In short Still a very solid grocery store with a…read moreparticularly good emphasis on produce, seasonings, and good meat and fish. In long Maybe it's just me, but it seems like they used to stock a much wider variety of specialty produce (among other things) here. The shelves and cases are all still full, and the quality is good. But you used to walk through here and see at least half a dozen things that practically no other stores had on hand. They still have good stuff, though--no doubt. The bakery section was super tempting, and there were dozens of choices among meat, fish, and poultry. The produce section is really big for this size of store--imagine if Trader Joe's focused on fruit and veg instead of snacks and frozen stuff, and you have a general picture of the ratio. Prices are a bit higher here than TJ, but not unreasonable. Quality is very good (esp. on produce). There are long aisles of shelf-stable condiments, packaged stuff, tons of spices. They definitely aim first at the home cooks who think of themselves as home cooks, and secondly at the folks who just know they need good groceries. Beer and wine are just a few basics, maybe half a small aisle. They had a few solid manager's specials going today, and the staff were all very nice (if not very bubbly). I'd happily shop here if I didn't have to drive past half a dozen other supermarkets that are all good options. So, I'd shop here if I lived in Mill Creek, essentially.

Bought the "farmers market" fairy tale. Got Tyson in a costume…read more Sprouts' own staff confirmed the store-brand chicken is Tyson and Perdue -- the two most industrial meat operations in the country, dressed up in a wholesome label and marked up for the story. Now they're rolling out lab-grown "cultivated" meatballs grown in a steel tank. A store that sold itself on real food, close to the soil, now peddling factory birds and bioreactor protein. There's no farm. There's no market. There's a marketing department with good lighting. One star, and only because zero wasn't an option. I'll spend my money where I can look the rancher in the eye.

Located on the main drag, walking up to the storefront, the signage was thoughtful and pleasantly detailed. Venturing inside, the whole feel isn't much to brag about (mostly drab, outdated vibes and inexpensive lighting). There are a few spread out pieces of what appears to be 90's era stock contemporary Frasier-esque artwork along the walls to give credit there. Just really no "pulse" and understandably so during global health crisis. The main reason I wanted to jump on here was for their SELECTION. Oh. My. God. I mean, sure, you could find Lara Protein bars at WF, bulk spices at Central Co-op, natural/organic snacks at PCC, multi-purpose natural new-brand-to-me cleaner at Marlene's Market & Deli, No Cow bars at QFC - that's all definitely cool - BUT for a store of this size, in such a dated space and in this small rural town, the sheer selection of goods is really super impressive & truly admirable! Seriously, I was grinning at times like a kid in a candy store - and this tends to happen more-so when you can realize and appreciate certain things. Some lesser-known unique products that stuck out at a glance were D'vash nectars, Pukka Tea milled blends, numerous brands new to me, etc. I was so happy for this unexpected detour. Plus, they're just some of life's most interesting detours, anyway. My curiosity was livid but I managed a small haul for a No Cow lemon meringue bar, squash/veggie/herb pretzels and GloryBee organic date sugar (I'd no idea approx 1/3 of date sugar volume has fiber - rad!). One thing to note was that many items were "expired". Depending on the ingredients, expired items can be 1 of many things: 1) gross, toss out; 2) still edible but perhaps more bland; 3) still edible and wouldn't know the difference. Ask the online community if you want some expiry guidance or call them. Compared to perishables, shelf-stable product "expiry" limits technically can vary wildly from printed dates so just check & learn about them. One older lady was working between the 2 adjacent spaces. She's really quiet and I didn't seek any help during my perusing but at checkout she seemed rather pleasant with a few questions I had and gave me half-off for the expired items. Get your derriere up/down/over here and check it out for yourself with an open-mind to see where your eyes wander and products you learn about. if driving this far from Seattle/etc is discouraging, then just combine the day trip with other local activities/places to visit/try - make it a field trip! *** This review was written during the local COVID-19 Advisory as businesses were limiting operations. My wife, and I, is very conscientious of where we get our food (meat, produce, fruits, etc.) on top of that we enjoy supporting local farms and the Chimacum, Port Townsend and Port Hadlock area have a quite a few of them. We would go through our rounds of getting various foods from a few of these farms by traveling to them. What we realized once we started shopping here at the Corner Farmstand is that all the produce, dairy, fruits and not so random other food items we buy from local farms is sold in this spot. It lives up to it's name as being a a Farmstand (on a corner). The prices are great because when you break it all down going to one place that supports local farms, doesn't make a huge profit by marking prices way up to beyond the price they're purchasing their items for is refreshing. You break down the costs of traveling from each farm and it is greatly worth it to just come here and do all the shopping at once. The staff that work here have always been friendly, the vibe is very chill and wife and I have even found a few songs that I'd never heard before to add to my wife and I's eclectic musical archives (sometimes it's the little things that count, right?). I have recently heard that if you have EBT they have some special deals for you. So it seems that they don't want anyone go away no matter what your budget may be and I find that refreshing to see a local business cater to such a broad spectrum of people who varying budgets. All in all I would say that if you want to support local farms and get some fresh unique foods then come here and check it out.

I had to ask them 3 times before they attended to me. People who came after me were attended to before me. This is after canceling my first appointment on Nov 12th just a few hours before the appointment. They just texted me on the morning of the appointment saying my appointment is canceled and I had to call them back twice before I got another appointment and that was more than a month away on Dec 16th. I just saw another review for Dr. Goldsmith that says that she does not show up for appointments and is bad with following up on patients. The reason I went for and the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy was not sent despite calling and letting them know twice. There's no access to the doctor once you are seen. It's also the doctor's responsibility to make sure this is done and it does not seem like they care. After I called and left a message the second time the medical assistant called me and literally shouted at me saying she is done her job and there was an issue with the pharmacy despite me trying to explain that my other doctor sends prescriptions here all the time and I have never had an issue and also the pharmacy going out of their way to check on it. Have never had this kind of experience visiting a doctor's office. People always go out of their way to make the patient comfortable. Will never go back or recommend this clinic to anyone. This is not the way to treat patients who have come to see a doctor for an illness. I never write reviews and never a negative one as I know how hard people work to keep a business running. I had to write this as I don't want any other new patients to undergo this ordeal specially when they are seeking healing for an illness from a qualified doctor's office.
