I got back in my car and sitting in the parking lot I called the Marysville location. A very nice gentleman answered and said that they would be happy to help me and to come right over. I did that and when I walked in the door there were two people ready to help. There is a new store manager that just took over about the beginning of May. I will be coming back.

Now this new lady manager just scares the living crap out of me right off the bat like a Stephen King movie! Granted I'm on a 500MG to 800MG of caffeine a day to get me through work but she is definitely on something far stronger! She's over eager and extremely way too over hyped! And the huge creepy smile was a thing right out of an exorcist movie! Customer service wise I really didn't receive any beyond the over the top greeting. This is just my personal experience! Honestly came in today not in the best headspace. I've been going through some heavier stuff lately…read moreand figured a drip would be a decent pick-me-up and a way to kickstart a better water routine. Walked out feeling like I got way more than that. Dr. Jason picked up on where I was at almost right away and just leveled with me. He talked me through how IV therapy actually works and explained NAD+ in a way that made me realize I've done this three times before and never actually had NAD+ in my drip. That part alone changed how I'm thinking about the whole thing. Michelle is also super direct, which I really appreciated. She's clearly skilled (didn't feel the stick at all) and just easy to be around. I felt comfortable the whole session. I got a lot out of meeting both of them and want to come back not just for the drip but to actually catch up. This is my go-to spot now. Jason also recommended a book, Mask of 1000 Faces, and I've already started reading it. Hitting exactly where I needed it to. Thanks Jason and Michelle.

Dr. Jason and Michelle are thorough, soothing, kind and compassionate. Michelle is a skilled phlebotomist, I did not even feel the needle prick me or feel it in my arm the entire time. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Jason. He cares about the mind, body and spirit and there is something very calming about him. They were so respectful in my home, my dogs adored them; it was a very wonderful experience, which getting an IV usually isn't. They left me with wonderful resources, they were so lovely. HIGHLY recommend and will use again. Thank You Jason and Michelle, you made a really big difference for me today.
