Grabbed a torta to go! Big sandwiches with plenty of meat, and thin layers of lettuce, tomatoes , beans and mayonnaise. We got the al Pastor and carne asada torta. Tasted good and filling.

Looking to find a new spot to try and saw Super Torta was nearby. Nothing special to look at from the outside but I'm more concerned about the food. We order the carnitas quesadilla, carne asada burrito and sides of rice and beans - to go. Go home in 10 and got to work. The carnitas quesadilla was ok. Pretty greasy but the meat had decent taste. The carne asada burrito was good sized and had good ratio of meat, beans and rice. It tasted alright, decent but nothing special. The inside of the restaurant was pretty basic and only saw people getting their food to go I would come back if I was in this neighborhood but would not go out of my way to come here.

Food was good and that's what matters!!! And my grandson loved it too so that's a win when you get the kids to eat.

Haven't been here since before Covid, and fortunately nothing's changed, I don't even think the prices. Went with a taco trio today, $3@, double tortillas. Hard to pick a favorite between the carne asada and the pastor, with the carnitas coming in 3rd, but all tasty and generous. Friendly and quick service.

Loved this spot! Very quick & authentic Mexican. Definitely reminds me of all the wonderful taquerias in Pasco, WA. Got the carne asada fajita burrito, which was the size of a baby and had tons of steak. The green sauce was mild, zingy, and the perfect compliment to the burrito. Very kind staff and prices were good!

This place is pretty legit. First time here. I think it took me longer to order the food than it took for them to make it. Which made me kind of nervous to be honest. Thought it would be reheated food. But it wasn't. Got the carne asada burrito and it did not disappoint. It was huge and the carne asada was so flavorful and fresh tasting. I asked for no beans and I was concerned that it would be a small burrito but it almost appeared like they gave me extra meat to compensate. Should've weighed the burrito but I was too hungry. I will come here again and again.

This place needs a good cleaning, some fresh paint, and new decor. If you can get over the not so clean floors and recycle bins over flowing, and eat the food... You'll be please. When trying to a new taqueria I like to keep it simple. I ordered a chard grilled chicken, bean, cheese, and rice burrito. Our food came fast, and smelled great. It wasn't overly flavorful, but it was solid burrito. A couple of guy sitting near me ordered breakfast burritos. They looked damn good too. This taqueria is a good solid choice to fulfill your Mexican food craving. Just don't expect to be blown out of the water.

Today my wife and I enjoyed scrumptious Tacotes, one chicken and one Bok Choy with house made salsa. Extra side of yummy and creamy black bean frijoles with sour cream, butter, tortillas. Instead of desert, the Mezcal, chile and lime was refreshing. Right now open for lunch Thursday through Sunday 10-3pm. No fixed menu, changes with what's fresh - the way chef Angel loves to cook respecting what is in season. Yes, the food plated looks so good, I am inspired to dig in. There's a reason it was recognized early in its start by Eater, Portland Monthly and the Oregonian as one of the best restaurants in the city because foodies seek out and love to go where the food experience is special - especially the chef tasting menus in the past. I was excited to go here as I had been meaning to visit for at least 6 months. I wasn't disappointed. This taqueria is the real deal, and very authentic. I also appreciate it's LGBTQ owned, and like to be inclusive in how I spend money. The tacos are amazing I had two there, and took two home. They were all delicious and not one disappointed. Their taco menu is very extensive, and it's nice that they have a lot of vegetarian options as well. One of my favorites was the one with mole ,and poblanos, also the chicken one, also the carnitas. Flavors so rich and satisfying. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. Extremely quick service which I love. Even though I only speak a little bit of Spanish. I tried, and they were very welcoming. They are fluent in Spanish. I knew it was an authentic taqueria when I heard a native spanish speaker speak Spanish at the counter. I don't want to leave out their drinks as they have quite a selection both alcoholic, and non alcoholic. I tried the horchata, which was amazing. I have been craving Pozole for a long time, and they had it as a special chicken with green sauce, and pork and a red sauce. Both simply amazing and a great deal. This restaurant is very reasonable, and you get quite a lot for the money. Last but not least I can't forget the ambiance which felt very authentic, and reminded me of being in a Taqueria in Mexico or Southern California. the place is decorated very thoughtful with a lot of candles, and many shrines. They also have a love of Mariah Carey and saw many photos of here in the restaurant. They have both outdoor seating and indoor seating. A lot of plants outside which all seem very happy and well cared for. I love this place, and will be going back for sure. The place is very casual which I appreciate. We ordered the bowl, one with carnitas and other with avocado. Both were very tasty! You can tell that the ingredients were fresh, the carnitas were tender and well seasoned. They also had a mango hot sauce brought to the table in a bottle that is amazing. I drenched my bowl with the sauce for the extra kick and flavor. The bowls are very filling. We ended up boxing up half of our food to bring home and finish for a late dinner. Would definitely come again and try their hot sandwiches. I have had some meals at the bar where the bartenders were genuinely engaged knowledgeable and happy to walk you through their agave list which only enhances the whole experience. I will be honest and say that the service can sometimes lean into the typical Portland vibe of aloof and uninterested but there have also been moments especially at the bar where the staff really shines and makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Even with that quirk the overall experience is fantastic and it does nothing to take away from how much I enjoy eating here.
