What started out as a good experience, turned sour as the job progressed…read more We hired them for an old pool remodel. Start date was slated as 6/27- they started 6/25.... so far so good. Communication was great. Our pool had some major problems once they got into the structure ... so, it understandably was going to cost more and time frame would be longer ( not the 2 weeks they stated). There were rain delays...understandable. But, here we are in late September... some items were left unfinished.... as soon as they got their final payment... crickets....Not to mention that when they came to prepare the pavers for the sealant, they blew all of the debris that was on the deck... INTO THE BRAND NEW FILLED POOL! CONCRETE, TILE, LEAVES, PIECES OF PAVER! They just left it there... We were LIVID. We converted to a salt water pool, they did not put the salt in.... never a word on who would provide the salt and finalize the conversion, never a response to our texts, they FINALLY put the lanai screen doors back on ... in September...and were going to put new door closures on... they just left them here for my husband to do... my sparkling pool rail at the steps is now stained and tarnished with who knows what.... did they try and clean it off... heck no! I have tried numerous products to bring it back to it's original shine. These are small details... but it was the frustration along the way that makes me say I will never refer them. We made the final payment, my husband texted the contact person with questions... we have never heard back from them. We owned a business for over 48 years... if I had left a clients home like this, I wouldn't have been in business for that long. All in all, my pool is beautiful, but, the frustration along the way was too much.

Their unending patience, professionalism, knowledge, skills, workmanship, cost ... they cleaned up every day ... everything was better than expected ... can't say enough about how happy I am to have hired them to resurface the inside of our pool, replace the waterline tile, replace the coping, and build us a new pool deck with pavers. Highly recommend them without hesitation.

Requested a pool and leak inspection for a home that we are purchasing and the condition of a heat…read morepump was not properly notated on the inspection report (said it should be replaced but did not mention that the reason it was not working was because the power was not on). Worked with the sellers of the house based on this pool inspection and recommended pump replacement and caused a LOT of lost sleep over the course of 4 days. I received no apology from the company for a lack of report notation (no power to the pump at time of inspection) and no refund of my $225 inspection fee (that was my simple request). What I did receive was a note that said they felt that they did the right thing on the inspection so there is no refund. For the inspection fee of $225, they want to insist on being right instead of erring on the side of the customer. I won't be using them in the future or recommending them. Buyer beware. This mode of customer service speaks volumes.
