The wash does a decent job on cars, not so much on trucks (I have a truck on the smaller side). I like that they provide towels to dry off the car as well as the free vacuums. There are enough stalls for the vacuums that I don't ever have an issue with finding a spot.

He said "the luggage rack on top of the car prevented the washer arms from being able to descend and wash the front and windshield." What BS! But he offered to spray the front and send us through again which I did. The photos are of the car still dirty after the second wash. So I still need to clean the car but not here. Ridiculous

I emailed them again, and this time they told me they had lost my claim and I had to file a new one. At this point the incident had happened 3 months ago. I could only vaguely remember the date and time, but filled it out again. This time, within 24 hours of submitting they said that my claim was denied because my windshield was already damaged. (it was not, in fact the windshield had been replaced about a month prior). No apologies, just "your case is closed" - I asked for clarification on proof of my windshield being damaged. No response. At no point did they show remorse, even a simple gesture as an upgrade in my wash tier or a free month or two would've been appreciated. Outside of this, I had enjoyed the wash and service, but they've lost a customer with how this incident went down.

It kind of reminds me of a disco car wash. I took the basic car wash just because I was traveling, but there's other options for add-ons. I thought the car wash did a very good job removing some of the harder stuck on dirt and bugs afterwards you can use the vacuum. I did not. I'm not sure if there's a cost associated with that. It probably took less than 10 minutes to run through the car wash with my SUV and dry with the blowers at the end. I would definitely come back and if I was living there, I probably would get a pass. Seems like a reasonable value I think I paid nine dollars.
