? So many great things about this place. From the customer service from everyone, the cleanliness, the safety on the go-karts and the drop tower ride. I had an amazing time at this place. I had been on go karts before like at the shore on the boardwalk, but these go karts here?? Nothing like I've ever experienced before. The speed on them was incredible! Every turn on the tracks there's an employee watching everything to ensure everyone's safety. If you're driving a little slower than others they tell you to move to the right. No bumping is allowed which is great because it makes the experience more enjoyable. I had never done axe throwing before, and the employee who was in that area was friendly, gave tips, stayed with us a few times to see how we were doing. It really was such an amazing day. I will say this though, this place gets packed. Do yourself a favor and go early. The layer in the day, the longer you're going to wait for the go karts. We got there at 11:30 and our 1st go kart ride was at 1:30. We expected that so no big deal. Just saying, the later you go, the longer you're going to wait. Lots of fun things to do on the meantime though. For someone who's 44, it was a day of feeling like a kid again. Highly recommend! Carlos the manager at the go karts was a real gem. Go karts and arcade games dominate the landscape here but if you want to come, consider a Wednesday because weekends are nuts. I'd say give it four months to let things calm down when the summer sun offers outdoor distractions. Bad: attended with a group of friends I had reviewed the website, had everyone do their waivers beforehand and they were running late in traffic. Wanted to pay for them and was told I needed to wait until everyone was there. We waited, then they didn't even check... what was the point of that??? There was a two hour wait for ax throwing,. Fine whatever.. when it was finally time there's no one there to check us in, I had to walk around and search for someone who mind you WAS working by cleaning the lanes but she was very hard to identify. She set us up to play. Great. But like no one checked to maker sure we were the ones that actually paid for the space. Also the entire building smells like a grow house. This place has potential, but with current wait times is just not worth it imo. With the current times, I'd probably rate this as 1-2 stars, but given the potential is 4-5, I'd give it a 3 for now. We came here for go karting. Thought we were early (arrived at 10AM on presidents day, 1hr after opening), and wait time was already 30min for regular speed, and 2hrs for slow speed. They do NOT currently allow online booking... I suspect this is intentional to keep people there longer spending money at the arcardes, food, etc I've go-karted at several different places, and would rank the Track 1 here as being one of the more fun ones. The karts are nice too (at least now when they are new)... first time I've actually been comfortable in a kart as it allows you to push the seat fairly far back. There are some major issues though: -no online booking as I mentioned earlier. Luckily I am not far, but it would be terrible to drive far and learn that there is a long wait (I've tried to visit on a Friday night before and was quoted a 4-5hr wait) -karts are a little slow. And even then, they actually spend over half the time at an even slower speed?!?! Normally kart places have 1 lap max at a slower speed while people enter the track. I feel like its a waste of $ spending so much time at slow speed -terrible terrible driving. Not really their fault, but the drivers here are worse than other kart places. Maybe because its new and trendy, its attracting newbs, many who may not even have driving license Also note that the staff are really lax, which could be a good or bad thing. I appreciated they didnt tell me off the few times that I accidentally bumped into people. However my friend mentioned he had one guy who was always bumping him, which got annoying. The second time, I decided to stop by on a weekday that I was off, which I was glad I did, because the place was not as crowded and I waited 30 mins instead of 3 hours. I enjoyed the gokart course, it has a few sharp turns and is multi-level. Everyone watch out. This place is a scam & they don't respect you the customer. Here is why Drove up from Philly 1 hour 30 mins drive. We get 2 races. First race was awesome. Cars were really fast and Fun. I was impressed and so pumped to try other track. Nope. Closed. So they advertise 2 tracks but only run one. Why ? Anyway. After waiting an hour for 2nd and final race. We are called and go to race. Sucked sucked. They flat out tried to rob us. The cars for 3/4 of race were so slow I was driving with one hand. It was soooo bad. Then out of nowhere they turn up the speed for the last 3 laps. Ruined the whole race and day. $22 for this crap. Never again. They don't even apologize or do anything to say sorry. I had to complain and they immediately gave us credit back but wouldn't let us race again. We paid and waited and they said fu. See ya. Come again lol. For real ?? Yeah. Sorry this place sucks and not worth the risk. Bummer cause when cars were working correctly & fast it was awesome. But why risk the long drive and $22 a race for total disappointment . Here is my play by play experience 12:30pm: we arrived and bae and I divided and conquered- he parked while I waited on the outdoor line. 1-1:15pm we were given waivers and [patted down by security] were directed to the indoor line to pay. I waited on the line and bae checked out how to use the free lockers 2-2:15pm we get through the indoor line and purchased our passes for arcades and go karting. The wait was estimated for an hour and a half. Once we payed for the experiences we were informed that while you wait, you can play at the arcades, go axe throwing, eat at the indoor restaurant or at the near by restaurants. At this point we were hungry and drove to a near by taco restaurant that we saw driving in. You get a stamp on your hand before leaving. 2:30-345pm we ate lunch 3:55 - 415pm we joined the short reentry line on the left. The security patted us down and we put our things away in the free lockers and played arcades 4:15-4:25pm Our number was called on intercom (leave your electronics in the locked - my charger broke) - you are given a durag looking silk head cover (some people bring their own ski mask) and get fitted for sanitized helmets (some people bring their own racing/biker helmet). - they take you through the safety measures walkthrough 430-4:37pm The Go Kart experience was exhilarating! I love the turbo feature. It gets packed in the evening so come early 4:45pm - Arcades and drinks! I really enjoyed the basketball, axe throwing, motorbikes and air hockey arcades. The drinks were made well I had a Malibu sunrise and my bf had an old fashioned - next time I'll ask for them to hold the ice. read more

This place is one of the greatest celebrations on earth! Absolute pure "entertainment". We did 3 races in the go karts, played in the arcade and had a drink at the bar. I deducted one star only bc we played a ton of games and it took our credits and we're never able to get those back. Additionally, my boyfriend won jackpot 2x in a row and it didn't give any tickets. He should have won 500 each win. So that's very disappointing. Other than that it was a very cool experience. We def plan on coming back. read more

Over stimulated and disappointed. Just hand over your entire wallet upon entry. Place is super busy on the weekend, and has a long line to check in. To their credit their website does say this. Kids under 4'10" can't ride so keep them home. Music is very loud but very good, and there are lots of flashing lights from the huge modern games that take up two huge warehouse like floors. The games are $3-$5 each. There are bumper cars that are about $7 and anyone can ride, a little ride that goes up and down for about the same, there is an ax throwing area (got to be at least 10 and fill out a waiver) and a big race track at two speeds - fast and slower (there is a height limit and waiver and if your under 15 track only). After a quick security pat down and bag check, there is a line to get on for racing or ax throwing. The line is extensive. There is an online waiver to complete (do it before you come), and a spreadsheet like form on paper to complete with names in your party, their DOB and if they are doing ax throwing or racing and how many times. With the music, lights and all the crazy, I swear I was so challenged in filling out the form. I felt slow. You'll blow through $100 on a game card in 30 minutes or less. The arcade is on both floors. There is a wait to race so you end up lingering for 1-2 hours till it's your turn. There is a bar and restaurant on the 2nd floor. Think Apple bees, so awful, but there is beer soooo...the restaurant overlooks the race track. Valerie, our server, was super sweet and excellent, so shout out to her. Ax throwing on weekends is minimum of $40 per person for 90 minutes. Ax throwing is on the 2nd floor. I wouldn't come back. I spent about $300+ in 2 hours and coming from Harlem so the ride was an hour to get here. Not worth it. read more
