I never got a confirmation or calendar invite or a call before my appointment. So I called them the same day to apologize and asked if they can book another one, and they were all good. They called me the next day to ask me for my credit card. I thought that it's for my next day appointment so that I am obliged to go (which I thought it's fine, so I gave..and before I hangup I confirmed that it's for my next day appointment). When I went for the appointment the next day, everything was going well so far and I paid. When I asked for a breakup for the charge, they charged me the amount for the previous appointment too. I was taken aback by this and on top of it, they said they told my husband over the call about it while booking the new one. I didn't react and left after paying. When I returned, my husband had no clue about it and he said that he even called them twice for another appointment. They didn't mention anything of that sort. We both were really angry what happened. They never said about the payment to me or to my husband. They didn't even mention it when I booked the second time. Neither they mention it during the first time, I may not have missed it. I feel I shouldn't have called to apologize here in the first place. Review for the style : I asked to style my hair as a bun. It turns out the salon didn't have any Bobby pins of any sort. This was ridiculous. On top of that, the hairstylist didn't even curl my hair properly. My hairs are thin and they looked thinner after the styling. I don't expect this from a hairstylist whom I paid heavily. I wont go to this place ever.
