I never liked SNS powder because every time I got it done it was always so thick and looked so ugly. However, at this nail salon that was not the case. I had my acrylic nails soaked off and one of the girls (I didn't get her name) filed and cleaned up my nails PERFECTLY. Jeffery did my dip (like four coats!) and I told him I did not want it thick and he shaped and drilled down the powder to look like a thin even layer of polish on my nails. I am so impressed with how my nails looked considering how thin and damaged they were (basically cracking). I was charged $38 for the SNS and was not charged for the removal of left over acrylic which was awesome. I gave both the female worker and Jeffery 50% tip because of how satisfied I was with how my nails looked and because of how much time they spent to make my nails look great. I felt like they genuinely cared. I can't wait until my nails grow out so they will begin to look like acrylics without the heartache of dealing with unhealthy nails. Will definitely be returning! **Side note- My mom loved my nails so I told her about my experience & she made an appointment for the next day! She will also be seeing Jeffery and removing her acrylics to get powder.

Came here on a Friday night around 7 and was worried I wouldn't be able to get in. They were extremely busy but luckily one person was free to take me right away. I regret not getting her name, because service was outstanding and I can't recommend her enough. The manicure was quick and efficient, she shaped my nails exactly the way I wanted despite them being uneven from a few breaks. She checked with me to make sure I was okay with the color, then hustled me over to the dryer and proceeded to massage every knot out of my back in just 10 minutes. Prices here are affordable in my opinion, my regular manicure and 10 minute massage was just $22. The vibe here is very busy so I'd call in advance to get an appointment if you can!

The new owners have a policy of giving a short neck massage for clients after their services. Somehow, even though I am the payor and tipper (20%) (Today I tipped $8 on a $13 manicure ) I never get the bonus massage. I am sitting here watching others get the service and me NOTHING. Really feeling like a second class citizen. That would not be enough for me to review as it's a bonus but the actual service...., They ask you to pay before you're complete and then when you find problems they fix it in a sloppy way. Looks like I have crooked nail beds from the way she pushed the cuticles back. Some nails look days grown out already.
