Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit. A woman was working at the store at that time, and her response shocked me. She casually said that they've had issues before with dry cleaning these jackets. So you knew this was a risk... and still took my money... and didn't warn me? I asked what could be done to fix it, and she said nothing. No apology. No offer to re-clean it. No responsibility taken at all. Also, be aware that they charge you BEFORE the cleaning, so once they damage your clothes, you're on your own. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartbreak.
