Now this new lady manager just scares the living crap out of me right off the bat like a Stephen King movie! Granted I'm on a 500MG to 800MG of caffeine a day to get me through work but she is definitely on something far stronger! She's over eager and extremely way too over hyped! And the huge creepy smile was a thing right out of an exorcist movie! Customer service wise I really didn't receive any beyond the over the top greeting. This is just my personal experience! Dr. Jason and Michelle are thorough, soothing, kind and compassionate. Michelle is a skilled phlebotomist, I did not even feel the needle prick me or feel it in my arm the entire time. I wish there were more doctors like Dr. Jason. He cares about the mind, body and spirit and there is something very calming about him. They were so respectful in my home, my dogs adored them; it was a very wonderful experience, which getting an IV usually isn't. They left me with wonderful resources, they were so lovely.
