I've been following Suzy for quite some time. Unfortunately, when making an appointment, she told me that she's only doing long nails now, mine medium length. I'm guessing she makes more money that way? Everything happens for a reason I give this establishment one star because of its cleanliness (nothing has ever sanitized or clean the nail clippers, files or anything ) and Suzy ended up being something else. I am now very happy going to "Bliss Beauty Bar" across from Intel. The owner, Kim is happy and is very appreciative and kind to her clients. Everything happens for a reason, and now I'm in a more sterilized and clean environment and she does my nails way better than Suzy. Suzy, sanitize your equipment, your client deserve it. read more

Lady on the phone was nice. She had me come over right away. I usually go to another place but I think they are closed. The lady did not put the bead that is done at other places. I can't stop looking at her hair, I think she has lice.OMG I HOPE NOT!! Very fast at working my feet. She did very good in getting the buildup on my nails cleared. Angriest pedicure I've ever experienced! To the point of being comedic! The two nail techs were actually yelling at each other and throwing equipment at each other! It was rushed and felt like we were inconveniencing them. We were the only clients and we are easy clients that don't ask for anything special but this was an unforgettable experience in a bad way! The massage part of the pedicure was super short and involved the nail tech spanking my legs! New move in my limited experience! Haha! Great place to get full sets and pedicures done! There is a new salon owner and she does amazing work, so ignore the bad reviews.

Suzy is the absolute best! I followed her to this salon after she left another and I am so happy she owns her own place! She always asks and makes sure that I am getting everything that I want/ need. She also does the best nails when I ask her to give me any design she wants. Her nails are always perfect and she is so professional. During my appt two teens came in complaining about their service from two days ago and she was very professional asking if she could fix them and asking what she could do to help. Unfortunately they yelled profanities and stormed off because they most likely wanted a refund but Suzy came back, apologized, and continued my service with a smile. If I could leave this review with 0 stars I would! Me and my friend went to go get a pedicure and we did not get what we wanted. We did tell the male who was doing our nails that we did not like them and he proceeded to do them .We asked him to fix them and he did them even more MESSED UP! He cut our toes horribly and just the worst service ever ! I don't recommend going to this place. We got our nails done about 2 days ago and we went back to complain because our toe nails were already chipped even tho we got gel. We went to go ask for a refund and they were very hateful and disrespectful the lady who we were speaking to was giving us to much attitude for whatsoever. I hate to make bad reviews for places :/ but I had to after my experience. This salon isn't sanitary at all which isn't hard to notice once you're sitting in the chair. None of the tools were washed. My manicurist had made my finger bleed (happens a lot to me so wasn't really bothered by it) but then used the buffer to buff my nail and put the tool back into the rest of the holder of files So please beware you can be at risk for infections coming to this salon. My gel manicure also was very sloppy, you can see in my pictures. This is after I picked at them to try to remove the polish from my fingers. The person I was with also got dip and the only thing I will say is don't get it. Only positive was that we were seen immediately and got out pretty quick. Everyone has different experiences though so hopefully if you come here yours will be better than :) read more

I honestly had one of the worst experiences EVER at this shop. To begin, there is a puppy running around the shop jumping in and out of chairs. My nail tech, the same woman featured in the picture, did a terrible job on my nails. My gel nails weren't completely filled in at the base or on the sides. I had bubbles on several nails due to over use of the overlay gel polish. They were peeling during the first week. I finally had to take the gel polish off. While in the shop I pointed out several imperfections with my nails. She stuck one my fingers in foil with a cotton swab filled with polish remover, and left me there sitting while she did a complete pedi on another client! She fixed one issue and disregarded the rest. My pedi was a bit less of a disaster, but one nail was scratched through the polish on the side and not corrected. I would recommend taking your business and hard earned money elsewhere... read more

Came here while I was visiting and I must say this place was AMAZING! Not what I was expecting (in a good way). The lady that did my nails (didn't catch her name) did a beautiful job on my nails. I had grown out acrylics from prior fills etc, she used my real nails instead of doing another acrylic nail. I must say, I will never be doing acrylic nails again. She took her time, paid attention to the detail and was very gentle. The other lady's in there were so sweet, kept checking in on me, asked me if I wanted any water, very clean and bright place too. Can usually fit me in with in a few minutes of a walk in. Environment seems clean but would like them to use newer/cleaner files/drill tips or let me keep a kit with my own. I like that they are lining the pedicure spas with liners now. Once the owner took a file out of the trash and tried to use it in me saying he just threw it away and it was just a bag of files. I would prefer a way to keep my own files and will pay to keep my own drill hits to being in if they tell me what model needed to bring in. The owner seems very ice and I like the other woman who does nails as well. The woman who does pedicures understands English perfectly just sometimes needs assistance in trying to say what she's saying so please don't speak to her like she's stupid, but don't speak quickly slurring out all your words at once. read more

I wanted to treat myself to some nice "me time". Upon arriving I was greeted but soon after I had decided I wanted a mani and pedi I was ushered to choose a color and sit down for my pedi. My pedicure was below average. She cut my nails rounded when my natural shape is squared off. The pedicure was very short and not very relaxing. Then she smudged the nail polish on my big toe and didn't fix it. I asked her about it but she pretended as if she didn't hear me. I was very anxious and just let it be. I went to sit for my manicure and the woman asked if I could pay before she serviced me anymore. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I know I'm young but it's not like I don't have money to pay for a service I walked in for. My manicure was very rushed and by the end of it my nails were not fully coated and not very neatly done. I had to ask for what we wanted multiple times, they were not professional. Distracted. The workers were yelling at each other throughout the service and my guy was on the phone while painting nails. I've gone to this nail place a couple of times and the service, cleanliness and quality goes down each time I've gone. I will never go back here. My daughter and I went in to get pedicures, the place was not busy. The younger lady (owner) who took care of me was rushing through my pedicure, she cut my toe skin so bad that it's still throbbing the next day, and she literally polished my toes like she could not see my nail beds. When I showed her where she'd missed she sloppily "fixed" it. I almost couldn't believe how bad of a job she did so I showed the male tech who had woken up to do my daughters pedicure after her second attempt at polishing was still a miss. He filled in the blanks parts and showed her where he was correcting. It still looks terrible The worst pedicure I've ever gotten! I've been in a few times. While I agree with all the other statements I've read about rushed pedicures, I think they may be taking these comments to heart. My last two experiences were actually decent! Both times now I've gone in mid-morning, and that seems to make a difference. The guy who works here fixed the botched job the jerk at Annie's nails did (which they wouldn't fix because it was 5 days later, instead of 3, but seriously, I have two toddlers at home!). He gave me a much thinner overlay and better shaping, although I did have to refile the sidewalls at home. This morning, I went in for my rebase and I got THE BEST overlay I've ever had. Thin, clean around the cuticles and sidewalls and cheap (without the pricey gel topcoat). That guy at Annie's used "peach" acrylic, which turned yellow immediately - but the tech here has found a way to fade it out to a nude ombre while they grow out! Ordinarily, I wouldn't say this, but since I decided to be nice and talkative, the nail tech was much more friendly, and really took his time to do my nails the way I want them done. The language barrier can only be overcome with practice speaking in one's non-native tongue. read more

I had a terrible experience here. I came to get my sculpted gel taken off and my nails are now paper thin. I asked the tech multiple times to file it because it was not going to soak off, but she did not listen to me. She then started just ripping all of my nails off and my pinky nail split and started to bleed. 0/10 would not recommend this salon. read more

This is the place to go if you need something done quick and don't have time to wait or time to make an appointment elsewhere, and don't really care about good service. Each time I've frequented this place, the women seemed bugged to be bothered. There is always a man asleep on a cot in the back, and if you are "fortunate" enough for him to wake up to do your nails, he'll be watching YouTube on his tablet the entire time. The last time I got my nails done here, the tech tried selling me some weird face cream that she sells on the side, then proceeded to have a phone conversation for the whole time. She cut my finger with her rotary tool, then started to pull her dirty hand towel toward my hand like she was going to clean the blood off my finger with it. Thankfully, I was faster than her and pulled my poor finger away to wash it. Again, this isn't the place to go to get pampered or get great service. With the exception of my finger being cut, they do a decent job with pedicures and nails if you need them done quickly. Just don't expect to be treated great. read more

Worst. Pedi. Ever. The nail tech did it in less than 15 minutes, start to finish, and was very careless. She cut my big toe under the nail, and just left it without treatment. 4 days later, it's still scabbed over and sore. I don't go in for a feel-good pedi, I have really bad feet and a pedi is one way I maintain my foot health. This includes making sure the nails aren't too long - I had to ask 3 times for her to file my nails the way I wanted them. I asked to her to pay attention to my calluses and she didn't. She was rough and completely uninterested in treating me like an individual - I felt like her next $25 ripoff in her 8 hour day. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Sloppiest work ever done on my nails. I had to remind the dude several times to fix some noticeable imperfections. He didn't like that and quite frankly, I didn't care. Usually, you get a massage on your hands towards the end...nope! He put some lotion on my hands and told me to rub it myself ... the lady shown on the picture did my kids manicures and my pedicure...my girls asked for a flower and she said she didn't know how to do it yet charged me full price ...my pedicure started out fine but she kept putting gel top coat with no UV light to dry it..so pretty much, it had to air dry which by the way, they don't have fans to dry your pedicure...my pedicure got ruined and when I asked to fix it, she did a half ass job and got ruined once more on my way home...I was in disbelief that they failed to have right equipment and lets not mention the dog just chilling on customers seat... this place is a joke... you're welcome Super Spa nail, I just paid for a utility bill for you this month... definitely not going back!!! Horrible service. I got a mani/pedi. They didn't speak English, had a dog running around and gave me attitude when I didn't like the length and shape of the crescent on my french tips. I've never been treated so badly at a nail salon. Usually the places I've been to are warming and very friendly but the people working here were rude and didn't care how your nails turned out. I also got the gel nail polish and the paint dried bumpy so I asked if he could fix it and while I was getting my pedicure he sighed and made a big fuss about correcting his mistake.
