I see a lot of review talking about Cory but there needs to be something about Tom and Leijona…read moreBugbee. Tom and Leijona can't be trusted! Do not use them, no matter how good the price may seem. I had reservations from the start and should have listened to my gut. On the first day the project started Tom and the gentleman who was doing the work came over. The gentleman worked hard the first two days to demo the bathroom. However the project came to a stand still for a few days because Metro wasn't communicating properly with the sub contractor and tile hadn't been ordered. This wasn't the last time this would be an issue either. The gentleman finally got the tile and had to put the project on hold again due to missing items Metro didn't pre order. Anything we had to order ourselves had already arrived. When the tile was finally being laid, almost two weeks after the project started, my husband and I realized how badly it was being done. Up until this point we had not seen Tom even though he had said he would be here or at least stopping by. We spoke to the gentleman laying the tile who said that with the grout it would look different. However it looked substantially worse. Tiles were extremely crooked on the shower wall and floor. We called Tom and Leijona to share our concerns. Tom called the gentleman to relay the floor since it was sloping badly. We called them back to let them know the rest of the tile was just and bad and finally Tom came to check on the project. At this point they had been relying on photos. When Tom finally came over and saw how bad it was he stopped the project for the 3rd time to find someone else to fix it. While the tile was bad this when it got worse. I was told that the bathroom would be done but the end of the following week. However the gentleman they brought in, Stan, barely worked the first week. He started on a Wednesday and by the weekend had only worked maybe 4 hours total. The following week if he showed up at all he would only work a few hours a day. Maybe 4 if that. Again neither Tom nor Leijona came to check on the project. At this point our bathroom had been under renovations for roughly 5 weeks. The next week was the same. If he showed up he would put in a few hours and then leave. I spoke to Stan about the time it was taking and he informed me that Metro wasn't paying him enough for the project so he was still working other projects. Meaning our project wasn't a priority. He told me this was something Metro Renovations did often. He promised he would have the project done the following week and we would be super happy with the result. However it wasn't done. Just like before neither Tom nor Leijona had stop by to check on the progress. Upset I called them and Leijona came over to check it out. Her response was I see what you mean. That was it. It took another week and a half to finish the project but it was far from done well. In fact Stan had left the project extremely unfinished. When I had asked him about the unfinished items, he responded that it wasn't what he was being paid for. Then lied to Tom when we called and told him that it wasn't what he had said at all. Not only were items left unfinished but he also left two large holes in the shower ceiling, badly scratched up the shower head connector and left a grease stain on our carpet because he used our guest room as a dumping ground. So Tom now had to send ANOTHER person to finish the unfinished items like connecting the water to the shower or making sure the toilet was installed or even caulking the sink and baseboard. He also had to clean up the mess that Stan had left. Richard came out to finish the project and while extremely patient could only do so much. At this point it was like putting lipstick on a pig. After over two and a half months of frustration, they are done working, but the bathroom is incomplete and looks worse than before. My family and I are extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of work done by this company. If you have read this PLEASE do not hire them. Maybe they are the cheapest quote but it isn't worth the money you will save. Hopefully this will help you make a decision

Corey Tuddles is not a qualified or honest business owner. He made the decision to go into business…read morewith Tom and Leijona Bugbee (Google all 3, I wish I had!). The first two workers brought on the job had no clue what they were doing. Corey fired the first one and never told me, the second one was no better and decided to have a very loud, profane fight with his wife in front of my kids. Corey eventually had enough, served the Bugbee's with a cease and desist and walked off the job without contacting me or returning almost $11k for a bathroom he never started. This was all after it took Corey and the Bugbee's 6 months to finish the first bathroom. Corey has zero communication skills. He will also play the victim card when he walks off your job, leaving you high and dry. Stay far away from Corey and this company.

This company uses predatory business practices. They lure you in with their reputation and their…read morefancy show room and act super professional in the beginning - but the fact is they require $550 for an in person quote, and 50% down before starting... as soon as they received my 50% down payment (you should never do this, 50% gives the corporation far too much power) all of a sudden it's like a switch is flipped and they treat you completely different. That's because they have successfully trapped you, after that all promises of high quality, timely work, and project management that is supposed to be all of high standards, given the premium price points and additional costs of this "professional" establishment, stop existing. They then higher random 3rd party contractors for the bulk of the project for the cheapest prices - while charging you top dollar. They don't hold them accountable, and they don't care. You will have to beg to get them to show up, and beg for them to come back when round 1 ends up being such low quality work that you'll need a re-do. They do this on purpose because a lot of people want to avoid the headache and will accept the low quality work. Avoid this corporate nightmare, they deliberately will try to cut corners on you, they force you to manage your own project, and ultimately you'll realize you got completely taken advantage of. The time frame for the project they present is a lie. The high quality and professionals they promise it a lie. You need to beg to get their experienced pros - they will send you random workers they find who barely know what their doing for the first round - then give you the better workers if you complain. Get ready to get on your hands and knees begging for your project to get focused on while you try to compete with 10+ other people begging for their project to get done at the same time. They over schedule and don't care because all they care about is getting you wrapped up in the predatory contract and then that's it, you're trapped. Find businesses that don't have these predatory business practices, go directly to places and work with them directly. You don't need a glorified middle man to "manage" the project for you, it's nonsense - it actually overcomplicates the project and they don't manage anything anyways, they make you become a full time project manager or things will never get done - or be such low quality that it'll appear your premium priced project was a DIY job. If you respect your time, money, and soul, you won't use KSI corporate nightmare.
