The Super Roofer team gave us a great evaluation of the our existing flat roof several months back. We had gone through several vendors and estimates for the roof work. I appreciate the straight forward and honest opinion by Super Roofer. They suggested on removing a layer or two of the existing material, and performing the full maintenance on the flat roof instead of a complete tear down of the roof. The roof tear down offered by other vendors proved to be not necessary for our situation and it would be more costly. Each roof needs to be reviewed by several vendors so you get an idea of what needs to be done. The team is doing a wonderful job of removing the uneven surfaces below the first and second layers where it was needed. There were areas that were warped before, and nearly all parts of the roof are now even. I appreciate the work they have done by making the rolled material to be very straight and flat to the ground. This looks easier than what most people think and it is not easy if you don't know what you are doing. There was quite a bit of work to replace the existing vents along with fixing the side walls of the roof. They have done a great job. I would recommend them to do work for your residential and commercial roofs. read more

Konrad is honest, knowledgable and an expert at his craft. Those are rare qualities. I had the best experience I could have hoped for when working with him recently. If you need an honest, friendly and expert roofer, look no further than Konrad at Super Roofer, Inc. Thanks, Konrad! read more

Called to have a roof inspection as we had a small leak. Konrad came out did a thorough inspection and sealed an area of concern. We are not ready to replace the whole roof. Konrad said his repairs should buy us a few more years! Appreciate his respectfulness, knowledge and honesty! read more

Konrad was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and honest. He came out to look at our roof and provided a consultation without charging us for the visit. He spent a lot of time with us too because the cause of our problem was not straightforward. We needed to do some investigating on our end to figure out the cause of the problem, turns out it was an issue with mice living in our attic and not water leakage as we originally expected. We needed to modify our siding so that animals couldn't get into the attic, and he performed the work well and for a reasonable price. He even accommodated our work schedule and did the work in the evening. Highly recommend, we will definitely be contacting Konrad again if we need any more roof or siding work done. read more

No job too small!!! We had a vent coming out of our basement that was no longer usable and was leaking water and allowing bugs in. I called around to masonry companies in the area, and no one was interested. I read the reviews about Super Roofer, and I can attest that they were great! They came out on a Saturday morning and were finished by lunch. It's about attention to detail with me. Not only did the guys do an excellent job fitting the brick, but they put down a tarp in the work area and cleaned up afterwards. You couldn't even tell they were here. I now have the piece of mind going into winter that the hole is properly repaired and I don't have to worry about water or bugs getting into the basement. Excellent craftsmanship, professional service, and at a value. Thank you Super Roofer read more

Interviewed company after company & then finally Konrad from Super-Roofer. I was then done interviewing people! He is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, detailed & hard working. He is personally on the job himself, not delegating from an office. Your search is over...,this is the roofer to hire. Thank you Konrad. read more

I got multiple quotes to replace my roof. Konrad not only had great reviews, but was also GAF certified. His estimate was slightly higher but well worth it. I asked about skylights and Konrad was very helpful. I wanted to install solar venting skylights for the 26% rebate. He wasn't familiar with them but told me to order them and he could install. His price for installation was extremely reasonable and the skylights look gorgeous. They vent using a remote and work flawlessly. Konrad sent Pedro and his crew to do the tear off and replacement. They were professional and competent. They worked into the night to finish since rain was forecast the next day. Pedro advised me that two skylights were the wrong type and helped me order replacements, which he picked up for me. He also returned the incorrect skylights for me. They replaced the roof and installed the skylights in just one day! They came back to do the finishing touches and clean up a day later. Everything was spotless. They cleaned my yard as well as my neighbors' yards carefully. My entire experience was wonderful. None of the typical annoyances with having major work done on your house. Within days, I had friends asking me for Konrad's number so that they could get estimates for work on their houses. I highly recommend Super Roofer. read more

Konrad was great! He was on time and checked out my roof only to tell me that I had a siding issue, not a roof issue. The last roofer made work for himself and didn't solve my problem. It's nice to run into honest people like Konrad. Now I have a roofer I can recommend to others. read more

Super Roofer is SUPERB! We recently replaced the roof on our 120+ year old home and added an attic skylight. Konrad talked through every step and there were no surprises on the invoice ... in fact, the only surprise was how swift and excellent the work was completed! We look forward to all the benefits of a fresh roof and HIGHLY recommend Konrad and Super Roofer. read more

Konrad promptly replied to my inquiry to repair part of my home's roof that was rattling. The rattling noise was going on for a few weeks to the point that it was so annoying that I couldn't sleep. Konrad arrived during the appointment slot and was able to correct the problem quickly and efficiently. Super Roofer is highly recommended!! Now, I can sleep in peace. read more

I had several roofers come to look at my roof. "Elite" roofers all the way to smaller ones. They all recommend a complete tear off and new installation. Until Super Roofer came. After quickly looking at the roof he was able to tell me that I didn't need a new roof. In fact, I still have several years left. Honesty isn't common these days. Fortunately, there are still some honest and trustworthy companies out there. I won't hesitate to recommend Super Roofer to anyone needing roofing or masonry work. read more

Super roofer did a fantastic job with our roof and they were great with answering any questions we had. Also they gave us a fair estimate and we were very happy with the outcome. Not only did they do our roof they also fixed our chimney and replaced our gutters! read more

After a year in the house, we experienced water damage from a roof leak caused by unfinished roof work by the previous owner/contractor. Konrad and Gene were shocked by condition of the roof--missing flashing, exposed plywood, unsealed venting, etc. Konrad provided what I thought was a fair price and fixed the roof within a week. After a couple of rains, we're still dry. Work looks very complete and professional. Very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Super Roofer. read more

Our clay tile roof had two leaks. Konrad and his team found the problem areas and made the repairs below the cost of the estimate. With the recent string of bad weather, scheduling the work was challenging, but Konrad was flexible and able to confirm the work as soon as the forecast predicted good weather. read more

I noticed a moderately large hole in the side of my roof (soffitt/fascia) here in Wilmette (100 year old house). We still aren't entirely sure of the source of the hole but it was likely a squirrel or opposum that we have seen scurrying around our yard. Still can't believe we didn't notice it earlier. Given we wanted to fix this immediately, I called a few roofing companies and no one called back at all. A few days later I tried 4-5 more companies and Konrad was the only one that called me back immediately to set up an appointment. I had him inspect the hole and also look at two other minor issues around my house (rotted wood trim). He personally inspected and performed a quick estimate and sent me the estimate via email the following day. He didn't try to sell me on anything else or try to convince me that my roof needing replacement (another roofer came out and did just that). The estimate was within what I expected (and wanted) and we immediately scheduled his workers to come out and begin a day or two later. They finished in one day and did a great job generally. When he invoiced us the following day, he actually came back and said that the job was easier than they thought and final invoice was lower than his estimate by over 40%. Refreshing honesty in this day and age! I did have a minor follow up question about the work and he came out personally to inspect and clarify. Job was complete. We were very happy we called Konrad at My Lakeshore Renovation. I would definitely use them again if we have any further roofing issues (or need a new roof, etc). read more

Konrad and his team did a fantastic job. Professional, on time, hard working and a pleasure to work with. I had asked a few roofers for opinion and quotes on work to fix a couple of different problems and Konrad was the only one who had confidence in determining the issues and what needed to be done to make the repairs. While the workers were here working they identified a couple of other spots that needed to be addressed and they did the work to address those and did not charge additional, covering the total job on budget. They were clean, efficient and Polite. I would highly and with full confidence recommend Konrad and Team at Super Roofers. read more

We recently discovered a major water issue with our garage. I expressed the concern and urgency to Konrad and he found time to quickly come and assess the situation. He quickly sent a quote and as soon as I approved the quote, he found someone on his team to come and do the work. I was very impressed by the detail and amount of communication that I received from Konrad from the assessment through the repairs. The work looks to be of high-quality and is backed by a 10 year warranty. I will definitely use Konrad again in the future for any roofing issues. read more

We were replacing our commercial flat roof and found information about Super Roofer on the internet. We saw the great reviews and reached out to Konrad, who was very responsive. Very thorough, quality work. He walks you through every step, gave detailed explanation and didn't over-sell the process. Highly recommended!!! ~Jim Culhane read more

I had a couple leaks in my roof, and Konrad came over to inspect it. Konrad quickly diagnosed the issue, and proposed two quick fixes: 1) caulking one troubled area, which Konrad said I could even do myself, also suggesting a good waterproofing caulk for me, and 2) getting a storm door installed (suggesting someone else, who I could use to get it installed). The latter in particular had been causing me trouble for a couple years, and was a solution that made sense for the issues I was seeing. Konrad was also very responsive, came over quickly (the same day that I emailed him), and seemed very experienced on roof repair and masonry. Over the past couple years, I had multiple other roofing companies come over to do inspections or try to diagnose issues over the phone. Often they would quickly jump to conclusions, and suggest solutions that involved major work tearing up my deck and re-sealing my roof, i.e., work that required multiple thousands of dollars, but didnt make much sense to me to explain the issues I was seeing. I'm grateful for people like Konrad, who give honest advice, and suggest reasonable solutions. I strongly recommend Konrad. read more

Everything went great! Great service! Great people! Followed all COVID procedures, which made me feel better given the times we're in. Great masonry work and their roofing job was spot on! They definitely knew what they were doing and they went beyond the call...highly recommended read more

If I could give Konrad six stars, I would! He was responsive, great with communication, and extremely polite and helpful to work with. He took a look some different problem areas on my roof, and ended up giving me some easy DIY solutions rather than trying to upsell me or pressure me to do extra work that wasn't necessary. He was extremely accommodating, professional, and most of all - helpful! You will not regret working with Konrad. read more

I'm very pleased with the work these guys did. Also, very impressed at how hard working they are. I had a big job at a 1,200 sq ft house, a complete roof shingle tear down and replacement and additional gutters for the garage and dormer siding - all because the insurance company came by and told us to make repairs. These guys came and were working non-stop 13 hours a day to get it all done in a week. The owner Konrad is very responsive to my text messages, came by in person to check the work and walked me through any issues in construction. He seems like a good guy and I like to back small businesses when I can and I'm glad to say I made the right call with this one. I'll be a repeat customer if I have any other issues. read more

I needed a roofing company to fix a leak on my in-laws 2-unit building flat roof. Konrad came out to assess the issue I was having. It seemed that the problem was much worse than just a leak. The existing flat roof was degrading. The chimney bricks were falling apart. Multiple cappings were cracked. The front bricks and limestone copings were cracked and leaning forward over the edge. Konrad gave me his professional opinion and gave me multiple options to choose from not just one. This is a family owned building and I knew that everyone will be living here for many more years so I went with the just having everything replaced. Rebuild the chimney, replaced all damaged limestone cappings, replaced the cracked clay cappings, tuck pointing. I even decided to have the black flat roof upgraded to the aluminum roof coating. Konrad highly recommended this for better heating and cooling through the seasons... Plus I noticed that most of the roofs on my block had the aluminum coating so I was definitely behind the times. When the job was completed I was more than impressed. Konrad and his team of roofers went above and beyond what they coated. This is a company that cares about their work and cares about their customers. He replaced bricks and damaged cappings that were not quoted in the estimate free of charge. His roofing team even decided to reseal around all the windows and doors of the building at no extra charge. I was super impressed. Konrad is also a great guy to have a good conversation with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their roof repaired or upgraded. Great job Konrad. See you again when I need the roof recoated. read more

We asked Konrad to take a look at our shingle roof and maintenance two flat roofs (one over our garage and the other over our family room addition. He was super responsive, polite, and knowledgeable. I'm a bit overdue in posting this, but Konrad really saved me big! I contacted him to take a look at a leak on my roof. He came over, was very thorough, accommodating, and informative. Konrad was absolutely amazing! I contacted him to take a look at a leak that was happening on my roof. No one is ever excited about having to pay for a new roof, however Konrad and his wife made it an enjoyable experience. I had contacted several people for a quote. Konrad was prompt and polite and was able to work with our budget. He communicated with us throughout the process and always came to inspect the work to make sure it was perfect.
