Since the original amazing managers left the company, the store was in utter disarray and had terrible stock and just became a graveyard of forgotten broken dreams. It was a failed team after the next. But thank the gods for this new manager Mike! He really turned things around! I was shocked to see how clean the store was again! The fridge was FINALLY stocked with the good stuff! He's always supper chill and even have the decency to always shake my hand and gave me his undivided attention when I needed help or even just talk about supplement comparisons! I stopped by today for multi vitamins, and i was shocked to see Mike back! met him at Everett Mall but now he's at colby! that's amazing! This location used to be a great place to shop for many different supplement brands. Now "The Vitamin Shoppe" brand appears to dominate. I have yet to see a ConsumerLab review on the quality of the line. I am a mature male who can't drive 30 minutes each way without a bathroom break, but The Vitamin Shoppe's "policy" prevents customers from using the restroom. I suppose they figure people will go to a local fast food outlet? Go behind a bush and risk arrest? For this reason, they get none of my future business, which has dropped off in recent years, since online shopping at Vitacost and Life Extension is far less expensive. read more

I am bothered by the fact that the people that work here are wearing badges that say "health enthusiast" on them. They all seem to be depressed and/or gate their jobs. I needed help but couldn't get any. "I don't know. What do you want?" Isn't helpful. Please re think your staff and their training. read more

The staff here is very unhelpful, holier than thou, and obnoxious. I have had several visits here and experienced the same level of service. I would not recommend anyone shop here. Just buy on amazon or Vitamin Shoppe at the Everett mall, much better customer service and friendliness. read more

The selection of products is very good. The prices are a bit high but not too bad. The reason for 3 stars is simple: half the time the store employees stand around talking with each other when they should be helping customers instead. The Everett Mall Way store isn't much better. When you are on the clock and paid to do a job, it might be a really good idea to pay attention to the people that give you money (i.e. customers). Talk all you want when you are off the clock. When you are at work, focus needs to be put on the customers - they are paying your salaries! read more

I do like the variety of items.I buy my raw honey and brags mother vinegar there, as well as rose water, vegetable glycerin and oils and Neem toothpaste. I highly recommend items of the Now Brand. Better prices than fancy grocery stores. I'd like to try organic make up ,but too pricey. I buy organic shampoo,lotions and soaps elsewhere, like TJ Maxx or Ross for example. I do not always enjoy the staff-most, say 1/4 of them are helpful and very professional. Many of them talk your ear and leg off,like that have a word quota and want to impress you with all they know or have heard of. read more

Everyone is always helpful and will often have suggestions when you ask a question. They really tried helping me when I was trying to find certain herbals for a healing recipe I found on line. Unfortunately, this was not the first time that standard herbal supplements were not on the shelf. Really prefer one stop shopping and not to then have to go to Rite Aid or another store to see if they have what I need. read more

I shop here often with my wife and always spend quite a bit of money. I came in today and it's about a 25 mile round trip. I planned to by quite a few supplements to stock up. The one item I really needed was out. I asked one if the workers for help. When I showed her the empty shelf and explained I needed a few items but really needed this she said no but she would check when they would have some. Turns out they did but it was in a box on the floor along with a number of other items. I asked when they would check the box they said probably by tomorrow afternoon. I said I was here now not tomorrow afternoon. Three dumb faces stared back. How hard could it be. I can by stuff all day from allstarhealth.com, which is where I mostly shop now since they have been bought out by vitamin shop, but I was in need now and didn't want to wait for shipping. I used to really enjoy going to this store. However, since they became a Vitamin Shoppe location, they have far less sales and discounts (i.e. which leads towards buying their brand). I tried buying something online today so I could use the "save $10 when you spend $50 online and pickup in store", but the online code didn't work and there was no explanation. When I tried the "chat" feature, they just closed the conversation with no answer. I'm so disappointed because I would like to continue using this store. However, I'm going to Amazon for the product at a better price. I'm providing this comment in hopes that the Vitamin Shoppe will reconsider their customer service, sales and discounts. read more

For the longest time I thought Super Supplements was just some discount vitamin store that sold hyped up protein powders and other garbage. Boy was I wrong! This store has a wonderful selection of natural products (including skin care, cosmetics, natural cleaning supplies, etc.), herbal supplements and vitamins, teas, homeopathic remedies, and yes, there is some protein powder and stuff if you're into that. They carry a wide range of brands to suit the needs of purists and thrifties. The prices on some of the natural products and herbs are better than the big healthy markets (i.e. Whole Foods, PCC, Central Market), and the staff is surprisingly knowledgeable here! They have always been able to help me find what I'm looking for, and I have tough questions at times. I took off a star because they tend to run out of certain things quite a bit (i.e. my Jason tea tree deodorant), but I still highly recommend this store!!! Oh, and there is always parking in their lot, and they're right off the freeway in Everett if you're passing through. read more

As a cashier you should never roll your eyes or be curt with a customer who is having trouble with a poorly functioning credit card machine. Rachel was completely inappropriate and completely unprofessional. Customer service obviously isn't a priorty at this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have been going to Super Supplements in Everett ever since it opened. When I feel a cold coming on or any ailment with myself or anyone in my family, it's the first place I head. They are so knowledgeable and friendly. They know it seems about everything and are very educated on their products. I literally have never been steered wrong here.... They keep up with the trends and just when I read about something new, I go there and they have it and know a bunch about it. I will continue to go there for all my health needs and would highly recommend the Everett store to anyone.... read more

Three people in the store and they all were standing around the counter talking. I had a long list of supplements but couldn't find any. I was up and down the aisles-- very frustrating. Too bad they didn't bother to help, I must have had $120 worth of things to buy. Will be using Amazon. I am here visiting, but when I lived here years past this was a great store, with friendly, helpful people. I don't know if I caught them on a bad night, but I left irritated. read more

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online on 8/4 (they ship same day before 3pm). Checked online for status -- said "Processing" for a few days. Started calling. Different CSRs said they were overwhelmed with orders; I would get it tomorrow via FedEx overnight and apologized; another hung up on me when I asked for their name. Well, today, 8/19 I received an e-mail that my order was cancelled. Why? The product was discontinued by the mfg. So, they never had it in stock to begin with, but no one checked despite my calls.
