Right away, the gentleman tried to charge me extra just because he saw the brand. He never warned me that they've had problems cleaning this brand before. If he had, I would have taken my jacket somewhere else immediately. When I came back a few days later, my jacket was RUINED -- stains all over it. A woman was working at the store at that time, and her response shocked me. She casually said that they've had issues before with dry cleaning these jackets. So you knew this was a risk... and still took my money... and didn't warn me? I asked what could be done to fix it, and she said nothing. No apology. No offer to re-clean it. No responsibility taken at all. Also, be aware that they charge you BEFORE the cleaning, so once they damage your clothes, you're on your own. Save yourself the stress, money, and heartbreak.
