When I arrived the cashier initially couldn't find my order in the system but after a lil detective work it was located. Even though it was a 20 min drive from the time I ordered my food to when I arrived. Add on an extra 10 min because I placed a phone call. So that's 30 min time that's elapsed since I ordered. I still had to wait an additional almost 20 min before I received my order. Mind you, I was driving from O'Hare airport. To Hammond, Ind because I think that's highly of your sandwiches. Then onward to the city of Chicago, the 100's to be exact , as my final destination. When I finally get home I'm definitely ready to eat but to my disappointment I couldn't even indulge like I was anticipating. I ordered two med mixed ( stark and chicken ) Philly sandwiches. Each with different toppings. What I got was two chicken sandwiches that looked like complete slop and were so messy they couldn't even be picked up to be eaten. So fk'n angry, pissed and most importantly hungry! Is a lil order accuracy too much to ask for?? I live entirely too far to drive back out there to rectify this problem. So that's why I'm here. I tried calling to speak to someone but I was out on hold. So if I can't complain to them directly. I'll complain to yall! S/N they just hung up after keeping me on hold for over 15 min. S/N I tried to eat this BS and it taste how it looks....slop. No seasoning. His globs of crap in some bread that reminds me of some cheap toilet paper. Can't hold shit! S/N the fries were good though. Now I wanna check out the sweet steak. I really like your food but you guys really dropped the ball tonight and I'm real upset about that. The wings were a great size, cooked perfectly, and they didn't skimp on the gyro meat for the fries, definitely worth every penny. Beyond the amazing food, the atmosphere is just as impressive.
