We had Super Tacos truck for our middle school promotion party on Wednesday. We asked him to be prepared to serve a crowd of about 200 kids. We had decided to serve Veggie and chicken taco varieties. Chips and pico de gallo was also available. He arrived well ahead of time to set up truck. Both tacos were well received. Lines were managed really well. He honestly counted all the tickets and told us about the number he sold. He is a food truck so did not provide any invoice for estimate. But he kept all his tickets and got his payment right away. This is good! I wasn't sure about it since I'm new to the area and only here for a few months. The smells coming from this food truck is amazing! Especially if you like cooked beef. I spoke to a few guys waiting for their food to get a better understanding of what's good here. Luckily the person I was talking to spoke both Spanish and English and told me what he recommended. *3.5 STARS * Parking (off El Camino in Los Altos)- you can only park between the mattress store and car wash there's a designated area and someone stands near the truck to tell you where you can and cannot park so be mindful! I recently worked with Esteban and we were thrilled to have Super Tacos Piño Suarez at one of our Sunnyvale elementary school family hangout events. They were punctual, responsive both to phone calls and emails, and responded promptly with any paperwork needed by our school. The tacos were delicious, and was ready in a timely manner. Super Tacos Pino Suarez set a new standard. I was just doing my work on a usual Friday off, and saw their food truck parked on the street. I could smell the carne asada being cooked on the grill. Usually I'm not going to drop $14-15 for a burrito. I have to say this is the most special $14 I've spent on a burrito - I asked for a half chorizo and half pollo burrito - the flavors were amazing. The pollo asado was smoky and delicious. The chorizo was hands down the best chorizo I've ever had. Sign me up for more burritos at this location. Now initially I was told it was going to take 16 minutes for my burrito to be prepared - sure it took about just as long as I was told - but the wait is so worth the food. Next time I'm trying their tacos for sure. Did I mention the green sauce??? It was special - enough lime, enough spice, and so much perfection.
