They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. Despite moving to Colchester, H&P is still my auto mechanic. I don't trust anyone else. Whenever I go, they always tell me what needs to be fixed immediately vs what can wait longer, and for how much longer. They're always honest and I never feel taken advantage of or ripped off - so important when dealing with an auto mechanic. Whenever I've compared prices, H&P always has the best value. This place has been around for decades and Paul continues to carry on the legacy of his father.

They were one of the few shops that would let me bring in my own parts for replacement. And when I didn't have parts - they were able to source them at insanely reasonable prices.
