Customer service acknowledged this and apologized, they offered to have someone come back for a "touch up" but I would not trust anyone from that company to enter my home again. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the cleaner actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was a great start. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detailed with the cleaning. You could tell he wasn't just rushing through the apartment -- he really took the time to make sure everything was properly cleaned. By the time he finished, the apartment looked amazing.
