This shop does live up to the 5 stars! I brought in my 2015 Mustang ecoboost to get my exhaust upgraded. I went with a Y pipe, resonator delete, Magnaflow exhaust and tips! Koko reccomended me those specifications and man does my ecoboost sounds amazing! Has a heavy deep tone and turns heads. All I can say is, koko and his people at this shop know what they are doing. Messaged them for a quote thru yelp and was able to get a reply in less than 10 minutes and was even able to help me right away! From the time of message to to the time of completion of job, took almost just an hour! Not only did I get fast service, They also gave me a price that no other shop cant beat , I was getting quoted 120-140 for muffler delete on other shops, while Koko only charged me 80 for a dual muffler delete. Superb customer service ! This is my first time visiting them and will keep coming back for more future works. Koko and the crew were so helpful! I had my catalytic converter stolen for the 2nd time in a year. I decided to get an anti-theft device called a cat clamp and brought it to them. Been going to Koko for a few years now and brought in plenty of referrals. His work is exceptional and the time it takes is second to none. The reason for such a poor review is that I have never experienced such nonprofessional behaivor in an autobody business. The mufflers I had selected for my SRT8 Challenger weren't in stock so I was reassured they would be ordered over the weekend and to come during the first of the week to get the work done bright and early. The day arrived and I had called multiple times on the hour to confirm the work and about 4 hours later Koko answers and says it was his birthday weekend and got too inebriated to order them. Everyone deserves a second chance right? He said to bring the car in on Friday and he'll have the mufflers and do the work. Again no answer on Friday after we confirmed the appt so I decide to go in anyway. Koko is there and gives a likely story of how the delivery guy got into an accident. He says to come in Saturday he'll have them for sure. Saturday rolls around and guess what? Same story. Unfortunately I will not be allocating anymore business to Super Tuning Performance. Coco does great work. He hooked me up! I was recommended by a friend to go there. I needed new cat converters on my BMW 328i, which was not going to come cheap. I called around to so many shops before discovering Super Tuning. I was getting quotes from $1000-$2000 and up. Coco hooked me up for about $450 for the cat converters and even took my car to get smogged. I'm extremely glad I did, showed up the first time to resize my exhaust pipes and Koko was really pleasant and knowledgeable about everything I'd ask. Showed up today for the second time to get Flowmaster installed and within 15 minutes Koko and his partner were finished with everything(cutting, welding, and painting). These guys don't seem human when it comes to their work, quick and at the same time are make sure you're getting what YOU want. Can't say enough good things about these guys.
