Hmm again, its my problem that their system does not schedule itself and I should call to confirm even though they sent me a confirmation email. They were unwilling to take a 2 minute detour for a customer whose service was completed because their other customer mattered more I guess. And so I just walked there to pick up my car and I noticed that when the driver did get back, he didn't go anywhere for over 20 minutes, so I guess they just didn't want a brown guy sitting in their car. I went to them to give them an opportunity to take accountability and apologize for damaging my property, but they were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me even though I was willing to move on had they taken accountability and apologized for the property damage they caused.
