I have been to this place a few times because it is close to me and work, but there are two things I always notice. #1, the staff is painfully sullen and angry all of the time, and the 2nd is that the food is not very good. It's made me sick a couple of times, but that by itself is not enough to keep me from going, but today was the last straw. I ordered veggies, kung pao, and BBQ pork with no chow mien or rice and they charged me 18.00 fucking dollars. I could understand a slight upcharge, but its basically a 3 item combo without the rice or chow mien. The fact is the food is not that good and they go out of their way to be shitty, so I am done with this fucking place..There is a decent Chinese place on Cherry and Willow that is much better with nicer people and better food. Don't know what happened to this place.... It used to be good but now its just bad. Noodles look so disgusting, broken and mixed with old noodles. Told the lady to give me fresh noodles since they had just refilled and she seems lost telling me all noodles were fresh. Like lady Im looking at the old dark noodles on top how can you act like you don't know what I mean. Meat seems soggy and tasted old. Staff is always with bad attitude. And lastly prices went up. $1 per egg-roll, not even panda express has them this price. Not going there again for sure . read more

Can't believe this place has turned upside down, from very skimpy, overpriced portions to horrible customer service. Both cashiers are super rude and disrespectful. Ordered a combo C with three items a side of egg rolls and a watered down Thai tea. I was charged $20 when I asked why I was told my third item was the egg rolls and I was being charged $4 for a side of two very small wings. I specifically told the cashier my third item was the wings not the egg rolls she kept insisting I was wrong and decided my third item for me I couldn't believe it. These people have been ripping the community off before covid hit and now even more so. I demanded that she charged me my order correctly and give me my change. She refused and instead became aggressive and gave me attitude. In the end I took my food since I was running late and didn't have the time to go somewhere else, I told the cashier she could keep my change since I'm sure this sorry of an excuse for a Chinese fast food establishment needed it. They should be ashamed of themselves, but believe me neither I nor any of my family will ever return and give these thieves our business. The orange chicken was so nasty and dry. It didn't even taste like chicken it's more bread than meat. The rice was dark and dry with no flavor. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I've tried various fast food Chinese places, and this has to be one of the best I have eaten at. I ordered a combo B which included: steamed rice, chow mein, orange chicken, and kung pao chicken. I also ordered a side of broccoli and chicken. The chow mein and rice were okay, but the rest of the sides were delicious. The food was not salty; however, it was well seasoned. I really enjoyed the kung pao chicken since it was spicy enough to enjoy, but also spicy enough to give a little kick of heat. I would recommend Super wok.
