I got a gel manicure here and when it came time for soak off i noticed the tech was scraping vs using e file. She said people don't like e-file. i told her it was ok to use it. she was very accommodating and helped me pick a particular color to look like a milky white nail. there's a decent choice of gel colors for a small salon. it's not a fancy place at all which is fine as the prices are the cheapest around imo. the mani lasted over 2 weeks which is great. i will try a pedicure next. read more

I love this nail salon! It may not be super fancy, but they consistently do a great job. The salon is clean, the prices are very reasonable, and the owners are incredibly sweet. I usually go to Lucy or Sylvie, and they are both wonderful, but honestly everyone there does a great job. One thing I really appreciate is that they take the time to properly soak off my gel polish instead of aggressively filing it off, which can damage your nails. They really listen to what I ask for and always make sure I'm happy with the results. I highly recommend this salon! read more

I was a customer of Sassy Nail's at one time until they sold the business and then I switched to another salon where I was a steady customer for years. Unfortunately, things didn't work out there so I decided to switch back to Sassy Nails. I went today for my UV Gel Manicure and found out they are again under new ownership, but the name will remain the same. Some staff stayed, the two manicurists that I did use have left. Maggie, who is the new owner, helped me today. The new layout of the salon is very nice, it's much more open so it looks a lot bigger. Maggie used this technique to remove my old polish which I have never seen before. She put a little cotton that was soaked with liguid on top of each nail and then wrapped each of my finger tips in a small piece of tin foil. I waited maybe 5 minutes, she removed the foil and the polish came right off. No more soaking my nails in polish remover for a half hour anymore!! Prices and store hours have remained the same, still open on Sundays. I also found out that Sassy Nails now offer UV Gel Pedicures, which is $35.00. I will miss the old owner and her staff, but Maggie is very nice, my nails look amazing and I am loving this no wait time. I'll be back there in a few weeks to try the UV Gel Pedicure!! read more

I have been going to Saasy nails for 6 months Angel does my nails, I found her to be quiet and doesn't carry a conversation yet I kept going bc I felt the way she did my nails were ok I noticed the times I tried to say how I wanted my nails she would just look at me like I had nerve I started out getting a powder gel, when I said I didn't want to continue because I didn't want to dip my hands in the powder everybody else uses for sanitary reasons she offered to pour the powder on, missing the point so I decided to go with acrylic As much as I tried to engage in conversation she had nothing to say Today I went to get an acrylic fill in and when I said I did not want a gel nail polish also on top of my acrylic fill in she gave me an attitude When I asked for a French manicure w an accent blue line she had an attitude She did not care about showing her Annoyance I realized she did not understand what I wanted She only gave me one coat of base and one coat of top coat Her other client was waiting so instead of letting her client know she'll be a few minutes , she rushed me I'm so tired of being rushed and treated like they are doing me a favor The technician certainly doesn't have to carry a conversation, but being polite goes a long way Also I made this appointment last month and she knew it was for my daughters wedding I went home took off the polish and went somewhere else for the French manicure I will not be returning read more
