From the time of message to to the time of completion of job, took almost just an hour! Not only did I get fast service, They also gave me a price that no other shop cant beat , I was getting quoted 120-140 for muffler delete on other shops, while Koko only charged me 80 for a dual muffler delete. Superb customer service ! This is my first time visiting them and will keep coming back for more future works. Koko made me feel comfortable and even gave suggestions and basically showed me the whole process of whats going to be done. I'm extremely glad I did, showed up the first time to resize my exhaust pipes and Koko was really pleasant and knowledgeable about everything I'd ask. Showed up today for the second time to get Flowmaster installed and within 15 minutes Koko and his partner were finished with everything(cutting, welding, and painting). Been going to Koko for a few years now and brought in plenty of referrals. His work is exceptional and the time it takes is second to none. The reason for such a poor review is that I have never experienced such nonprofessional behaivor in an autobody business. The mufflers I had selected for my SRT8 Challenger weren't in stock so I was reassured they would be ordered over the weekend and to come during the first of the week to get the work done bright and early. The day arrived and I had called multiple times on the hour to confirm the work and about 4 hours later Koko answers and says it was his birthday weekend and got too inebriated to order them. Everyone deserves a second chance right? He said to bring the car in on Friday and he'll have the mufflers and do the work. Again no answer on Friday after we confirmed the appt so I decide to go in anyway. Koko is there and gives a likely story of how the delivery guy got into an accident. He says to come in Saturday he'll have them for sure. Saturday rolls around and guess what? Same story. Unfortunately I will not be allocating anymore business to Super Tuning Performance. I called around to so many shops before discovering Super Tuning. I was getting quotes from $1000-$2000 and up. I had them customize my exhaust on my 15 Subaru STi a couple of different times, and they can handle anything from basic exhaust install to custom welding. I was very picky about everything lining up perfectly, and they gave me no hassle and made sure everything was done to my liking. Most exhaust shops would call it quits or say something along the lines of you are asking too much or that is too difficult, but I get the feeling they like the challenge and love what they do!
