Try to come to the laundromat when it is not too busy, or you will have to wait for a free dryer. The previous Yelper was right about getting change. There was a sign saying that getting change for anything other than for their washers and dryers will be considered theft of service. That is a bit harsh, and that is why I dinged this laundromat two stars. I know that the laundromat needs to have enough change for its customers, but I am sure that it could spare a couple dollars for its customers as a courtesy. Now, if someone came in for some change for the bus... maybe they should go to the nearest Walgreens, Walmart, CTA L station, or Jewel Osco for a Ventra card.
